One end of the small sandwich didn't even have anything in it. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the workers were nice. The food was ok, but the lobby was very messy, and so were the bathrooms. They are very overpriced as well. $30 for a small soup bowl and a salad?!? When we were leaving, the employees were just standing around, chitchatting and not do anything. My family and I have been here before, but it was much nicer. What happened panera? My kids love coming to Panera because of the bread smell and creamy Mac n cheese. Not to mention the baked goods like cookies and scones. The service here is always prompt and friendly. By this time people should already have their go-to Panera order right? Haha! Mine is the turkey sandwich, broccoli cheddar soup and chips. I love all the tea options they have. As well as all the coffee options however I do wish there were more sugar free options. This location is usually pretty busy but there is plenty of parking and lots of seating. read more

I have now been to this location several times. If you go in the morning the service is always amazing. Everyone is so helpful and they are willing to refill the coffee whenever you ask. Towards the afternoon/lunch time the coffee is usually empty (at least the hazelnut). They get very busy at times throughout the day. I highly recommend their kitchen sink cookie and the hazelnut hot coffee. read more

Panera quality has gone downhill. Also, too pricey for what you get. Last visit I got half Asian Chicken salad. No flavor to it and not much in it. For $10.50 I could have made a much better salad at home. The table also had crumbs. I don't know what has happened to Panera but I don't think I'll be going back again. read more

If you feel like you want something fresh or want to get warmed up with a delicious soup this is the place. We usually come every week or so. We love the baguettes and the sweets Panera has. The sandwiches are so tasty and the soups are so delicious. I love the one that you can get In The bread bowl. Sadly at this time of the year they get sold out. I have to come early if I don't want to miss it. I always get the Mediterranean sandwich. It comes full of greens, cheese tomatoes red onion and the spread that gives it a nice smooth flavor. I love the 10 vegetables soups in the bread bowl. Delicious. My daughter and husband love the flat breads, the Turkey sandwich and overall anything. The flavor they put in the spreads and the meat are so delicious. They have the promotion that you can get coffee free for a month and after that you pay a $ 8.99 a month with unlimited coffee refills. Pretty cheap if you are a coffee lover. If only they were on my way of work I would definitely subscribed. The only thing I would say and I give only 4 stars is that they always forget our drink cups. I mean always. I don't know why. I have been on a Panera Bread kick ever since my dude bought me chicken soup from there, which was delicious. The chicken soup was tasty, it was also paired with a baguette. I'm not really a bread person but it hit the spot. Due to my new lifestyle change Panera Bread fits perfectly in, as their food options tend to be on the low calorie side. I crafted my dream sandwich which was 300 calories and paired it with soup. The vegetable soup only 40 calories. I ate my soup first which made me too full to eat my sandwich which I had lunch for the next day. The dude likes to order food online so it was such a swift pick up. The dude enjoyed his meal. I was never a fan of Panera but I am such a fan now. I have not gotten anything I didn't like yet. I highly recommend this place if you want a healthy alternative than traditional fast food. The staff was very friendly and kind. It was very clean on the inside. I have no complaints. Been to this location several times and I love it. They have electronic kiosks to order and you can customize your order. Since I am calorie counting I can customize my sandwich based on how much calories I want to splurge on. So far I get a pretty filling turkey sandwich with bacon for 250 cals! I will be coming here more often. Good food and good vibes. I cannot wait to try the other items on the menu. They also have a rewards program in which I didn't know about :( so if you frequent Panera make sure to get all the perks. read more

I am actually a Starbucks partner, but Panera is my go-to spot for coffee and bakery! I absolutely love their Hazelnut roasted coffee! It's flavored packed, light bodied, and aromatic! Panera is also my go-to spot for studying. This particular location has plenty of seating and is mostly clean. Most of my experiences here have been pleasant and I've even managed to make some friends with the other regular customers. It really adds that extra delight to my day! This spot is great, but I must add that on several different occasions one of the baristas here have really harshed my mellow. One of the male kitchen staff seems to hate me or something. He is not rude, but he can definitely work on his politeness, greetings, and cordiality. He knows what customer service looks like because I see how nice he is to other people! Why don't I get that!? I will give 5 stars when the entire staff can be overtly friendly! read more

Zero stars if I could. So my wife gets her lunch break and goes to Panera Bread to get a sandwich for takeout. This is the grilled cheese she was given. Two slices of bread with some cheese and thrown in the microwave. It was probably wrapped in the paper then thrown in the microwave based on the cheese stuck to the paper. Who thinks this passes for a grilled cheese??? Can't even imagine what she paid for this. She's so glad she wasted over half her lunch break to pick up this sandwich to not even be able to eat it. I want to preface this review by stating that I love Panera and wish it was consistently stocked, cleaned, and prepared each visit. I return each time with HOPE and am disappointed about 75% of the time. Today was probably the worst ever. It's a Tuesday morning at 9am. Not busy and pretty normal. Ordered via kiosk and every single bakery item except cookies and muffies were out of stock. Every one. I was with my daughter and ordered our breakfast of a breakfast sandwich, parfait (after noting the other three items I wanted were also out of stock), a muffie, and two coffees. I tried to order two muffies so I could take one home to my other daughter but there was a ONE MUFFIE per order rule. Lol. THEN the kiosk asked for a tip for staff. Weird but ok. Never noticed this at a kiosk before, only counter ordering. Anyway, we looked for a table and every single available one was dirty. We wiped one down and took a seat. Our order was called quickly and the coffees and breakfast sandwich were good. They informed me they are out of the parfaits. Lol! I almost laughed. I settled for oatmeal which reminded me of what midieval gruel would taste like. Hard as a rock, cold, and sad. I asked for a bit of milk and brown sugar they said there was none. When we were done, we cleared our plates and left disappointed altogether. It was sad. I thought that, maybe, I was entitled to the tip. Lol. Afterall, I put my order in at the kiosk, wiped my table down, picked my food up at the counter, and cleared my own plates. Ha! Anyway, the biggest issue is the fact that on a Tuesday at 9am, they were out of everything. No matter when I come, they are always out of everything but this was the worst time. Makenna (cashier) went above and beyond by providing us additional info on better price for 2 and a recipe ( she wrote done for my daughter) on how to make an amazing butter Nutella sandwich with the sliced bread. My dad got food from here while studying for his PhD program. He got served his food. A few hours after he got home he experienced a major migraine. When I was going to go to bed he started throwing up. He threw up 24 times that night. Then the next day he was dry heaving the whole day he was yelling. This is unacceptable for a restaurant. Value for the money spent is not worth it. I ordered the soup in a bread bowl, out of bread bowls, so I ordered a bowl of soup and hot tea. They bagged it to go - even though I stated for here. The tea was warm, not even hot enough for the tea bag to release its flavor. The soup came in a small paper cup and a piece of cold bread dropped in the bag with the plastic spoon. $10 for a tiny container is WAY overpriced. Bleh, blah and meh. After a movie a few days ago my bff and I were in the mood for some coffee and a sweet pastry of some sort and since Panera was right around the corner from the movie theater, we gave it a go. The pastries all looked so good and made me salivate. I was excited to have a baked goodie and some delicious hot coffee and that completely came to a halt once I noticed coffee was old, and I basically had to choose the light roast (which I "loathe entirely" ::Grinch voice::). I dealt with the bad coffee choices and sat down to enjoy the next few moments with my friend before having to go to work a few stores down the way. I ordered the cheese pastry (don't remember the exact name) and it was as hard as a rock and the cheese custard on top had already become paste. I was so disappointed. I didn't want to ruin the time with my friend so I said nothing and kept with our banter. This visit seriously changed my opinion on Panera or at least this location. The girls helping me out had no interaction with me and seemed like they didn't care about anything other than their shift being over. Most likely will not return. It's a hit or miss every time we visit here. I think more of a miss. This time really did it for us. The lady at the cash register was sooooooo rude! She acted like she did not want to be there and she was very short with us. We ordered a soup and a salad. We waited a while until we asked a staff member at the counter about our food. Well, apparently they couldn't find out order. Which didn't make sense since I paid for it. The girl asked the cashier register lady and the rude lady said yeah, I remember them, tell them to wait over there.... we were starting very near her she couldn't have told us herself or even apologized or explained what happed to our order. About 15 mins later our food comes out. Their tomato soup was just warm and extreme salty. I ended up just dumping it. What's the point of returning it? I always hear these horror stories about staff spitting or doing something nasty to the food if it gets return for a new dish. I'm not saying that's what they do or did I just didn't want to risk it. My husband's salad was good so we just shared that. We don't recommend this location since we usually get bad service here. read more

I was about to eat my salad but noticed though the clear packaging the bottom of the salad had brownish leaves. A few brown leaves weren't a big deal. However... as I continued to dig I noticed more and more leaves were either half rotten, bruised and seeping brown liquid. As I dug further down it reeked of a foul scent. The entire bottom half of the salad was rotten and had started decomposing. It seemed as if someone just threw fresh salad on top to covered the old salad. The tomato soup was fairly tasty.
