Ordered a deluxe cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger (deluxe came with tomato and onion) a large fry (they were steak fries) and 1 reg chocolate shake and 1 reg Oreo shake. The food was good and the service was good, but it did take a bit for the order to be made as there were 2 customers ahead of us and this place basically makes your food to order. It looks run down but it's one of those places that has been around for some time. The only thing I didn't like was for the size of the burgers and shakes it most likely isn't worth the $33 I spent, but it was yummy and I'll probably stop in again some time as it beats eating at the fast food places in Susanville.

Was glad to see this addition to the Susanville community. I go to the drive-thru at this location approximately once a week. Some days the drive-thru is pretty quick and I can get in and out in a reasonable time. Other days it seems to take FOREVER (20+ minutes) just to get through the drive-thru. The food is usually reasonably fresh and good, but on occasion, certain foods are old and stale. I have, on many different occasions, been told that they were out of one of the foods I had ordered and would have to wait 7+ minutes for it to be ready. Overall, with current standing, I will continue to come to this location. I just wished they would work on their efficiency and drive-thru wait times. read more
