Chipotle chicken with bacon had a decent amount of topping, maybe a tad salty for me. Margharita pizza was very good, just would have like a bit more cheese on top. The Turkey chili was very good. Reminded me of the consistency of my favorite Wendy's chili - good seasoning, garbanzo and kidney beans, not thick, good Turkey meat. I made my first and LAST visit to this bakery today. I ordered a blueberry scone on-line. First off, their website is squirrelly as fuck. I tried half a dozen times to get it to accept my phone number. This was before I had coffee and really didn't help me start my day. When I finally returned home (after stopping at the nearby PEET'S), I discovered that the scone was extremely salty. My husband even asked if the Asian salad had the dressing this time. The employee looked and said yes it's there. Always in the mood for Panera and so glad there is one closer out this way! Compared to other locations this one is on the smaller side. Which is ok with me since I haven't run into a large crowd yet. I am always able to snag a spot when dining here. I always order a u-pick 2 meal when dining here because I can't ever decide on just one item! My absolute favorite combo and latest go to is the chipotle chicken avocado melt and macaroni and cheese with a side of bread. I love the flavor of the chipotle mayo and the foccacia bread is nice and soft with a little crisp from being toasted. The macaroni and cheese is so creamy which is why I choose the bread as my side. One star for this store's incredibly heavy-handed disrespect for one of their neighboring local businesses. I am the publisher of the Pioneer community newspaper. When this Panera first opened, their lovely, young manager invited us to put a Pioneer newspaper rack in their vestibule. We were happy to do it. It's mutually beneficial. We promoted Panera as a place to pick up a free copy of the paper, which drew potential customers to their store. In return, the Pioneer had great visibility. Saturday, I went by to refill the rack, and it was gone. The staff didn't know where it was. So, I went today and asked for Rob, the store manager who told me they threw the rack away. THREW IT AWAY. No phone call, no message. Nothing. Our phone number is on the rack card. They threw away our expensive, hard-to-get, in-short-supply, three-shelf coated steel newspaper rack. Apparently, the rack was empty because hundreds of their customers saw value in their local paper and picked up all the copies. This is an indefensible affront to an independently owned, local newspaper who has faithfully served the community and SUPPORTED our fellow businesses for 20 years. We promote the Panera brand on our website and drive traffic to their store at every opportunity. We MATTER! We are not DISPOSABLE. And we don't treat our fellow businesses that way. When you order your next sandwich, ask them where the Pioneer is. read more

Keep in mind, I had such a horrible experience from Panera Concord, Diamond Blvd. So that didn't stop me. Got notification that I would get my order between 1:15 to 1:30p. Ok that's fine with me. At 12:53 my online order is cancelled. I thought this would have been from Panera Concord due to past horrible experience and was really surprised is coming this store. First I ordered the corn chowder & they didn't have that, then I ordered another soup, which they also didn't have. At that point I would have walked out if I hadn't already paid for my order. Two stars because I've had good luck with the sandwiches. Went here with the family tonight and ordered two "adult" meals (no, there wasn't any nudity) and two kids meals. When we picked up the food and got back to the table I noticed that we were missing a fruit cup. I went back to the counter and there were two people standing there. The guy who made (heated) our pre-cooked food and another woman. I explained that we were missing a fruit cup and the guy whispers under his breath "I put a fruit cup on there" while the woman says "ok I'll get you another one". This place wasn't here a few years ago and I'm glad it's here now. Came here because I wanted an iced coffee and the manager Kyle took care of me. There's also outside dining which makes for a great workspace. Not sure if they had spots to charge but I still got some work done. Forgot what Panini I got but it went great with the broccoli cheddar. Kyle and I had a good conversation about the new location and how he used to manage at the one at willows. I didn't see many 5 star reviews which is why I'm leaving this one. The store is fairly new. Only a few years old. So it's not expected to be perfect in the beginning. It's already been some time since the last review so the place has definitely changed. Employees are friendly and food came out great. They found their system and it's working well for them. Stopped in Tuesday evening 6/1 for a sandwich for myself and a salad for second person. Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT on the board shows price of "you pick" $6.89 and "whole" for $11.39 Ordered the half and expected price of $6.89. Sandwich and salad were both good but noticed on the receipt that the sandwich was $7.99. Checked with the manager who said " yes our menu is confusing" and $6.89 was only for "you pick" pricing. NO WHERE ON THE BOARD DID THE MENU MENTION $7.99...ONLY ON THE RECEIPT. Manager blew off the request for clarification like "no big deal"...."its confusing" BEWARE OF THE CONFUSING PRICING....and don't expect much from the manager.
