Got it fully loaded with plenty of veggies like Arugula, Caramelized Onions, Cilantro, Cucumber, Roasted Corn, Mixed Greens, Romaine Lettuce and many more to choose from. You can even choose the amount, light, regular, or extra. It also came with a bag of chips. And I also had a large cold drink cup to use at their drink machine. BTW, if you have their Sip Club membership, it's all you can drink, hot and cold. They have a rotating discount that pops up every Monday also. I got my sandwich, chips and drink for $4.99. They also have great salads, other sandwiches, and soups. And they have package deals that saves you extra money. Also, have to mention, they have a great bakery, with bagels, all sorts of bread, and delicious pastries. If you go there off meal time, the parking in front of the store is usually available. During meal times, it can get pretty full, but there is a parking structure nearby, so, it's convenient and is free. The service is always really great at Panera, as they are very helpful. And the kitchen staff is really accurate and they get your food out pretty quickly. There is a board with all the current orders so you can track your order to see if it is ready. And the ordering board actually works and is very accurate, unlike other restaurants. They also give you a pager that will notify you when your order is ready. There is a Costco right across the street with a gas station, so you can get a lot done with pretty much one trip. read more

I get home and realize the bagels were tossed in the large paper bag with no container (per usual) or other paper bag to hold all the bagels. They're loose with napkins and other ordered items on top. Is this really the most sanitary way to give customers their baked goods? Panera has always been my go-to. However today, my service with them is over. I will be canceling my subscription with them. I had ordered the Ranch Parm BLT salad and first off, my salad lid was NOT CLOSED ALL THE WAY SHUT THEREFORE HALF OF MY SALAD SPILLED OUT. I also ordered the Broccoli cheddar soup (which is one of my favorite soup), but today was UNFORTUNATE. While enjoying my soup, I noticed something on the soup lid so I took a look closer. Yesterday, my husband and I placed a pick up order that was fairly large and went to Panera to pick it up. When we arrived around 7:30 PM and waited in the pick up area THREE employees walked by without even looking at us, never mind acknowledging us. Two employees behind the counter walked past us and our order twice. One employee passed right in front of us, in front of the pick up counter. It was rather slow in the restaurant and we both are tall enough to be seen from behind the pick up counter. We tried calling attention to the staff behind the counter and it seemed like they were deliberately ignoring us, as one popped a sandwich in an oven right next to our order. Eventually, after my husband leaned in on the counter, the same employee jumped as though she hadn't seen us and asked what we were waiting for. I told her that we've been waiting for our order which is next to her in the large bag and she looked confused even though there was only one order ready behind the counter. She confirmed our name and finally handed us our order. After all of that, the food was mediocre at best. The chicken in our sandwiches was rubbery. The bbq sauce on my sandwich and our soups both tasted watered down. It was though water had been added to both to stretch the product. This is probably my last time going to Panera smh read more

Haven't really been to Panera Bread in a long time. We usually order the bagels to go from here for events and such. This time I wanted to try their duet deal so ordered a Half Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Creamy Tomato Soup, side of French Baguette & Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea drink. It's a decent price for the meal, but the portion is very small. The sandwich you can finish it in 2-3 bites and the soup in a few big spoonfuls. I liked dipping the baguette into the soup. It reminds me of the Jolly Holiday combo at Disneyland, minus the grilled cheese sandwich. The drink was pretty good, but not my fav. When it gets too busy during lunch time, even your online order takes a while to be ready. They're located in the same plaza as Pho n Mor & McDonald's. It can be difficult to find parking sometimes. In the mornings they do a pretty bad job at making sure the coffee is full and sometimes when I ask employees for assistance they said they will do it but no one actually comes out to do it. When they get busy the staff ignore you when you're trying to pick up your food. They aren't generally friendly either. Anyways, my go-to has always been either Mac N Cheese or Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. If I can get my hands on them, the Souffles are my must-haves as well. If you order the Mac N Cheese in the morning, it's nice and creamy, but if you order it in the afternoon, it's clumpy. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup have always been consistent for me. Most of the time though, I've had very little problems. My online orders have always been relatively small, so I've never had issues. For large, baked goods orders, I would highly suggest coming in at 7am to get all the baked goods you may want/need because they will run out by the late afternoon. Service is minimal, impersonal, but, the few interactions I've had with staff have been pleasant. Runs almost like a self-service cafeteria. Great Service from Panera. I came to take advantage of the $1 soup with any entree and to use my sipper club benefits. I ordered a hot tea, Mediterranean Warm Bowl with Chicken, and finally a Turkey Chili Bowl. The Mediterranean Warm Bowl with Chicken is my favorite here at Panera. It is loaded with fiber and is a very healthy meal. The yogurt and hummus make for a wonderful dressing for the warm bowl. The brown rice, quinoa, olives, lots of veggies, and crisp lettuce makes for a very delicious and healthy meal. The chicken was very flavorful and tasty. Highly recommended due to the value of the portion size. You get a lot of food for the price. Next, I took advantage of the $1 soup with entree. I ordered the Turkey Chili. It was very flavorful, has lots of veggies, and the turkey is well flavored. It has the right amount of salt in a chili sauce that is well flavored and tasty. Highly recommended. I ordered my food on the Panera app to take advantage of the MyPanera club to earn coupons and deals based on the number of my visits.
