Always super busy, but I can see why, as their food is amazing. It isn't the most inexpensive, but it's definitely worth the money. Personally, I get the salad and panini "you pick two" combo and their iced chi tea. Their pastries are also great, especially when they're only $.99. I usually skip the line by ordering through the app, and they keep my card info on file so I don't have to input my info every time. They have free wifi, so it's a great place to have a bite to eat while surfing the web. read more

My wife and I go to this location usually about once per week and it's always a pleasant visit. Service is always quick and usually very friendly (at times during the really busy hours, some employees tend to be less personable...not so much an excuse, but I can understand having worked in a customer service environment before). Food is great, coffee is always fresh and if not they'll quickly brew a new batch for you. I decided to write this review particularly based on an experience we had a couple of days ago on Tuesday morning. There had been a blackout it the area the day prior and as a result, their computer systems were not working correctly...as we all found out later. Our order was taken at the register but the food preps never received it. Now I'm not one to quickly complain (like other snobs) so we gave it some time, especially since we were in conversation, enjoying our coffee and tea. But after a while we realized 15 minutes had passed and we figured they might have forgotten about us so we inquired. Surely enough, their mistake was acknowledged, they apologized and assured us our food would be out very soon. I've been to other places where they didn't even so much as admit error, so that was definitely appreciated but they even took it a few steps further. One of the managers came over to the table (I think his name is Ezequiel...sorry if I got the name wrong), apologized again and asked what else he could do to rectify the situation. We were definitely not expecting anything more than what we had already received (a personal apology) so we told him that anything he wanted to do would be ok with us. He ended up comping our meal and even gave us a free pastry to go with it. This kind of service is the perfect example of an establishment which is dedicated to the complete satisfaction of its customers. This is how you get repeat business and referrals. I'll definitely be back and continue recommending not only Panera, but this particular location to friends and family who want a great dining experience. read more

Went into this location for the first time, staff was cool. Want to shout out to David who literally was doing it all. Running food. Standing at expo and cleaning tables, ALL WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE. Never had their pastries but I've had their sandwiches and soups. I've only had the brocolli cheddar and I must I enjoy it. Their sandwiches are okay. If you are extremely hungry, not sure if a soup and half a sandwich will get you full. I do like panera bread though. Great Job !!!! This placed Rocked my catering order. I did an in-service for a big client. I ordered on line, customized my order, selected the time for "THE FREE DELIVERY" AND BOOM DONE. I requested extra napkins, condiments, cups, silverware, extra salad dressing and more than enough. The food was super fresh and tasty. The presentation was incredible! AND THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY IN-SERVICE RIGHT ON-TIME! Doing a client presentation is stressful enough...this was perfect, easy and my clients loved it! I will definitely be using Panera again. The Greek salad is my favorite at Panera, and usually I'll grab a broccoli cheddar soup with it. This time, though, I opted to try the Summer Corn Chowder. BIG mistake - way too sweet. But the 4 stars are for the customer service. I asked Chris, an employee, if I could switch out the soup for a different kind and without hesitating, he said, "Of course!" Their service is horrible !! Went for breakfast and my sandwich came with the wrong bread!! Ordered the spinach, egg white, and avocado power breakfast sandwich and it didn't come on the correct whole grain bagel thin bread as advertised ! They ran out and put it in regular bread! This Panera branch is the closest one to my house, and I've continued to experience bad service here. First let me say that the catering is awesome at this branch. But a couple weeks ago, I ordered a Tuesday bakers dozen. They completely messed up my order - (which I gave in person, not rapid pick up or online) - the wrong assortment of bagels and the wrong count (12, instead of 13)! I didn't notice until I went home and then I called the branch and spoke to the manager. The staff and manager did not apologize or offer to switch bagels. It seemed like customer service didn't matter to them! Then this week, I pre ordered a Tuesday bakers dozen online and while the count was almost right, they gave me 12 instead of 13 again, even though my online order said 13. Again, I didn't notice until I opened the bagels when I got home! I also noticed that the bagels i get from this branch are often poorly cut! The halves are usually far from even and the bagels are not fully cut. I am considering going to another branch or franchise so that I do not have to deal with these constant mistakes and lack of value for customer service! read more

lovely quaint little corner store that just opened up. i used to frequent the lakewood mall location and now am so glad they opened one within walking distance of my house. the place gets really really busy- we came an hour before closing and people kept piling in. i didnt get any eyerolls or dirty looks! the girls and guys here work so hard. food was fresh and delicious as always. bread was up to par. the brocolli soup was yummy as per usual. they have free wi fi. i can't complain. keep up the good work panera :) read more

My sister and I came here on a Saturday for lunch and to catch up on some studying. I honestly don't think the food here is overpriced due to the previous reviews. I always get the 2 for 2 deal for $6.99. To me, for a delicious half sandwich and soup, that's a bargain! There's a lot of seating in this Panera Bread and were able to get roughly 2 hours of studying done and then headed for the mall since it was across the street. LOL... we couldn't resist :) The workers here were very friendly and one of the workers gave us free pastries for filling out their survey. It does get a little loud here for studying but the seats are nice and comfy. Definitely will be back here again next weekend for some "studying" and shopping :D read more

Several times they can't get a simple pastry order right and once I get to work, I find they gave me the wrong thing. Ive been hearing about PANERA Bread for a while now and haven't been until today. Let me just start out by saying this place is far more the best!! I ordered a tomatoe and mozzarella chicken paninni ys2 with a side ceaser salad and an apple. Mmmm my mouth is watering just typing this!! Panera Bread is always a good go to place for sandwiches and soups and salads. On this particular day, I think everything just went wrong. Actually, this was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and it was ok, at least I was in a good mood and not in a mood to bite people's head off. When I went up to order, I guess the computers weren't cooperating or something, so the chick was really distracting. Meaning, she wasn't really listening/paying attention to what I was ordering/saying. I should have known. Anyways. So I get my receipt. Then I wondered why our food was so expensive. I got a salad and green tea (which, bTW, DON"T get because it's so overly sweet and not very green tea-ish..really gross), my BF a sandwich and smoothie. It was like 25 bucks or something. So I looked at my receipt and it said a steak sandwich and a salad. HUH? I didn't order a steak sandwhich. So i saw the chick and flagged her down and she's like didn't you order you get two? i was like uh NO. that really never came out of my mouth. I dont' even know how you mistake that. So she says sorry and told the lady making the stuff. and then I was like, uh, dont' I get any money back? is it the same price?! so I got a dollar back. It really was too much of a hassle by then. Then we sat down and the same chick came back with our food. She turns to leave and i was like, uh do I get my iced tea? "oh yea! I come here all the time. I absolutely love the food here. It's light and great portions. My cousins and I have made it a ritual to come to lunch here every Wednesday. And because we are so frequent, one of the employees there, Sara, has befriended us. She's is sooo friendly and helpful and always comes by to see if we are enjoying our food. My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience at Panera today. And it wasn't the first time, it was just the last straw on a string of chances we kept giving them. We went in around 8am after dropping a car off to get serviced. We figured it was still pretty early so the bakery should be stocked. He saw the four cheese soufle that he wanted to order on the heatplate so we quickly put in our orders and sat down. A server came by 5 minutes later to tell us they didn't have the spinach and bacon soufle which I ordered. That was fine by me since I could eat the spinach artichoke one just as easily. Then we took a look at the "four cheese soufle" he brought over and turns out it was a spinach and bacon one. Hooray, right? He went back to see if he could grab a four cheese soufle and turns out MAGICALLY between us seeing it and sitting down, they no longer had them. Lets keep in mind we were the only people in there and my boyfriend JUST SAW TWO! Where did they go? Needless to say he was not happy. And that's not the first time Panera has let us down. They advertise their togo orders pretty aggressively so one day I went ahead and called to order two soufles. One four cheese and one spinach and bacon. We went in to pick them up and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about when I said I called in an order. She asked everyone in the kitchen and it was this big commotion and i felt like an idiot. Eventually they were like "Oh yeah! Here it is!" And we paid and went home. When my boyfriend bit into his soufle it was the wrong flavor. They have him ham and swiss. Fail. Now I've had a preexisting dislike for Panera and the only reason I've gone as much as I have lately was because my boyfriend introduced me to their soufles which were--in my opinion--the only palatable food option there. But previously, I am scarred from ordering a turkey bacon sandwich with a tiny wimpy piece of bacon and brocoli cheddar soup that was lukewarm and all-around gross. I have been here several times and not been impressed. Other than almost always having to wait for my food, the staff is not very friendly. They have changed their menu so much, I almost don't recognize it!
