Normally I'm super picky about takeout, and Panda isn't my thing but my relatives sent me to get food there last night. I ordered 2 family packs and it was very quick and smelled nice and fresh. When we ate the food it tasted really good and fresh, the chicken had a lot of flavor especially and everything else was tasty and hot too. Every time I come here I instantly regret not driving further to a different Panda Express. This location they are extremely stingy with food portion size, I got the additional shrimp and paid extra for it, and noticed the lady did not even add much. I brought this to her attention and she told me they only add five shrimps per order, I mentioned it seemed to only look like 3 shrimps. I'm okay with their policy of only having five shrimps, I know now not to order that and pay extra. But once I get home, guess who was right?! There was only three shrimps not five like it was mentioned. Also, I asked for extra sauce and every other location fill the sauce to the rim, and this location only added less than half the container. read more

I sent my three daughters today 5/14/20 at 8:15pm to Panda on Azusa in West Covina Ages are 17, 10, and 10yrs old. They placed they're order and left outside to wait for their food. Thereafter a party of three adult gentlemen came to Panda and placed they're order and received It before my kids. Now, I am a regular at Panda and NEVER has anyone came after me and left before me. My wife and I have been hearing about Panda Express's new "Wok seared steak and shrimp" dish, so we decided to try it for dinner. Gotta hand it to their advertising dept. I was totally sold! It just looks delicious! We went and bought two meals. Both were 2-item combos. The meal was over 20 bucks (with no drinks). I don't mind paying extra for a meal so long as it's worth it. Panda charges an extra $1.25 per serving of it has shrimp. This was an extra $2.50 per meal. When we got home home and I opened my styrofoam box, to my surprise I found almost nothing of what I thought I had bought! I had a very generous serving of snow peas! To sum it up, I had a total of 3 shrimp! And this "steak" I was promised? I found several tiny bits of meat... I cannot begin to describe my disappointment with this meal. I looked up other reviews, and it was the same story... not enough of the steak and the shrimp. One guy got 3 shrimp on a bowl and complained... imagine my surprise! If your looking for shrimp and steak in the form of Chinese food, I would clearly recommend you try any mom and pop Chinese food restaurant. You get so much more bang for your buck! My first time visiting this area. Service is slow and you can see not enough staff. Line is almost up to the door area but they will still stick with 1 server and 1 cashier only eventhou line is so long. I'm from Hacienda and decided to buy here instead of going to colima since I'm passing thru this area. My son love panda express mushroom chicken so much, got here I'm almost at the door to line up. And waited 12 mins until be served then once its my turn and I told the lady my only order is mushroom chicken thats it. She said it will take 5 mins for that to be ready, so I waited. I LOVE this panda! I've read the other reviews and I think they really have gotten unjustly bashed. I work in the parking lot so I eat here at least once a week if not more. I have nothing to complain about, the food is great, the customer service is great and it's clean, what more could you want? If something you want is almost out or not out at all they will make it for you within minutes. The best way to save money isn't to cheat your customers out of food, panda. If you order to go, check your bag before you leave. Or just go in and watch them make it. Otherwise you are likely to get next to nothing in your bowl/plate. It's happened 3 times now. We are still hungry after eating because that's how little food they put in their containers. Do not order from Uber eats with this location. This is the second time they have messed up my order. I order 3x orange chicken and white rice! Simple right? Guess not the Uber dropped off my order and it was completely wrong. So I called the location a young girl answered the phone I told her my issue and she hung up on me.
