This location is great, never had an issue except one time I ordered online and had my meal stolen. It was replaced fresh and right away, so no issue. It's a bit pricey, but that's the way panera is. This is one of the worst Panera Breads I've ever gone too. Every single time we do rapid pick up, or order there something is always messed up. The staff especially the manager is never friendly. Called tonight to complain about my order being wrong for the third time in a row of getting something at this Panera and she was very very rude. The line was also very long when I arrived and an associate was going to help the one associate get the line down and the manager said no she is fine, the line was 5 people deep. We love Panera, but not sure we will ever come back to this location. I highly recommend to dine somewhere else. read more

I have to say the people here are nice and helpful, but I do agree a bit about the general cleanliness. I suspect the bathrooms are a deliberate effort to keep you from camping out too long. Ice cold, urine-smelly while still reeking of thick automatic deodorizer to the point of it clinging to you noticeably afterwards, falling apart, trash cans always overflowing - ALWAYS. They almost have to be trying to get bathrooms that unpleasant. The last couple times I've been in, they seem incapable of keeping the iced tea urns filled, which is annoying because by the time they fill them after you hound them to, your food has been delivered and getting cold for five minutes. The dining area is generally comfortable and inviting, though, and the food is good (and they get the order right). I've never had a problem with service at the counter, as someone has always been there ready to take my order. read more

Not a fan of the newer concept. Either make it a full on restaurant and hire/train proper servers, or keep it the way it was. Way too much commotion with kids running food who have no experience, people waiting in line through the main hallway for online orders, and now half the people leaving food on tables. Last time I was at Panera was over the summer and the food was pretty good for above fast food fare. My latest issue was this past week when I had to leave work early afternoon to pickup my daughter from school as she was sick, I was driving on Army Trail and noticed this black Chevrolet Equinox driving fast and in and out of traffic and cutting in front of people. By the time I got to the red light at Springfield I noticed the older Black Chevy Equinox just rolled up to the front entrance and parked in front of Panera and a guy getting out and into the door. He must be the deliver driver for Panera. 2 stars for the food that I remember was pretty good over the summer. read more

When we came into the store there was only two or three customers and most of the tables were dirty and all of seats were dirty. Our food came quick but the soup could have been more hot and the greens in our salad and sandwich were very wilted and shouldn't be getting eaten. Also, there was a huge mess of guacamole under our table and when I informed staff she said she should get that taken care of right away. No one cleaned it up and they probably didn't clean it up after we left as well. read more

The food is always delicious, but the floor is always nasty. I should never have to ask for a table to be cleaned, especially when there's less than 7 to 10 customers in the dining area. We tend to go out to eat during off peak hours so that the restaurant is not so loud, and less crowded. No excuse for this place to be that filthy at slow times. I am trying to lose weight and traveled to Roselle, IL for work. I found out that the BBQ Chicken Salad was only 500 calories with the dressing so I decided to try it out. It is awesome! I have been back three times. The first two times it was busy but there was no line at the register. Today the line to order was out the door. I LOVE the souffles and frequently run in Saturday mornings to pick up breakfast. Spinach and artichoke are OMG delicious!! Not as crazy about the rest of the menu; it's okay and pretty healthy. Really enjoy the Asiago bread and bagels too. I sat down and waited for my order- when it did not arrive after waiting for a very long time, I was told they were sold out. Came in today and ordered pastry items. Loved panera changed a few pastry items around and brought some new ones in. I dont like they changed the chocolate pastry. The past few times here, I have noticed a decline in food quantity but today I question its cleanliness too. I always order the Pick two. Chicken noodle Soup and Greek Salad. Side baguette with 2 pats of butter. Half the time they forget to give me a spoon. The soup bowl is less full each time and the salad is also skimpier each time the baguette varies from 2" and up. Guess it depends who is in the kitchen. When I sat down there was a dirty table next to me. When I left 30 minutes later, it was still dirty. Staff came by and cleared some tables but did not wash them down. Paper and food bits all over the floor. The tea dispenser area is always wet from a leaky/dripping dispenser. This has been a problem for at least 3 months since I've been noticing. Rug section is disgustingly dirty. Conveniently located otherwise I wouldn't return. I called to place an order for pick up for the office. It was lunch for about 7 people. The girl on the phone took my order, as well as the name of the person that each lunch was for. Once we brought it back to eat, we noticed there were 7 separate bags all with our names on it. That made it super easy to pass out food. I travel frequently for my job, so my review is based on multiple locations in the city and suburbs of Chicago. Let me start by saying the meals are very consistent at all locations. My "go to" meal is the full Green Goddess Salad (I substitute Greek dressing and delete the bacon). It's a filling and very healthy salad. The rewards card is great...I'm always getting free or discounted items. I have never had a meal there that upset my stomach. They are using quality ingredients and although they may be a bit pricey, I think it's worth it. If you have a carry out order, always check your bag. A couple times they forgot to put a fork or knife in the bag. Today, for example, I looked in and they put in bread as my side even though I told the cashier I would like an apple for my side. I love panera usually but this location is always dirty to me. Today I sat at a table by the window and noticed so many crumbs on the floor. The crumbs were covered with ants. The addison location is constantly cleaned and they even have someone cleaning up your plates when you are finished. Just seeeing these ants today I think I will stick with the addison location. I love Panera and frequent the restaurant. This particular Panera however, almost always messes up your carry-out order. Wrong salad, missing side, wrong dressing, no croutons for your french onion. The list goes on. We got into the habit of checking the number of items in our bag before we leave. NOW we have to actually check all the type of soups and salads before we leave. Pretty ridiculous. I will give Panera the credit in that if you call or drive all the way back to the store they almost always offer you a voucher of some sort. This Panera is very nice. It's a large a convenient location and they are always friendly and accommodating. They do a storytime with milk and cookies in partnership with the Bloomingdale Public Library on the second Tuesday of each month that gives moms and little ones a nice midmorning activity, too. read more

First I have to mention the AMAZING SERVICE that I received at this location. I was greeted by 2 wonderfully bubbly young ladies who were so cute and so friendly. I do believe they are the same twins that someone else has written about. They (and other staff) were all so Helpful and pleasant and fun to talk to. SO 5 stars for the staff and the greeting! Next was the food, it was Delicious! I have never tasted such a wonderful cup of broccoli cheddar soup in my life. Hot, flavorful and the portion was exactly what was expected. The Thai FlatBread was just a wonderful explosion of flavor of cilantro, spice and chicken. I was truly amazed with my entire meal. I will say the booths at the place have seen better days (a little torn and worn) but comfy. Overall, this place gets a 5 Star rating! I highly suggest going on a Saturday night just to meet the AMAZING Twin Girls! I do visit this location for lunch less frequently because of my schedule But I was still greeted and taken care of by a friendly staff. This Panera seems very busy during lunch but runs very smoothly for the amount persons they cater to. Like all establishments I have eaten in, people are human and move at human like speed. So I expect and am NOT OFFENDED when a garbage is getting to the full point or there is a semi dirty table from customers who have literally just left the premiss. Panera Bread gives me exactly what I need. A place where I can count on good food, Extremely Friendly and Caring staff (Remember Sat.
