I don't even know where to start. I went to Panera around 8:30 (they close at 9). I ordered my food and the worker gave off a very sarcastic attitude toward me ordering the food I was ordering. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted it for here or to go. I said for here. When I got my food, they didn't even call my name when it was ready. So how I was supposed to know? Then I realized they packed it all up to go. I still had about 15 ish minutes to eat and right when it turned 9 I was asked to go and couldn't even tell me to leave properly. Told us we weren't listening when we asked for a muffin? She was snapping at everyone I heard her interact with. Really needs an attitude adjustment. This is super close to my house and I usually love Panera. Despite the negative reviews on Yelp, decided to give it a try. The reviews were unfortunately, right on. Wait time to order was slow, the soda machine was out of order, the brewed tea didn't have a lid on it. When we went to find a table, there was only one that had been cleaned open. There were several large tables left unbussed and stayed that way half-way through our meal. Not very appetizing. My daughter, who never posts on social media, emailed the company on their website. I responded to an email for FREE membership in their Sip Club. I was immediately charged $11.91. When I reached out to customer service, I was told it's company policy not to issue refunds on subscriptions. I was issued a credit for $15 to use at their business. Meanwhile, my credit card company wants $11.91, and my net result is a $3.10 benefit? I called and the agent sympathized, but did nothing more. We arrived at 5:13pm whereupon we were told that they close at 5:30, and they will only take to-go orders. (Their website says 9pm.) My companion requested broccoli cheese soap which they were out of. After completing our order we waited and waited for more than 20 minutes. Don't go there portions are super small and then you get dirty spoons with dried on food. The servers actually laughed about the dirty soup spoons and just handed me a plastic one. my half sandwich was only three bites, not worth your money. won't be back. One of my favorite locations, but you have a take chance on the food... for example, today's French onion soup was disgusting. It was very salty and tasted almost like someone just poured soy sauce into the mixture. Also, it just did NOT look appetizing. Their salad has always been excellent. The leafy greens are crisp and never withered (from my experience), as well as other ingredients such as fruits in the salad. So to average between 5 stars on the salad and 2 stars at the most for the soup, I'll have to settle on a 3 overall. P.S. the Lemon Risotto soup I ordered (months ago) was fabulous! It's light and the flavor of the herbs really pop out. It has a hint of lemon that's not overwhelming but just enough to enhanced the aroma. read more

Came at 12 on Sunday. Only 1 of 4 coffee tanks had any coffee. Had to ask the staff to refill it and they didn't treat it like much of a priority, despite the fact that several of us had already paid for coffee. Another patron said they had been there 45 minutes and the tanks had not been filled that whole time, despite asking twice. The food was pretty good (esp. corn chowder). They did put bacon when I asked for no bacon. Also, I realized later that I never got my side of watermelon. This is also my least favorite panera due to the layout. It's split level woth a big wheelchair elevator right in the middle. It's very choppy and dark. This factor and the lack of keeping the coffee filled make me give this a 2/5 stars. read more

I loved the staff at this location, and Panera is one of the better sandwich places out there. They offer a ton of variety from cold sandwiches to paninis to desserts and soups. If you are unsure of what you want or you have a craving for 2, don't worry, they offer combo meals. I loved that their menu had nutritional info listed next to most of the sandwiches and soup. AVOID this location - I would give less stars if possible. I received a burned grilled cheese; I've been to this location before so I figured I could scrape it off and it might be okay. Panera is probably one of my favorite chain restaurants. I really enjoy the half sandwich/ half salad or soup option. I've had their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich (love their tomato basil bread) and it is really good - the ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. I also love to get the creamy tomato soup in a bread bowl - it's sooooo carbtastic. I have a rewards card at Panera, which is an extra incentive, and enjoy coming to this location to grab a quick bite or a pastry. They give you free pastries/ drinks the more you purchase with your card... those sneaky devils! The service here is really great and it's always clean and quiet. I am in love with Panera bread, but this specific one is awful. Multiple times I have walked in and not been greeted, their cash registers are down, or their soda machine isn't working. Most times I've ordered, items have been missing for the bag or took up to 30 mins with no wait in line. Also, one time I ordered to go and I was waiting for my food, my order never showed it was ready and no one called my name, here I was waiting for 30 mins and I went to ask the staff and there my order was on the table completely cold. It is said that "everything is big in Texas". This is a clear exception. Small in terms of the space and servings. The place is cramped and the size of the sandwich was a snack size. The service too fell short. My wife ordered a "Pick 2" and while I ordered for a full sandwich and a cup of soup but what the person at the counter also billed me for a "Pick 2". However, at this particular location, I felt like I was in the way of the large groups of unsupervised teenagers loudly migrating through the place in waves. The teens would even bang on the exit door to get the attention of their friends who would let them in. I had to ask a few of the teens to watch their language, and they respected my request. The staff kept trying to get them to move on, so I imagine this must be a constant issue for them on the weekends. I'm not sure why this restaurant gets such bad reviews. Our food was great. The lady who brought our food was so nice and it came in record time. I got the Asian salad and the tomato soup. This bakery has great food, however there is always something wrong when I come here. Whether their out of almost every thing in the bakery to the soda machines out of order on everything. They usually always have something not working or out of stock, even when I come on different days of the week at different times. They do have pretty quick service though and you get your food pretty quick. I've been coming to this Panera at least once a month for the past many years. And this place has really gone downhill, it used to be decently clean and friendly staff, but now they barely clean the place and they can't seem to get anything in stock. read more
