My go to Chinese spot near home base. Definitely worth the money and super big portions that I even have leftovers for later on. The service is quick and easy, and I love their egg drop soup and chow mein! Seating wise is okay, but usual orders I do are takeout, I've only sat inside like twice. See you again on my next Chinese food cravings!

Food is bomb and addictive. Just wish they weren't so cheap and trying to nickel and dime you for every single thing. I love that they have cream cheese wontons

WOW, I think I found my new fast food Chinese place! Felt like trying something new and came here, the ambiance is great, you know it's going to be great food when you walk in the door. They were also very quick with the service and helped us immediately. They give you SO MUCH FOOD and for so cheap! And the food is AMAZING! The chow mein is so die for and I love the orange chicken.

    Wong tong soup!

Best in Sylmar ! My boys won't go anywhere else ... with cold weather today was craving a warm soup. The Thai place was closed so decided to stop by panda wok and check out the soup options. Having Wong tong soup.! I added some lemon, chile & soy! Best combo! And they did not disaponit lots of parking and they are always generous with the food.

Huge portions! This is the two item combo (~$10). Two people eat easily!

I should have consulted my review so we tried something different - we got moo goo gai pan again today In my takeout order we got mooshi which was tasty .

Ick. Now, I'm basing my review on only one lunch by myself, so figure that in as you read…read more This place certainly loves it's oil. Everything I had was laden with this heavy, greasy, fattening stuff. If you're a fan of cooking oil, this is your go-to spot for sure. I had the "gourmet" dinner. That means Mongolian beef, my usual in basic old-school Chinese places like this. I chose won ton soup over the seafood soup choice. The broth was fine, but the won tons were thick and doughy. Not great. The beef seemed of a decent quality, but was absolutely floating in oil. This made the green and white onions too soft and mushy and dripping with oil. Ditto the very messy foil wrapped chicken appetizer, but the egg roll was okay, if bland. There are plenty of excellent choices for all types of Chinese cuisine in the Valley. No need to come here. Again though, remember I only had one dish, but I have an idea it's indicative of the entire menu.

This review is only regarding the posted hours versus what I experienced upon arrival…read more I had a long day at work and was really looking forward to treating myself to what's rated as the best Chinese food in the area. I even drove a bit out of my way to come here, only to find a "closed" sign on the door. I truly hope everything is okay with the owners and staff, but it was disappointing that there wasn't any notice or backup plan for unexpected closures. From what I could see through the window, the restaurant looked very clean and well-kept. I'll definitely want to try again another time but will certainly call first!!!!

Yes,…read moreFrankenstein can buy into a good hype every so often which the Bride of Frankenstein enjoys pointing out. Especially when Frankenstein is wrong. Frankenstein enjoys braised beef noodle soup. A lot. Frankenstein's heart was yanked out of his huge body and crushed when Mandarin Deli went out of business during Covid. A pain he still feels even today. They had the best Braised Beef Noodle Soup ever! Frankenstein went hook, line, and sinker when he read the Yelp hype about this place. Bottom line, nice people, not as awesome as was described. Braised Beef Noodle Soup- Sorry Noodles Kitchen but it's too chili hot. About a 8.5 to 9 on Frankensteins too hot scale. Beef was okay, not great. Noodles were good. Bride of Frankenstein had one taste and pushed it away. "Mucho Caliente" Orange Chicken, fine. Let's not go overboard everyone. Pan Fried Dumplings, good. Check it out for yourself. 10/11/2025 Update- It saddens Frankenstein to see so many fake reviews over and over again. Really Noodles Kitchen? Please.

I'm a bit surprised at all the low ratings but, I'm happy I decided to give this small business a try. I placed an order online through their website, and placed an order for pick up. The pick up time was 45 mins, which was a bit high, but we were okay with that because we ordered early enough, and the food was worth the wait. Once we arrived, we found parking in the back, so I entered from there, mentioned my name, picked it up, and went home to enjoy it. The place itself looked a bit dated but was a cute little restaurant. I wouldn't mind eating inside the next time around. We ordered the cheese rangoon for our appetizer, I got the beef lomein for myself, and my boyfriend got the Kung Pao Chicken. It came with rice which was nice. The total was $45 with taxes, which was reasonable given the potion size and quality. It took us two days to finish it. All the food was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Two stars -- and that's being generous…read more The food was heavy, greasy, and seriously lacking flavor. With so many solid Chinese food options in the area, this place simply doesn't measure up. What really sealed the poor experience was the service from a woman who appeared to be the owner. When I politely asked to move tables to avoid nearby customers loudly using vulgar language, she came across as dismissive and rude (whether due to attitude or language barrier, the interaction was not handled well). I ultimately had to move myself just to enjoy my meal in peace. The only bright spot was our waiter, who was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, one good staff member isn't enough to offset the overall experience. I won't be returning.
