My fisted french rolls tossed naked in a bag

"Order ahead" order was completely wrong. Got too much of some things and flat didnt receive several things. More than half the order wasn't labeled, so no idea what was what. When asking for my chips and bread the guy in the back fisted my rolls and tossed them in a bag.... HORRIBLE

I was skeptical given some of the bad reviews but this Panera is actually quite nice! Super clean inside, staff is very polite, and overall a pleasant experience. Food is good as long as you pick carefully - id avoid all their baked goods (croissant was bleh) but their salads and soups are always delicious. Mac n cheese is also 11/10. There's also great wifi in case you need to get work done for a little bit!

Generic Panera food. Tasteless almond milk smoothie. Employee front- end with mask around chin. Employee making sandwiches, mask under nose. I will not be back as a restaurant with little care for customers' health should not have customers.

The restaurnt is great at quick service and the food is always good. The location can be busy around normal lunch times (11am to 12:30pm) but it is a quick lunch spot to meet friends at.

The UNLIMITED SIP CLUB is a B A R G A I N ! $10.99/month with first month free!

I am a 30 year customer of Panera BreadCo, since it was St Louis BreadCo and have been to 20-30 BreadCos. This is THE BEST ONE. Manager MARK is professional, FRIENDLY, and always hustling, but stops to chat briefly. Cashier Christine & KAT call DOZENS of customers by name and HELPS, not just an "order takers" and Karen keeps the coffee bar and floors cleaner than my late MOTHER's KITCHEN! Elaine, James Asst Mgr - ALL GREAT! No BS !

Cheddar Broccoli and Tomato Bisque Soup - Yum!

Panera Bread just opened a brand new location in Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway East. Located in the Winn Dixie Shopping Plaza near the front corner of the lot. Although newly opened, this location has been received well and was doing a brisk business when we stopped for lunch this afternoon. This restaurant is fully handicapped compliant with a wheelchair ramp and accessible parking. Parking within the boundaries of the restaurant landscaping is extremely limited, so you may find it necessary to use parking in other areas of the lot, like we did today. It seemed they had additional staff on hand to help handle training issues and the initial business rush. The service and ambiance is the same good quality you find at most locations for this chain but with the additional sparkle that comes from opening a new store. Panera Bread has adapted to today's marketplace offering a variety of ordering options including: online mobile orders, self-serve kiosks, full service counter orders and the ability to take a seat and order food from their App. Seating offered inside includes tables and booths. Additionally, there are several outside tables with umbrellas for dining al fresco. Today was full of rain and bluster, so we ordered soup. The tomato bisque and broccoli cheddar were both tasty, as expected. They offered us a cookie for .99 and we decided it would be rude to refuse. The lemon drop cookie was soft, chewy and had a great flavor. Good choice!

*** Reviewing for the Cape Coral location ***…read more I love to support small businesses and I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. I ordered a brisket, ribs, smoked wings with mac n' cheese and baked beans. Brisket - Fantastic. It's a good amount of fat on the meat where it's juicy and not dry. Super flavorful, didn't need any sauce and tender. By far my Favorite. Ribs - Great. It has good texture and flavor and I enjoyed it. Smoked wings - Smoked and cooked to perfection. The sauce they toss it in is what made it unique too. Mac n' cheese and baked beans were good too! If I recall, I believe the beans had brisket pieces in it too. Service was great. The cashier and owner himself were Super friendly and nice. Whenever I'm in the mood for barbeque, I would genuinely come back to support this place. I rather here than go support a terrible chain bbq place. This hidden gem is located in an apartment building near downtown Cape Coral. Free street parking but also free public parking next to the Dollar Tree located across the street.

Big Nick's BBQ: Big Flavor, Tiny Portions…read more If you're the kind of person who likes their BBQ served with a side of financial regret and lingering hunger, then Big Nick's BBQ is your spot. Let's get the good stuff out of the way: the food tastes great. Smoky, well-seasoned, and cooked with care--whoever's manning the pit knows what they're doing. The burnt ends? Delicious. Tender and flavorful. Even the sides were tasty... all three tablespoons of them. Yes, I measured--because how could you not when your mac and cheese comes in what looks like a hotel shampoo cup? But here's the rub (pun fully intended): for what you pay, you'll expect to leave full, maybe even waddling a bit. Instead, I left wondering if I'd just finished the kids' sampler. The portion sizes were shockingly small--like, "am I on a tasting menu?" small. I didn't expect Big Nick's to serve tiny tapas with Texas flavor. In short: Big Nick's is an expensive date that flirts with your taste buds and then ghosts your appetite. Come for the flavor, but eat a sandwich before you arrive--or be ready to swing by a drive-thru afterward. You've been warned.
