I just signed up for a Panera card, and you get a free drink or pastry when you do. Then it racks up points and you get free stuff...I think...I was just thinking about getting my free iced Chai Latte because it's pefect. I would pick their drinks over starbucks anyday. Oh Panera! I enjoyed this place. They have a nice patio area where i can hang out with the ducks and its ducklings. The sun is in just the right spot for a relaxing lunch. The food - Ive ordered all types of food from this place, all of their salads are very flavorful and fresh tasting. The sandwiches are very good, especially the vegetarian. The soup is preferential, i wasnt a fan of the tomato until i had it with their grilled cheese (then my world started spinning again). The bread is highly addicting to any carb lovers out there. The deserts will have your mouth watering with indecision on what your sweet tooth wants b/c of the options. The drinks - The drinks are not like all the other cafe's I've been to, the green tea is my fav, they also have your average soft drink section. I tend to go for the teas which is always available. The staff - The staff has always been nice and helpful. They have always encouraged me to use my Panera card for points but i always forget to bring it.. You will always have my vote for the staff if i get greeted walking in and leaving the establishment and it was just that. Parking is always a nightmare at this location for me. Small parking lot with lots of other restaurants/shops (pf changs, cheescake factory and lots of small boutique shops), hard to get in and out of the place. Ordered the squash soup and flatbread sandwich and was delicious. Got me the wrong soup but quickly exchanged it and service was good. But I would avoid this location. The three times I've gone to this location, cars were circling to try to get a parking spot and was a very tight parking lot to navigate through and with cars backed up, felt trapped in the parking lot and took forever to find parking and get out of the lot. read more

Been to the location 3 times to pickup to go orders. None of the times has the service been quick but today was plain bad. My pick 2 order of a salad and sandwich took 15-20min to be prepared at 2:30 in the afternoon. After waiting the better part of a half hour my ordered was finished, but when I returned to my office and opened my bag there was only a salad no sandwich to be found. I've come here fairly often because it's right next to me. On every occasion I've eaten here, the tables are and restaurant overall is dirty. I can come in literally right at opening, and the tabletops will be sticky. I just don't think this place literally ever gets clean. I'm always seeing food just sitting in the window ready to be taken to customers, and it either sits there for 10 minutes before staff takes it out, or a customer checks on it themselves and grabs it. I can't tell you how many "sorry"s I've heard the staff here give to customers. You're not sorry, or you'd change and give actual decent customer service. In my experience, there's a 1/4 chance my order is incorrect, so I've learned I always have to check it here. Management is terrible, as none of the consistent problems here have ever improved. Looking into the kitchen, I've seen multiple health code violations. This place is a disaster. If you've got the option to go to any other Panera, do it. read more

Treated rudely by the manager! My children and I visited the Panera in yesterday around 2 pm. It was not busy and there were a lot of empty tables in the dining area. However, we struggled to find a table that was clean. All the tables that can fit our party either had crumbs on the tables, had dishes and napkins on them, or the benches/chairs were dirty and greasy. I looked around for a bit and finally saw a worker walking by. I asked her politely to see if she can help us clean one of the booths. The first thing she said was "GO!" in a demanding tone and with an annoyed look on her face, then said "Tell me where you want to sit." I told her all the tables are dirty and please just clean this one for us. She replied loudly saying "Not all the tables are dirty" while walking away and told another young man to clean the table for us. She said it loud enough to catch the attention of the other patrons in the area. The young man apologized to us while cleaning the table and benches. I asked him for the name of the worker who was being rude to us because I need to talk to the manager. He said her name is Gina and she IS the manager. I was already upset by her rudeness, but after I found out she is the the manager, I took my children and left. Even though we were already quite hungry, we rather go somewhere else where we'll be treated with respect. I will not visit this Panera location anymore. Later I went home and read on Yelp that many others have had the same experience at this location. Obviously the manager(s) at the store are not doing their job, because all the complaints were about bad service and dirty dining area. Now that I have personally experienced Gina, the manager on duty's unprofessionalism and downright rudeness, I definitely am going to take my business somewhere else. read more

I like Panera for it's fairly healthy options. Got a 'You Pick 2' order with the Spicy Thai Chicken Salad and BBQ Chicken Flatbread. Both were decent with good portion sizes; felt pretty stuffed after. The bread that came in the side was cold and rock hard which I was a little disappointed about. The waiter tried to take it back to the kitchen to warm it up but they weren't able to due to sanitary purposes which is understandable so I wish it was brought out warm in the first place. This place is horrible. This was my first time eating at Panera. I went here with a few friends and when we looked at the menu and were ready to order, the workers just kept talking and laughing amonst themselves. We told them we were ready to order, and the looks on their faces because we had to stop their conversation, if looks can kill we'd all be dead. The girl that took our order was EXTREMELY rude to us, and she charged me twice for a drink when I said, twice, I didn't want a drink. We went to the tables to find a place to sit, and the tables were DISGUSTING. They had dirty plates EVERYWHERE, and food on the floor and on the tables, NONE of the tables were cleaned, and they had workers who could do it, but they were all too busy flirting with each other with their teenage hormones. One of the customers saw us and said, "You're gonna have to clean one of the tables yourselves. We told them twice about the tables and they said they'd bring someone to clean it but they never did so we eventually had to clean one of the tables ourselves." They showed us a rag that was lying around, so we cleaned our own tables, which we should have NOT done. We put the dishes on another dirty table and waited for our food. We waited 34 minutes for our food. We went up there twice and asked where our food was. The first time they said they forgot we ordered our food, and the second time they said it's almost ready (even though it took another 12 minutes to arrive to us, and it wasn't busy in there) and they'd bring it to us. When the guy came to give us our food, he looked at the table with the dirty plates, and turned to us looking angry and said, "Did you guys do that?" We said yes. Then he sighed and said, "Next time, if you WANT a table just come and tell us and we'll clean a table for you, okay? Don't be cleaning our tables." And we said, "Well we wouldn't have to clean the tables if you did it in the first place like you're suppsed to do." He didn't say anything after that and gave us our food, and after he gave us our food he walked passed all the dirty tables, including the one with all the plates that were on our table, he didn't pick them up or clean any of the tables. Now for the food, I'm not sure if all Panera's are like this, but I was not impressed at all. I got that bread bowl with the soup in it, and my soup was cold. It didn't really have much of a taste, and seemed like it was just laying around before they served it to me. And I always heard how the bread at Panera is "so good and warm and soft", that was the worst bread I've ever had. It was EXTREMELY stale, it tasted old, and when I bit into my bowl after I mostly finished my soup, I got a huge slit inside my mouth from the bread from it being so hard and stale. I started to taste blood and it hurt to talk or move my mouth. I didn't finish my food. My friends didn't finish their food either. One friend got a salad and she said the veggies tasted weird in her salad and the other got a sandwich and her bread as well was VERY stale and hard. We eventually left, and the tables still weren't cleaned (we were there for maybe over an hour). While we were leaving the workers didn't say goodbye, they just kept laughing and talking amongst themselves, not doing anything but running their mouths. Such disgusting service. Try to find another place to eat in the area. Panera Bread was so below par, that I wondered why it is still open. A friend and I were in there today for lunch, at 11:30. At peak time, there were only two registered open, and occasionally only one open. The line went back to the doors. I ordered the new Flatbread BBQ Chicken and Clam Chowder. My friend ordered a Ham n Cheese on Rye sandwich and Summer Corn Chowder. There were vacant tables but none had been cleaned. I finally asked a employee to have our's cleaned which she did herself. Then she went and opened a third register. My Flatbread sandwich was barely warm, and was so "flat" it looked like it had been sat on! My soup was tasty, but was also slightly warm. My friend only ate one bite of her sandwich. The bread was dry, and there were no condiments on the sandwich. It appeared to be just thrown together. She said her soup was good, but only warmed slightly. I went back and stood in a long line to buy us two Pecan Peach Muffins. They were very moist. Love using the rapid pick up option with online ordering. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. I love the bbq chicken salad and the thai chicken salad. A shortbread cookie is always a good way to end a meal as well.
