Just had lunch. Got a half Greek salad & half broccoli soup, just a perfect combination. Everything tasted pretty fresh but the wait was just a little longer than expected and didn't get my protein in my salad. Other than that, very yum quick lunch.

    Country Rustic Sourdough

I ordered online the country rustic sourdough bread($9). When I picked it up not only the bread wasn't tied so I had asked to get the wire twist ties but also missing the both sides of bread. I questioned the staff about the missing side, she said "I didn't pack because.... well... I can go get it" I told her no. I am not sure what she did with the rest of bread but I'm not going back to this location

Hmmm I don't usually follow reviews for chain spots. It's difficult to isolate what is unique to the franchise versus the specific location. For this Panera, I decided people deserve to know the difficulties they may face getting lunch. AVAILABILITY: The biggest issue at this location during my visit was the customization. They seemed to be out of bread... at a sandwich shop? All meals usually come with a baguette on the side, but they were out of that among a number of other salad toppings, including one of the greens. It meant that only a few menu items were actually available for order through the tablet upon entrance to the store. Now, upon visiting the counter, they seemed to have found a piece of baguette to accompany my meal, but there was some confusion in checking that there was indeed bread. SERVICE: Don't get me wrong, the people behind the counter were by no means rude. They just seemed to lack knowledge and a noticeable/approachable presence for customers entering. It seemed there wasn't great communication between the person behind the counter, the people in the kitchen, and the technology system intended to assist with orders. FOOD: This is the part of franchise reviews I usually don't find necessary - the quality control comes from higher up, so the idea is that once you've visited one, you've visited most. Well, this Panera is either a poor representation of the franchise, or Panera has really declined from its very straightforward branding of soup, salad, and sandwich lunch options. My sandwich had minimal veggies in it, so it was essentially a piece of not-fresh bread cut in half. The greens in the salad did not seem fresh. Nothing looked or really tasted edible, so I'd rather come here for a break from the heat and just stay hungry. Drinks in the fountain seemed to work just fine, which is helpful if you have the Panera drink subscription. I suppose I should have taken the hint when I noticed it was pretty empty indoors during peak lunch hours. I hope the best for this business, but I also hope the best for shoppers in the area. There aren't a ton of food options around here, so it's not a bad location for a restaurant to get some traffic.

If I could give zero stars I would. First we ordered off the kiosk which told me I could order a diet Dr Pepper only to find out after having to wait for the employee to respond to my question that no they did not have ddp. Ok, we round the corner and it looks like someone may have vomited on the floor. There is trash everywhere. I ask another employee where we get our self-serve cups and I'm so sorry I interrupted her because she was just as rude as the first person I spoke to. Asked if I could have butter and nope out of that too. This place is so gross.

    Mac & Cheese

We were just passing through and gotten 2 half sandwiches and a Mac and cheese with a small drink, waited 30 minutes for food. Got an under portioned Mac and cheese and super tough bread. Friend also got a grilled cheese but the cheese was not melted at all. Workers looked miserable and like they didn't want to be there. Bathroom had no toilet paper in one stall and the other stall just had a roll sitting out in the open. Normally don't complain but this was rather disappointing.

Wow! Still excellent service! The young man who served my order at the car was awesome! I forgot an item when I ordered.and he gladly went to retrieve it. The food was excellent.... I had Cesar Salad w/chicken & soup ( sorry I had already started eating before I could take pics! Thanks I appreciate you guys so much! @panera bread! Oh ... it was a pick-up (corona)

This is what I actually got. This is the new southwest chicken melt.

Umm... I don't even know where to start with this. I'm not expecting artwork when I order a sandwich but for it to not look like it got sat on would be nice. This is supposed to be the new southwest chicken melt. I included a photo of what Panera advertises and two photos of what I actually received. There was very little chicken on it a sliver of cheese and a squirt of some kind of chipotle sauce. So disappointing.

Still, even if at full stock, the self-serve bakery section appeared smaller than expected. They do have a full café setup with paninis and other made-to-order items, which helps explain the "cafe" in the name--but I had hoped for more from the "bakery" side. With slim pickings, we grabbed a few macarons. They weren't bad, but they had a slightly floury texture that made them feel less fresh, and the flavors (dark cherry, blood orange, and mango) were subtle to the point of almost disappearing. Creative choices, just not as bold as I hoped. I have a feeling my opinion would improve with an earlier visit--so stay tuned for a follow-up review when I make it back during peak hours.

The more adventurous eaters will go for the bun bo hue because there is a lot more complexity to it. And then you have the banh mi. A marriage of traditional Viet flavors mingled w/ the French flair of the baguette but with Be Banh Mi, there is an additional twist that I think is just ingenious. First off, you will fight for parking so bite the bullet and walk Second the interior. One of the most spacious, under used spaces ever to be used for a sit down/take out banh mi joint. They seat roughly 20 people while the middle section is primarily used to start a line queue. The service. It's the self-service kiosk where you order and they call you by your receipt number so there's no bussing or wait staff. Now for the for banh mi. It's not that it's anything necessarily special. It's a banh mi. Your proto-typical Vietnamese ingredients from grilled pork (what I got!!!) to BBQ pork to crispy pork belly and the works! The ingredients are one in same with any place that specializes in banh mis. What sets this place apart is that they offer the stick version of the traditional banh mi. Yes!!!! The stick version. Banh mi is traditionally served in a toasted buttered French baguette loaf that acts like a submarine sandwich open hot dog bun style then all the ingredients are shoved in the opening then wrapped up for you to open and enjoy. The stick version however is a long, thin, yet equally buttery, flaky, soft bun but it's almost a foot long and thin but they don't skimp on the flavors of the banh mi! That's what makes this place so interesting and worth visiting time and time again. Plus the price is so affordable for a banh mi. The traditional banh mi's run you at $6 per sandwich. The stick version runs you at $5. Between the two versions, you're looking at roughly a $12-$14 with tax. It's such a fantastic deal for something as filling as banh mi can be and between the two versions of banh mi, you will be satisfied! Highly recommend for a good banh mi!

So much flavor, bread wasn't burnt and the portions were great. The price was super reasonable. I left wanting another one! This is by far my new favorite banh mi spot and I'll definitely be back.
