Clean inside and nice people but my food was not good! I had the grilled cheese and seasonal squash soup. The grilled cheese was not a grilled cheese it was toasted bread with some cheese in the middle hoping it would melt. The soup which I really like was not even hot and if I need to microwave my own soup then why would I just not stop at a grocery store and do it myself.

Enjoyed the super quiet, despite several patrons plus the staff shared minimal conversation, when we ordered and dined in. We ordered a Ham & Cheese Benny Croissant, a Chicken Frontega (substituted with an Asiago Bagel), and a Hazelnut Coffee.

NOT A PLACE OF GREAT SERVICE (Much-Less the Foods) On 4-19-2026 I decided to use a gift card that was given to me on my special day. I'm not much for Panera Bread (PB), because I had bad experience before. I went inside to place an order (pick-2), and (from the order time) and to getting my foods, it took 14 minutes. When I double checked my order, it was missing the corn strips for the mexican corn chowder. The food preppers walked away and I had to wait for them to return so I can advised them that they didn't include one missing item. After all that, I double checked the sandwich and to my suprise, PB still cheat customer by only topping the sandwich with very little meats (chickens) and the rest, you only eating a 3 and 1/4 inch size of bread. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SLOW FOOD PREPPING CHEAT CUSTOMERS ON PORTION

They gave me raw chicken in my soup and I'm sick and now I'm throwing up more cause the chicken was disgusting, like come now Panera bread

They gave me bad chicken and made me throw up more when I'm already feeling sick that's why I wanted chicken soup in the first place, don't come here if you want quality food, they will give you the bottom of the bag stuff

Came in to order with a gift card and had problems but i went to the bakery counter where a gentleman (didn't catch his name) helped me out a BUNCH, shoutout him cause the food was so worth the struggle ! he even inspired me to grab a cookie :)

1.15.25 Great place to stop in for lunch or dinner. We dropped by for dinner take out on our way back to the hotel. The place was full with folks dining in for a Wednesday night. It was clean and well lit. Sydney, my cashier was both friendly and patient as I placed my order. I ordered the You pick 2. Small Mac and Cheese & 1/2 Chicken Bacon Rancher -Extra Bacon, No Bread. Chips & Hibiscus Tea. $15.74 Once I got back to the room, I was able to eat my dinner in clarity and peace. The Chicken Bacon Rancher just hit the spot. Added a little salt and pepper. Bon-Appetite. The Mac and cheese was a little dry but it was edible. The Hibiscus Tea was a little bit tart. Not the flavor I remember but a little Splenda goes a long way. Let's say that either I was truly hungry from the day or I really enjoyed my meal. I ate it all.

Spoon was dirty. Asked for another one. It looked the same. Gross.

Easy ordering system either at the kiosk or at the counter with a real person. We came in late but food came out fast, and we were out by closing time. It was good food and portion, and affordable! 26$ for 2 - pick 2 combos. We both ordered a half sandwich and soup. You also get the free option of a baguette, apple or chips. Portions are smaller than I remember years ago but we left full and I still had leftovers, lol. This visit reminded me of how much I enjoy Panera's sandwiches and soups.

I wasn't sure if they were still open even though one Yelp it said that they were because when we walked to the back all the chairs were stacked up on the tables already. There was a group of people enjoying their coffee and when I went up to the counter, they said they were still open. They have a very large menu and can seem to customize pretty much anything you want including coffees and Red Bulls. The guy helping me was super nice and had a few suggestions based off of what I like. He recommended the mint chip, which I'm excited to see on the menu because those are usually seasonal and a lot of coffee spots. I enjoyed my mint chip drink which I was able to customize with oat milk and no whip cream. It wasn't too strong, but strong enough, and I really enjoyed the mint taste infused with the chocolate. My friend really liked her drink, which was an Horchata latte. We both said we would return.

The prices are really good for what you get and the quality of the food was above average as well. I wish they had online ordering outside of 3rd party apps that gouge the restaurant, the consumer, and the delivery driver but otherwise I could easily see myself grabbing a work lunch here. I just have to make sure I give myself enough time to call ahead and take the time to pay in restaurant. Overall, really good sandwiches and sides, good prices, just an old fashioned ordering system that you have to plan around.

I decided to come back today and give it another try. Today , I went with a turkey and salami combo on a wheat roll. Ok , we have a winner! That wheat roll managed to stay soft -yet sturdy enough to hold up to all the toppings. I get my sandwich with light mayo and light mustard , lettuce , tomato and wax peppers You can also add a variety of other toppings if you prefer. My sandwich today was a 5 star sandwich, but I am going to hold my 5th star back until I can try their burgers. For now, my rating stands at 4 stars , and I am now excited to come back and try more menu items! For a medium sandwich, chips and drink it was a little over $13.00 .

After reviewing the menu selection, it felt like I was waiting for a while just for a staff member to acknowledge us. Instead, the workers were standing with their backs to us , and left us standing there for a while. In fact , I was so confused I was looking around for a kiosk to order my food. The next thing that I didn't like was the price of our lunch. 45.00 for one sandwich , two small cups of soup , two fountain drinks , and a dessert. Seems pricey for a sandwich spot. I get it - this is a step up from Subway. However, for what I spent - I expected more. Finally, the dining room tables were grimy. I had to clean off our own table before the food arrived. I felt like this was inexcusable considering the amount of staff standing around not doing much. Here is what I did like. The menu has a nice variety of hot or cold sandwiches, sides , and desserts. Everything sounded so good. Today, I opted for the Monterey chicken sandwich. While the flavor was good, it ate a little messy. I had chicken pieces falling out and cheese oozing out of the bottom. I don't think I would order this again- there appears to be better options to choose from. The baked potato soup was really good ( salty but delicious)! Hands down , the best thing we tried was Gary's chocolate cake. That cream cheese frosting was heavenly! Heads up- this cake is super sweet ,and a little goes a long way. Feel free to share this dessert. I am coming back to try more menu items- I may have just ordered the wrong sandwich today.

The counter person waved me over and stated they were all waiting for their online orders, "OK... cool?" I ordered the 6-inch tuna with lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeno, and banana peppers, along with a drink. By the time I had filled my drink and walked back to the pickup counter, my sandwich was already done! Apparently, online orders have to be made close to the pick-up time so they sit for too long. So, if five or more people order a sandwich for pickup at 12:30pm, your ass is waiting and walk-ins get taken care of first! They gave me a large tuna portion for my sandwich. It was very fresh and not too heavy on the mayo either, which can create a drippy sando. Loved all the toppings except that they put pickle spears on their sandwiches and not pickle chips... why? The sandwich came on dutch crunch bread, which I normally love, but it was hard a little hard to bite through. The crust was more chewy than crunchy, but still soft on the inside. Decent prices, a huge menu, and they offer most of their sandwiches in wrap form as well.

If you've never had Dutch crunch bread, it's essentially a soft white bread with a very crunchy crispy outer coating. This added some great texture to my mushy sandwich. The mushy part was primarily my fault due to the fact that I added all the fixings which included tomato, s&p, hot peppers, oil, and vinegar. The sandwich had great flavor, but was incredibly messy and fell apart about 3/4 of the way through. Even though the sandwich fell apart I was happy to eat it with a fork since it was loaded with a turkey.
