They were kind, respectful, helpful, and made our family feel supported and safe. I like Burger King a lot. But this is another Northern Michigan location with double line…read moredrive-thru that they can't seem to get right! It seems to be a common failing up here. They seem to lose track, and take a five, seven, even 10 orders from one line before going back to the other. And once you've got a line behind you, you're trapped if you're in the inside line. But being on the outside doesn't guarantee timely service it only leaves you an out of the line when you get tired of waiting. It's so simple. They just have to go back and forth taking orders alternately from each side. But, they just can't seem to master it. I've given up going to this location during tourist season or anytime there's more than one or two cars in line. The Cheboygan location is the same way. Traverse City is better. And Petoskey is great, they don't have the two lines and the line moves right along with no one left out. My advice, if you can leave yourself some room so you can get out of the line if you get tired of sitting in one line while the other just keeps moving.
