My mother-in-law had a Pandora bracelet when her husband passed away. She asked for additional Charms. We got her four additional charms that she loved. She also had a completely full of charms at that point but the clamp on it kept opening not just for her on mine, and many people that I know. I asked Pandora if there's anything and they said no that that's weird. That doesn't happen, but I can tell you good amount of people that have Pandora braces that this happens. For my mother in law the clamp opening while she was going walking to church and she lost the whole thing. she was devastated. Some of those. Her husband had given her .Pandora has a new additional thing you can buy for another $55. So if the Pandora bracelet clamp that's open it doesn't fall off. I think this is a rip off because if you're not fixing the issue and just adding a Band-Aid it should've been recalled and fixed and not have to pay more money just for something that I already bought, because it's broken. That does not work correctly. I went out and bought my mother-in law another bracelet, with the four charms that we originally gave her an the $55 addition so it doesn't fall when the clamp does not work. It was $412.00. She had to buy a butterfly that was given to her to represent her husband. That was another $95. I just don't agree that I had to pay this all over again because Pandora doesn't know how to correct the problems.. read more

I didn't make plans to come here, but happened to see the Pandora store when my friend wanted to go to Saks Fifth Avenue, and this store is right by it inside the Prudential center. I was greeted as I was walking in, and I asked for a Boston specific charm. I used to work for Pandora in Chicago, so I'm aware that there's city specific charms. The first associate that helped me said she didn't know it's a thing, and the other associate said they do have two options for me. So the first girl showed me a dangle that's $60 and it says Boston Strong on it. The second option would be the engraving machine, it'd be a round charm with sparkles around the corners of it and in plain silver it'll write out Boston and you can add a symbol on it like the clover for the Celtics. I have too many of those round charms and figured I could use a dangle. I also like that they take the Pandora gift card. I ended up getting it too because I have a friend who survived that tragedy and was hurt in that marathon about 10 years ago. It's also a charm that I can only find in Boston. Other than that hiccup, I had a great experience, and at check out they started complimenting my rings and Apple Watch band. They also had an issue with finding my record in the system even though I'm registered in Chicago. The system said I existed but couldn't locate a record. I'd recommend this store to anyone in the area, bare with them as the product knowledge may not fully be there and there might be slight issues with finding you in the system but they'll find a solution for you. read more

In the midst of Christmas Shopping chaos I went here for a gift for my Mom. It was fairly busy in the store but the brief wait allowed me to look through the beads in the display case. I wish the beads would have been displayed a bit differently. They have trays and trays of a great selection of beads but they are stacked in the display cases. It is efficient but it does not let you see the majority of the beads at once. Luckily, I knew what type of bead I wanted so I was able to go through just two trays quickly before selecting it. The customer service was great because they were so fast. They wrapped the gift for me in a little gift box and I was on my way. read more

A little customer service goes a longgg way! I walked in with a bracelet I got for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day (it had broken in a weird spot). Anyway: here's what happened as soon as I walked in, a nice young lady named "Mel" immediately greeted me, looked me in the eyes and asked how she could help. I explained the situation, she nodded, took the bracelet from me, measured it, and replaced it with a new one. She then went above and beyond by placing it in a new box and bag! Honestly, I'm so pleasantly surprised at their kindness I'm still in shock. When I got home and gave my gf the new bracelet, she embraced me like I was some sort of magician (when in fact it was Mel who saved the day)! This is why I found myself in the Pandora bracelet store in the Pru at my lunch break today, puzzling over the hundreds of little trinkets wondering which charm really represented me as a person. The girl who helped me was very young, but sweet and smiled apologetically as she had to tell me, no, they didn't have a skull charm, or a mom tattoo charm, or anything pirate related, but they have a charm with palm trees and 14 carrot gold coconuts. Santa and I dropped a ton of money on a bracelet and 5 charms, and good lord, now I know how my mom felt in the candy aisle when I was 5. This is one of the larger Pandora locations in the greater Boston area (much larger than the Pandora store in the South Shore Plaza). Pandora bracelets are one of the "easiest" gifts to give to your favorite woman in your life. Really, all you have to do is buy the bracelet and then purchase the charms you'd like separately. There is a warranty on the bracelets and it comes with free-cleanings for the life of the bracelet. Score! We came in here one night to start a bracelet for my mom for Christmas. The associate, Hannah, helped us in a complete no-pressure atmosphere. She was nice and even helped us pick out some charms based on what others purchase for their mothers. $135 for a bracelet and two charms wasn't exactly cheap, but it's a Christmas gift that "grows." The bad news ... just about every woman, from a middle schooler to a grandmother, has one. However, don't be fooled. When at the store, you won't have to fight amongst middle school teeny-boppers to get what you want. The charms start at $30+ (do you know how many Justin Bieber MP3s you can buy with that kind of money?!) My mom loves this bracelet, and it was probably one of the best presents I ever got her. The sales girl was helpful in finding the correct size for her considering I don't know much about wrist size. And she suggested a couple good charms to start her out with. My only complaint is that I asked if they had any stores in NC because my sister was going to buy some charms down there for her for Christmas as well, and the sales people told me they couldn't give out a list of their stores. The staff was really pleasant, never rushed us and was very attentive in helping us find a commemorative charm for her visit here in Boston. They have a huge collection of charms to build your bracelet up, which I suppose can get expensive when you fill it out, but they have lower cost items (silver), all the way up to gold and (platinum maybe) with jewels and such. So you can go crazy on making your perfect bracelet if you so please. Fun store if you're into this kind of thing. read more

I am very fond of two young ladies there. I am sorry for forgetting the young lady who has ( the pet rabbits), PLEASE FORGIVE ME, and Lisa. These two ladies, have come to know what I like especially Lisa. I called to let the Manager know, they have good customer service and I felt like a trader visiting another Pandora store with my sister and regretted it.. I love Pandora and I fell in love with their charms ever since I got my very first bracelet. My cousin came here to purchase two charms for her sister for her birthday. I usually receive phenomenal service at Pandora locations in New York, but I left this location feeling very underwhelmed. There were many customers already being assisted inside, while two of their associates were just chatting away at the front, not even bothering to greet us or ask us if we needed assistance when we entered. We had to approach them and interrupt their lively conversation to ask them if we could take a look at some charms. A girl by the name of Sarah seemed reluctant to end her conversation with her co-worker and discontentedly brought us over to one of their counters with not so little as a smile. Sarah provided us with a book and turned to the page with their Disney collection because we mentioned that my cousin wanted some Disney charms on her bracelet. However, after that, we felt pretty ignored because Sarah just continued to chat away with another co-worker next to her. She provided no suggestions, nor did she offer to take some charms out to show us. She also left a book on top of the counter, so we were not able to look at the charms underneath, and there was nowhere we could move the book to either. Every time we wanted to look at a charm, we had to try to get her attention away from her co-worker first. We actually felt like we were the ones being rude for interrupting her conversation in order to get some assistance. When we finally chose the charms, I informed Sarah that these charms were birthday gifts, and asked if we could get boxes for them, since I always ask for boxes whenever I'm getting charms as a gift. If it was for myself, I would not care for a box. She told us that they do not offer boxes (are you kidding me??) and that she could give us cute little pouches that are just as presentable. After that, I saw another associate there provide a small gift box for a charm for another customer. I do not appreciate being lied to right in my face. This kind of service is beyond unacceptable. Emilia, on the other hand, was very helpful during our checkout process. She had a little trouble finding the correct charms in their book to scan because Sarah just walked past her and mumbled, so there was a little miscommunication there. I will not be returning to this location, but I strongly encourage management to train their associates to provide better customer service if they want customers to return. read more

I'm totally hooked on Pandora! Not just the beads but also the earrings too. Beware that this location may not have the same Pandora events that the other locations do. I actually prefer to go to the one in Dedham or Natick. The events usually run monthly like the current one is to buy $50 worth of stuff and get free earring posts. When I went to this location, they told me the earring event was purchase $75 worth of stuff and get the earring posts for free. So I ended up going to the Natick store instead. read more

My fiance bought me my bracelet here a few weeks before he proposed. What I didn't realize was that it was all part of a bigger plan! He bought the "Together Forever" set with the Together forever charm, the locket with the gold key, and the heart. He used these and put them all in felt black ring boxes claiming that when he told Pandora that they were a gift, that they packaged them in the boxes for him. What I didn't know was that when he gave me the last box, he said, "Actually, these charms are great, but they are actually leading to something more". He gets down on one knee and proposes with the last black felt ring box, and this time, there was actually an engagement ring inside =) I love these charm bracelets. I think that they're great and meaningful and not so much like the traditional dangling bracelets. Workers were just chatting their life away & re-organizing the store . I love how I can customize a bracelet at Pandora. Too bad the individual beads are so expensive, otherwise mine would be full by now! I've gone in here a few times, sometimes with the intent to buy something and other times just to browse. Not once have I felt pressured into buying anything, which I absolutely hate when shopping. They'll show you whatever you ask for without making you feel guilty if you decide not to buy it. An added bonus is that they'll clean your bracelet for free if you bring it into one of their stores. read more

I'm from California and was visiting Boston for the first time, I have several PANDORA bracelets and wanted to add a Boston charm to my travel one. I used to work for PANDORA owned and operated by Ben Bridge, a little insider from the company is if it is owned and operated by Ben Bridge it is a corporate store. If not, it is a franchise, this store is a franchise so I didn't have high expectations with my visit. Yet, customer service is something that should be given no matter what. When I walked into the store I was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. Finally, a women name Soumia helped me and I told her I was looking for a Boston exclusive charm. She showed me only one and I asked her if they had any others, then she gave me attitude and replied "no this is it." She seemed bothered and didn't even give me a bag for my products, until I finally asked for one and she gave me an annoyed expression. The displays in the store were a bit unorganized and trays had items missing, which should not be the case. I understand there is only two people, but at least try to acknowledge customers when they walk in. Corporate would not tolerate this! read more

Despite the overall size of this tiny little store it is overall, great. I highly recommend going to a sales girl with the red hair, her name is Kristen. I've been there in and out the past month searching for these rings I want, Love pods, and in the process got hooked onto a bracelet. My boyfriend bought me one for xmas with about 8 charms on it and now I have 14! Its almost full. I was in the store today and didn't see Kristen and after one girl already started to help us we saw Kristen. I wish she would have helped us out because I would have liked to give her the commission for the sale. I'm pretty sure they work off commission that's why. Sometimes the store can get overwhelming because it is small and so many people are going in there now with its trendy-ness that Pandora has evolved into over the past few years. Its a cool little concept. I had gotten one before from an ex boyfriend with 3 charms and ended up telling him to return it because at the time I wore a watch always on my left hand and it was too uncomfortable to wear on the hand i write with ( righty ). Now I dont wear a watch any more unless special occasions, so i'll wear it daily on my left hand. It is still a little weird wearing it when typing on a computer, however I try to take it off when I get home to keep it in good shape. They snake bracelet WILL loosen up over time (give it a week of wear) and as it gets more beads it will become more flexible and not as stiff. These bracelets are a good gift, especially if you know someone has one of the bracelets, you can get them an inexpensive charm from 30$-700$. There is a wide range to spend and you can get some meaningful charms to add to your mother in law or sister or whoever!! great concept Pandora. Also check out their other jewelry, they have some nice designs. *Tip* if your going to get stuff from there for Valentines day, START looking now!!! come the week of valentines I'm assuming they will sell out of charms.
