Clean inside and nice people but my food was not good! I had the grilled cheese and seasonal squash soup. The grilled cheese was not a grilled cheese it was toasted bread with some cheese in the middle hoping it would melt. The soup which I really like was not even hot and if I need to microwave my own soup then why would I just not stop at a grocery store and do it myself.

Enjoyed the super quiet, despite several patrons plus the staff shared minimal conversation, when we ordered and dined in. We ordered a Ham & Cheese Benny Croissant, a Chicken Frontega (substituted with an Asiago Bagel), and a Hazelnut Coffee.

NOT A PLACE OF GREAT SERVICE (Much-Less the Foods) On 4-19-2026 I decided to use a gift card that was given to me on my special day. I'm not much for Panera Bread (PB), because I had bad experience before. I went inside to place an order (pick-2), and (from the order time) and to getting my foods, it took 14 minutes. When I double checked my order, it was missing the corn strips for the mexican corn chowder. The food preppers walked away and I had to wait for them to return so I can advised them that they didn't include one missing item. After all that, I double checked the sandwich and to my suprise, PB still cheat customer by only topping the sandwich with very little meats (chickens) and the rest, you only eating a 3 and 1/4 inch size of bread. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SLOW FOOD PREPPING CHEAT CUSTOMERS ON PORTION

They gave me raw chicken in my soup and I'm sick and now I'm throwing up more cause the chicken was disgusting, like come now Panera bread

They gave me bad chicken and made me throw up more when I'm already feeling sick that's why I wanted chicken soup in the first place, don't come here if you want quality food, they will give you the bottom of the bag stuff

Came in to order with a gift card and had problems but i went to the bakery counter where a gentleman (didn't catch his name) helped me out a BUNCH, shoutout him cause the food was so worth the struggle ! he even inspired me to grab a cookie :)

1.15.25 Great place to stop in for lunch or dinner. We dropped by for dinner take out on our way back to the hotel. The place was full with folks dining in for a Wednesday night. It was clean and well lit. Sydney, my cashier was both friendly and patient as I placed my order. I ordered the You pick 2. Small Mac and Cheese & 1/2 Chicken Bacon Rancher -Extra Bacon, No Bread. Chips & Hibiscus Tea. $15.74 Once I got back to the room, I was able to eat my dinner in clarity and peace. The Chicken Bacon Rancher just hit the spot. Added a little salt and pepper. Bon-Appetite. The Mac and cheese was a little dry but it was edible. The Hibiscus Tea was a little bit tart. Not the flavor I remember but a little Splenda goes a long way. Let's say that either I was truly hungry from the day or I really enjoyed my meal. I ate it all.

Spoon was dirty. Asked for another one. It looked the same. Gross.

Easy ordering system either at the kiosk or at the counter with a real person. We came in late but food came out fast, and we were out by closing time. It was good food and portion, and affordable! 26$ for 2 - pick 2 combos. We both ordered a half sandwich and soup. You also get the free option of a baguette, apple or chips. Portions are smaller than I remember years ago but we left full and I still had leftovers, lol. This visit reminded me of how much I enjoy Panera's sandwiches and soups.

The burger was okay but definitely overcooked and not very juicy. It was missing some flavor. The garlic fries were probably the best thing we ordered. The hibiscus lemonade was decent, and the mocktail we got was actually really good. As for the service, some of the staff were really nice and welcoming, but I did feel a little uncomfortable toward the end. When I asked if I could pay with cash instead of card, I got the impression that the person seating us assumed I was going to leave a tip and seemed disappointed when I clarified that I was just paying cash. I also felt like some of the servers were giving us an attitude afterward because we didn't tip. Overall, tipping is a personal choice, and I don't think customers should feel judged or pressured because of it. Some of the staff were genuinely kind, but unfortunately the food and the experience weren't enough for me to want to come back.

As someone who follows mostly a plant-based diet, I was overjoyed to discover such tasty options. The Date Night Brussels Sprouts were absolutely amazing; roasted to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender interior, coated in a sweet-savory glaze that had just the right balance of flavor and texture. They were so delicious that I couldn't get them out of my mind! The plant-based dumplings were just as scrumptious, and we even savored the leftovers for breakfast at the hotel the next day. The restaurant boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, the service was top-notch, and the location is incredibly convenient, only a short drive from the airport to our hotel. We will certainly make Colton's Social House a regular stop whenever we fly into FAT. With no Delta Sky Club and limited plant-based dining options at the airport, this is the ideal first (or last) stop. Highly recommend!

The biggest win here is how easy it is to build exactly what you want. You can start with romaine, white or brown rice, black beans or roasted garlic potatoes, then add chicken, steak, ceviche, tofu or vegetables and choose from a huge list of toppings and sauces. Build Your Own Salad/Bowl: My favorite way to order. Everything we had tasted fresh, especially the produce, and there are enough toppings and proteins that you can make it as healthy or indulgent as you want. Signature Bowls: There are a lot of good options if you don't want to build your own, including the Skinny Buddha Bowl, Mexcellent Bowl, Teriyaki Bowl, Vegan Bowl and Perfecto Protein Bowl. Soups: The current menu features their Chicken Pozole Verde, but the soups were the one part of the menu we wouldn't bother with again. We headed in at an odd time yesterday around 230pm. It was late for lunch and too early for dinner. Nevertheless, we were seated in the front dining area, and ordered some entrees. The menu offers a lot of familiar favorites that you would expect to see at a a bar/ restaurant. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a few specialty plates. For my meal, I ordered The Local burger (no pickles of course) which was absolutely fantastic. Piled high with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes - this burger was executed to perfection. I ordered it medium, and it came out medium (imagine that). The best part was the sunny side egg that was placed on top. That first bite was heavenly. The yolk breaks, and all the goodness adds a little extra flavor to the already delicious burger. The shoe string fries were seasoned perfectly- I highly recommend this entree. The only thing I would add next time is an element of spice to take things up to another level. My wife ordered the BLTA sandwich , with sweet potato fries. I didn't try a bite because I had enough bacon on my burger , but I did sneak a sweet potato fry , and it was fantastic. My son order the chimichurri steak , he seemed to enjoy it although it may have had too much sauce on it for his liking. Perhaps it would been better if he ordered the sauce on the side. My picky daughter ordered the pesto chicken sandwich ,and she said it was pretty good. My family and I were full , but weren't going to let the dessert options pass us by. My family has a sweet tooth. We all shared the chocolate cake and bread pudding . Both are nice options if you need something sweet to top off your meal. The food and vibe of this place deserves 5 stars. I will deduct one star for the mediocre service and inconsistent food prep. Our meals were coming out one by one which made it awkward when trying to eat together. Our server didn't offer refills on our drinks , and didn't bring us utensils -until we asked for them. I will be back to try more menu items , and enjoy a cold beer while watching the game.

The Local gets the job done if you need a quick bite during the work day. I tried the BBQ Bleu Burger, which comes loaded with bleu cheese crumbles, BBQ sauce, bacon jam, fried onions, and the usual burger fixings. The burger itself was generously sized, but the patty was underseasoned, and the dominant flavors were mainly the bleu cheese and BBQ sauce. My wife ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and felt it lacked flavor. Our kids split the mac & cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich, but neither was a hit. Even the grilled cheese went mostly untouched, by my kids which was unexpected. On the plus side, the outdoor patio is cozy and looks like a great spot for fall dining with a drink in hand. They also offer brunch, though it's available by reservation only.
