Sat in line for 30 mins waiting for food, attempted to cancel my order and was told to wait for a manager. The manager was too busy dealing with another customer so I ended up leaving and calling in. My food was mostly OK, the 3 orders of crab were completely inedible. I called the manager and he offered to cover our next meal. This was fine but we have gone through this multiple times and have yet to use our comped meals. I would say go to Sakura instead. They have good portions and always deliver great food read more

Love Panda Express food, but Wentzville location is TERRIBLE. I could deal with the inconsistency of the food, if the service was not consistently POOR. Always slow, much longer wait times than they tell you when they are out of an item (which is almost all the time), and then they just figure about you when you are left sitting somewhere in their parking lot. I would recommend any food over them, and hope someday that a good chinese food location comes to Wentzville so that I can avoid this place entirely !!!! read more

I was in the area so I thought I'd give this place a try. I was very disappointed. Why? It's hard to put it in words. It's like if you had a $20 gourmet hamburger, then you went to White Castle. It's still a hamburger, but it's not like the real thing. Same for Panda Express. It looks like Chinese food, but the flavor, the texture, the taste is absent from what real Chinese food should be. I can't tell you how excited I was when I saw they were building a Panda Express in Wentzville. I love that they have so many healthy options to choose from. It was super busy the first few days with everyone wanting to try it out, but now that the opening crowds have thinned out and the drive through is open they have fast service. The people are always friendly and willing to help you make a decision on what is best to eat. We have continued to go back again and again and have yet to be disappointed. Hey Yall this is what you need to know about Panda Express. They have great food no doubt the prices are good the atmosphere is good as well. BUT! be aware of them mixing the old with the new. They will mix old rice and other items with fresh items and to me that is nasty who want dried up rice mixed with fresh soft rice? HUH? Panda need to change their name to "Anda Press" Now keep in mind they are a good place to recommend for fast food but just keep in mind what I said and yall managers over Panda express get that Sh** together stop adding new over old it's like you wiping with the same tissue you wiped with yesterday after a BM. EVERY SINGLE time I go to this location they are out of the grilled teriyaki chicken. Sometimes completely out and sometimes I have the option to wait 20 minutes. Very aggravating considering it's a fast food/drive thru. Worst Location in the St Louis Metro area! Wen there a few weeks back and sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes before even ordering my food. Went to order my food and was told that I had to wait 8 mins for chow mein. I decided to pull around the front and wait. 15 mins later, I still didn't have my food so I walked inside and let them know. Finally got my food and they gave me a few drink after complaining about the wait. Got in the car and after getting back on the highway, I realized they didn't give me any silverware. So I called the manager Cody to let him know how dissatisfied I was and he told me I could come up and get a replacement meal. I went up there tonight to get a replacement meal and the worker cut into the piece of teriyaki chicken and it was pink! I then notified her that he chicken was pink and she said "yeah it was wasn't it" and tossed it. Another co worker exclaimed "I told him that they chicken wasn't cooked all the way!" I then asked to just go ahead and get the orange chicken. After hearing that the chicken was pink, my husband came in to order his meal and after asking for white rice AND brown rice he was told that the only rice they had was fried. As I was ringing up the drive through lady was asking where everyone was because she needed to take her break. One of the workers answered that everyone was in the back talking. I regret not just walking out or asking for my money back because the food was cold and awful and it was pretty clear that the majority of the workers were not there to work. I will never again step foot back into that Panda Express. AWFUL! read more

Had lunch at Panda Express for the first time today!I wanted to try Panda Express after people rave about it ! Will think twice before eating there again as I had a hair in my entree ! Had not eaten very much as I found a long hair in my food! Well it was my favorite restaurant until 3 weeks ago when they stopped serving Honey Sesame Chicken. Sure it's a nice restaurant, but now it's just another restaurant among many other choice. Usually when I come here it's great but today it was awful. I get the same thing every time and today my orange chicken was not crispy but very soggy. I also went through the drive thru and it took 10 minutes When I go through the drive thru I zip through and eat all of my meal. I am currently traveling and wanted something healthy so I figured steamed rice, veggies, and chicken... ok Panda. The girl was putting a fresh batch of rice in the rice holder and as she's dispensing the rice, some fell on the side and I watched her scoop the rice that fell and insert it with the remainder of the rice. I said something about it and she had the audacity to tell me that the side outside the rice holder was not dirty... um, how can it be NOT dirty when it's out in the open! She then said oh I didn't put any of the dirty rice in your place! Wow... SMDH! I wish I could give her 0 stars and I hate to say this but I really hope she gets fired! My family loves Panda Express but this one was awful. They were out of a lot of their signature items and the food they did have looked like it had been sitting there all day. The staff was less than friendly and seemed pre-occupied even though the place was dead. I went to get tea and they were out. When I went to tell the staff the manager was on her cell phone showing the other two staff members something. Definitely will not be back to this location. read more

Lucus was very nice and very efficient while working the drive thru. Once I arrived at the window, I told the manager how impressed I was with the drive thru process. The reason I gave them 2 starts is solely because of the fact that I've always loved their food. I was in there today and have noticed recently the atmosphere has changed. It started with me pulling in to the drive thru, only to realize the drive thru is apparently closed today. So I pull through and park then proceed to enter. It appeared if the manager was just getting to unlocking the door (this was at 10:50 they open at 10:30). I walked in and only had 2 customers in front of me. It took about 6 minutes to get my food and pay. While waiting a line somehow the drive thru started working as the drive thru lady started to get their food for them. So not only did I have to inconveniently get out of my car, but also received my food after someone who came 5 minutes after me. I get that's circumstantial but still frustrating. It tells me either there was a lack of staff or people showing up late. At 10:50, again 20 minutes after opening I noticed that many entree items and some side items had yet to be put out. Not because they sold out but because they failed to have everything ready even after 20 minutes of being open. I go to panda a lot so it's unfortunate that this location is failing to provide quality service. The ice in dispenser was even out. To top things off as I got to the counter, the cashier, who is trained to ask for a donation forgot to do so. Not a huge deal but still exemplifies the employees lack of attentiveness to their job function. It's quite comical, because I applied for an assistant manager position with the company at one point and was denied. Although, I've seen so many assistant or general managers at this Panda and other Pandas that I can either A not understand, or B are clearly performing an employees job function rather than managing. Probably due to lack of staffing which to me falls on management. I was really good friends with Jon, the old GM at the Wentzville location, and have very displeased with the overall direction of the Wentzville establishment. This is coming from a loyal customer so please take this criticism as a form of helping you guys rather than trying to make the company look bad. I'm positive upper level management would throw a fit if they were to have experienced all of the flaws I experienced today. read more

Panda Express was very good when it first opened. Food is still good but the drive thru has been horrible. Nice staff but the last few times thru the drive thru they have gotten my order wrong. On screen is right but once getting home at least one order is wrong. Last night all three orders were wrong! I recommend checking your order before leaving or go in and make sure they get it right! read more

Food is absolutely amazing but the service is slow. If you go here, go through the drive-thru if they're busy because the drive-thru was flying and me and my squad have been standing in here at the glass for 15 minutes before someone helped us.
