My mom walks with a cane and when I dropped her off at front door in order to go park my park, I saw the 2 employees who were near the front of the store went to help my mom go inside. It was not necessary, but the fact that they helped her with opening the door, I really appreciate it and meant alot. This place has standard food and some special dishes. the standard food is really below standard, horrible. The special dishes are the only ones that were any good at all. I've eaten here twice but won't be back. And I was next door at the Sears store and asked them if they could recommend any good places around there and they said no. So I asked them about the Panda Express and they sort of wrinkled their noses and asked me if I had ever tried it and I said that I had but didn't think the food was very good and they said "We agree and we don't go there". Probably one of the worst Panda Express locations we have here in Woodbridge I really wish there was another one so this one could go out of business or step up their game. They constantly ignore online orders and hastily make them when you come to pick up the order thus defeating the purpose of even ordering online, you have to order a big order for them to even take notice and make it in the time it's supposed to be made on that note I actually ordered online from this location this past Monday as part of their 4 Bowls for $20 dollars deal I decided to add an extra plate for myself because I absolutely love this food that's why it's so frustrating that I constantly have problems with this location but as I was saying they forgot to make my plate and I had already came to pick up the order upon returning home and realizing that I did not have all my order I called them looking for a refund on the plate NOT THE WHOLE ORDER which they insisted I come back up for the plate which I did not want to as I was very hungry and did not want to wait for something that should've been made like I said I called them looking for a refund and a reason as to why I'm missing my food the lady acted clueless about the whole thing and decided to hang up on me saying "we have to look for the order and we'll call back" that was on Monday it is now Wednesday and I have heard NOTHING from Panda Express so this will be the LAST time I order from this location I'd rather just do regular Chinese takeout at least their customer service is waaaaaaay better. read more

The food here was great. This place is on par w/ most panda expresses I've ate at except this one gives very generous portions. The chow mein is great and the bejing beef a must have. If you like spicy food (I do) then also get the Kung pow chicken. This place is also very clean. read more

We had 2 servers, Elizabeth has her name on the receipt (an older lady...asian, I think, and a younger black lady). They are EXCEPTIONAL. We've been here a few times, some busy some not...every time we were greeted with smiles, upbeat attitudes, and generosity. My husband and I work in retail, so we know how hard it can be, but these ladies have great fortitude and make us excited to come back. Plus the cooks are always on top of having fresh stuff ready. Yuck! I noticed this place for a while and wondered if it was any good. Now I know. It's not. The food is dried out, bland, and just doesn't taste like normal chinese food. I started to go to the Noodle Buffet for lunch but didn't want to spend almost $9.00 for a quick lunch. I would have been better off. Instead I spent 7.50 here and didn't even eat half the food. The broccoli looked wilted. All the food was so dry I had to smother it in soy and duck sauce to make it somewhat edible. It is very poor quality. If you like good chinese food you will be very disappointed with this food. I would say the worst chinse rest. I've been to in the past was much better than this food. It really is bad. I would have even preferred McDonalds. I'm amazed these have been popping up all over the place. Went in at 1130 on a Monday. They where quick took me about 5 minutes to get my food and pay for it. They have a military discount 10% the staff is friendly and give you a sample to make sure you like the product before you purchase they whole service area was very clean. read more

Lack of a/c had workers tired. Near end of day, food slim pickings, rushed. Had to ask several times for options. Workers assumed I should know their process, disorganized. I go to this Restaurant few times per month. Service is always outstanding as well as the food, always fresh. The store is also very clean and great lighting. Employees always follow food safety procedures. You can't go wrong here with anything on the menu. I like the Kung Pao spicy chicken and the mixed vegetables best. read more

On Aug 8th I visited the Panda Express in Woodbridge Virginia and asked for my 3 entrees I purchased to be in seperate containers...The person serving the food was named Darjeling...Darjeling asked a higher up named Elizabeth if it was ok to which the higher up said yes that's no problem to which I asked why she had to ask for permission for that specific request...Her response and I quote was because it depends on the person who is asking to which I asked what about me depends on weather or not you had to ask that and if it was because I was black...She doubled down and said I was talking crazy, that it must be something wrong with me, and that I looked 40 until I told her ok I'll be contacting corporate...Only then did the other employees make her go in the back because she was about to cry and had made a complete fool over herself...I did not call the police because they would likely do NOTHING... I called corporate and during the conversation with what sounded like a black woman the call was interrupted by what sounded like a white man who I assume was her supervisor...When I asked him what happened to the sister I was talking to he told me there was a glitch in the system...I told him I would prefer to talk to the person I was talking to...He then put me on hold for so long I had to hang up and call back...When I called back I got through to the woman from earlier and finished my report...I have the entire conversation recorded with the permission of the woman I spoke to...This location has a long history of racism and down right pettiness towards me. read more

Awful food, lousy service. The food took over an hour to be delivered. I had to call to see if they even remembered my order. When it finally arrived, it was one of the worst General Tso's chickens I've ever had--and that's a hard dish to F-up! The chicken was tough and chewy, and it actually looked like soup, literally sitting in an inch deep of sauce. It was pretty gross. I also had crab Rangoon, which was just dry and bland. I have been at this location for countless times and never had any issues - I got what I expected, had a generous portion of my ordered food and I can't complain about the price. As I was saying, I have never had any problems until yesterday. My husband and I were out all day and decided to get something to eat and since we haven't had Panda Express in a minute, it was both of our choice to go there. They still have issues with a shortage on eggs (which I don't get at all!!) so their Fried Rice is different than it used to be which is no problem because it's still good. Put some plum sauce on it and you're fine! So we got in line, I ordered some Fried Rice with the first guy and the lady afterwards was supposed to finish it off with the meat. So what she did is, she took my box with fried rice and got rid of half of it to put some noodles in it which was what the lady in front of me ordered. So how come the first guy just started my box and the next lady is taking it away for the people in front of me? Anyway, she finished MY box for the lady in front of me so I told the guy to make me a new one and said to the lady who tool my box that it's mine and she was like "No this for family here" (no understanding, no good communication skills due to not being able to speak English properly which I don't care about but if you work at a place like that, you need to be able to speak English properly) and pointed at three people at the register. I wasn't going to say anything back even though it made me mad so the guy fixed me a new box. The lady finished it off and we paid. The staff who served us yesterday is lacking on communication. The reason I give 3 stars is because of the issue mentioned above as well as my portion being petty! There was almost no rice and chicken. For some reason, my husbands portion was HUGE!! The food counter is clean, but that is due to the workers spending all their time cleaning it rather than serving food, cleaning tables, or even looking at customers. Also, they messed up rice. How? Ordered a carry out 2 entree and steamed brown rice dinner. Positive was the teriyaki chicken was excellent. The rice however was pitful, hard, old and tasteless. Next time you do not want to cook fresh steamed rice let the Customer know so they have the opportunity to choose a side that is fresh. Come on Panda Expess where is your Customer Service?
