This is my second time at this Panera. The first time they had ZERO bagels at 9am. So we did not get to experience it. Today, they had one girl taking orders, delivering food, and cleaning the tables. They were again, almost out of bagels. They had 3 totes of bagels and that's it. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Also, MAKE MORE BAGELS! How do you expect to serve people with one person doing everything f and when you have no food. Get better management. Hire people that actually want to work and aren't dragging their feet. Probably the worst Panera I have ever been to and will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. I'm ill and just ordered a soup and baguette for myself and a salad and baguette for my boyfriend, for rapid pickup. While it was ready, it was not in the best shape, as the dressing was taking up half the salad bowl, shorting a. Lot of salad, and neither dressing cups were full. My soup bowl was half full as well, and both meals were missing the baguettes, which I was craving due to my illness. I only ordered Panera for this reason.... Not a great start to a new restaurant, this Panera bread doesn't bring the food to you. The ran out of the bread that they make the steak sandwich with and Just replaced it with a different bread without asking if that's what I wanted, the only put 1 piece of meat on the sandwich so it was basically all bread. Worst customer service. Placed an online order through the Panera app and it was delivered incomplete. I tried calling the restaurant and they never answered the phone. I've had the same problem with them before. This time I called their corporate customer service and they wouldn't send the missing item. I am so impressed with the quality of customer service at this location. The serving team were so fast and polite. My chipotle chicken sandwich was great, had lots of avocado and chipotle sauce just how I like it! The manager was exceptional, checking orders to make sure they were correct, very pleasant attitude. When i poured myself my coffee I noticed there were coffee grounds so they brewed a new batch for me. LOVE this location. read more

This one star review is for their drive thru and delivery. I was so excited for this location opening right down the street from my house. My fiancé and I visited the restaurant the weekend it opened. Everything was great while dining inside! However, I DO NOT recommend the drive thru or delivery. We did drive thru a few weeks ago. Order was wrong. Paid extra to add avocado to salad but there was no avocado. Paid for a bowl of soup, they gave us a cup. Had to park and go in to get order corrected. No point in drive thru if you have to do that. Decided to give it another try a few days later when I was home sick. I ordered delivery for lunch. Not only were they 20 minutes past the scheduled delivery time, I ordered a half chicken caesar and bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. I ordered extra dressing and received NO dressing. In addition, they brought chicken noodle instead of broccoli cheddar. I tried calling the location multiple times, no answer. The phone sends you to voicemail but their mailbox is full!! All in all, I will go the extra "mile" and stick to the Pinecrest location which is so much better. read more

Don't come to this Panera if you have somewhere to be. Every time I go through the drive thru they make me park and make me wait 10+ minutes. I usually only order a bagel and coffee. Yesterday I ordered a sesame seed bagel, yogurt, chocolate chip cookie, and coffee. The cashier read my order back correctly but my order was completely wrong. I got a chocolate chip bagel and a muffin instead. I didn't have time to fix it so I just left. There is always a problem with this place. I have been a customer of panera for long time, we order lunch at my office at least twice a week in Dadeland area, have always had great service. But not a good experience at this US1 location got breakfast at 9:17 after going to get dark roast coffee several times and there being none finally at 9:45 they filed the containers. Wow! Came here today and had a lovely experience. Ordered my usual Caesar salad with no croutons, add egg, add avocado, add bacon, and extra Caesar dressing. They got my order correct! My kids ordered ham and Swiss sandwich with chips and a smoothie plus apple and he ate all his food and said the smoothie was yummy . My little one also ate sandwich with chips and apple and milk.. he ate well too. Hubby ate the same salad as myself and he ate it all too. The cashier Janyssi was extremely pleasant and helpful. She applied our Panera rewards so we got 1/2 off our pick two (which my kids ate), and we got a free cookie. Our kids loved the warm chocolate chip . Also, we used the restroom and even though I felt the single toilet in the ladies room needed a good cleaning, it was fairly clean everywhere else and had soap and paper. Our experience was good, restaurant is small but nice. I like that they have a drive thru in this Panera. They use the buzz system to call you when your food is ready and then you have to pick it up. Absolutely horrible service. Food was "ok" nothing special but I waited 30 mins for a sandwich and a cup of coffee. The manager was sitting behind me interviewing and training a new person and never offered to get involved after I complained. She sat there and acted like everything was perfect. This could have been a teaching moment for her in front of the new employee however what she taught was "ignore customers we have plenty" In Cutler Bay we are a close community and we don't tolerate bad business , word gets around in this community and we stop coming. I don't get Panera anyway, its ok food, priced too high for lazy millennials. No one with any sense will see a value in this place. I will never go again, one customer lost! Forgot to mention, I order a vanilla ice coffee, cup was half full with coffee and half cool whip for $3.00 = a small at Mc Donalds read more
