Her order had never been entered into the system, so by the time she finally received it, the rest of us had finished eating and were ready to leave. Even more disappointing, no one apologized, no manager stopped by, and nothing was done to acknowledge or make up for the mistake. The food itself was lackluster. My salmon was overcooked, the broccoli was undercooked, and while the kids' meals were fine, my sons described their pasta as just average. Between the missing straws, delayed drinks, forgotten entrée, and the waitresses repeatedly failing to listen to simple requests, the service never improved. Not once did anyone check on our table to see how our meal was or whether we needed anything. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor service, mediocre food, and a complete lack of customer care made it difficult to justify returning. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit fell well below the standard we've come to expect from Olive Garden.

The Swiss cheese and pastrami were very dry and there wasn't enough dressing, I had to wash it down with water. I was looking forward to the pastrami but it wasn't your typical fresh layer slice cut but rather like deli meat that you can buy in regular grocery stores. I wasn't able to see anyone else working in the kitchen but only saw a one make name Van. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
