After my 13 minute pickup window comes and goes, I decide to stand near the shelves looking purposeful in case I can get someone's attention. When I do so, an employee calls out asking if I have a pickup. Turns out my order had been waiting at the register end of their very long assembly line for who knows how long. How was I supposed to know? Why have an online order area if you're not going to use it? It felt like I had to a regular to know this magical info. Salata - My suggestion would be to fill in your online order shelving with something else useful and stick an "Online Pickup" ceiling sign over the registers so people know where to go.
