I came here to study in the morning and stayed through mid/late afternoon--so it was perfect because I was able to have lunch here and study comfortably in peace. Parking isn't bad at all. After you enter, you can order from the counter or use the touch screen iPad like I usually do. I ordered the u-pick 2 and got the Mexican cord chowder and the green goddess salad with their signature chips. The corn chowder was fresh but not too hot and was smooth and creamy, and the tortilla chips gave it that added crunchy texture (I wanted to add more!) and the I always enjoy the green goddess salad- anything with avocado! I do wish they would cut up the chicken and boiled eggs that they add tho... It was all very good, and I snacked on the tasty chips right after! In terms of studying, I was able to get a booth near some outlets and study there just fine. I do wish this location has more outlets available though, as it's mainly limited to the corner booth I was sitting at but otherwise it is a comfortable and inviting location to study.

Great service, quick meal prep and nice dining area. The cashier was super sweet. Food is consistent and delicious as normal for any Panera.

Rewards, gift cards, or the internet were not working, but they could take your credit card for payment. The uninspired cashier failed to give me a receipt so I could enter my rewards later online. Breakfast was good and served timely. The dining area was large but loud--dirty bathroom. I probably would go to the Grand Blanc one next time.

My mom wanted to go out to lunch today, and she wanted to come to Panera. It's been a while since I've been to a Panera. I got the broccoli and cheddar soup with the chicken frontega sandwich. I saw a sign by the sandwich saying "it's back" so I'm glad. That was always my go to sandwich. Anyway, this location seemed very clean. The dining room was clean. In some locations, you would see dishes stacked, but not in here. Our lunch was good! We enjoyed!

This place is pretty fantastic. They only took 4 minutes for our food to come out. Hot and fresh. The tables were a bit dirty. That's why I only have 4 stars. But other than that.. I definitely recommend for fresh food, fast service...

Consistent dining experience. I'm so glad they finally opened a Panera closer to my home. I like Panera, even though I'm not too fond of chains, but this one is alright. I never wait in a long line at this particular Panera and the food is always consistent, even if it is just a "fast casual" dining environment. For me, I like their sandwiches and soups, particularly the tomato basil and vegetable pesto soup varieties. The potato soup is also quite nice. The mac and cheese is also pretty savory, but even the full order isn't that big, but it does come with a baguette on the side. Beyond soups and sandwiches, they have great bakery items, like cinnamon rolls, brownies and loaves of Asiago cheese bread. I don't love that the "fast casual" atmosphere makes it practically feels like fast food, just at a slightly heightened level. It's affordable, but more expensive than fast food and for that, you get to stand in line (or hit the drive-through) and grab a buzzer to wait for your order, go pick it up at the window and then dispose of the trash yourself. Like I said, I'm not a fan of the whole "fast casual" philosophy, but the food is pretty consistent and I've never waited in a long line for my order either inside or the drive-through at this location. The drive-through is pretty thorough and seems on top of things. As for the inside, the dining room is clean, with plenty of seating and an electric fireplace to warm up the atmosphere, and they have reliable free Wi-Fi, which makes it an attraction for people working during lunch on their laptops. Overall, I'd give it 3.7 stars.

When I go to pick up the second half, I noticed there was something in it. It was a bread tag. I said to my friends, "um look what was in my sandwich " the waiter comes and they said to him "look what was in her sandwich." He was extremely nice and polite and said, "oh no! You are not paying for that." Took my plate away. The next thing we know here comes Alex, the kitchen manager, storming to the table callinge a liar and I put it in the food. So I brought a bread tag all the way from Lansing to the Soogy Bottom in Flint just to put it in a burger? That sounds ridiculous! I never even asked for my food to be comped. And the waiter even said, "no, they never asked. That was me." I didn't even expect it to be comped. I was planning on paying full price. Then he said, "good because you are. You are a liar." Then tried to say he never accused me. You just did, by saying I put it in my food to get my meal comped and called me a liar. It escalated into a extremely heated argument. He said, "I am a manager so it's my job to be a prick" umm no sir, that is NOT how a manager should act. I definitely can afford a sandwich and fries. He needs to be fired! That is extremely unprofessional!

Nice bagel/sandwich shop, but definitely not as inexpensive as you might assume…read more Don't get me wrong- this is a nice bagel shop, especially for the mall. They're definitely doing something right. The bagels are incredibly fresh and obviously baked daily, plus the breakfast sandwiches are delicious, as well as their freshly baked cookies. It's obvious some TLC has gone into the mix here. If you expect stale bagels and a commercialized taste, you might be in for a surprise. The food is fresh. I don't think the staff would let a stale bagel leave in a customer's hands. No joke. The only problem is the price. I get that everything is fresh. Shouldn't every bagel shop be selling only the freshest of fresh goodies? I think so. The prices here at Bagel Brothers are a tad high, especially on the baked goods and treats, like cookies, muffins, biscotti, etc. Most of the baked goods are in the $9 price range. I think paying that much for a cookie, as good as it is, is a bit excessive. It's not made of gold. The bagel sandwiches are a bit higher than most of the competition, too, but I don't believe they're as out of line in price as the sweets are. It's just a little bit steep, especially for the area. Located in the former Cinnabon location at GVC, Bagel Brothers opened this year and since then, I have enjoyed their bagels and cookies a few times now. I was actually pretty excited to try it, but not so excited about their prices. Again, considering the area and the competition, it's a little high, but the quality is certainly there. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate muffins and their fresh bagels, which come in a variety of flavors, including pumpernickel, whole wheat and sun dried tomato (my personal favorite). Personally, I think the Lox bagel, with salmon and sprinkled with capers, is the best bet. I think it was about $7. Most of the loaded bagel sandwiches are in the $6-$8 range. Regular toasted bagels with cream cheese are a little over $2 (gourmet cream cheeses are extra, but the regular cream cheese suffices). If you want to spring for the gourmet cream cheese, get the dill. It's worth the extra money. They also have a large selection of sandwich wraps, as well as soups. I haven't tried the soup yet, but the broccoli and cheese looked pretty good. So far, service has been fine, but nothing out of the ordinary either way. The location is great, right on the first floor and away from the food court upstairs, which is occasionally a zoo. There is some seating out front, so you don't need to feel as if you're compelled to plop down on a bench in the middle of the mall to wolf down your bagel sandwich in a New York minute. I think they have a great product, but I don't know if everyone would be willing to spend that much for a few bagels and cookies or a muffin. Just saying. Honestly, it doesn't really bother me that much and I'm willing to spend a little more for the quality, but I'm not certain everyone would feel the same way. Like I said, excellent quality, but slightly exaggerated prices. Overall, I think it's worth it.
