Turkey chili and Toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich - Alright at Best
    James W.

I don't think the staff at this location can read OR maybe they just don't care !!! A few weeks ago I ordered Mrs. Texas' favorite sandwich from here, Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich with NO mixed greens. It came loaded with mixed greens .. Yesterday Mrs. Texas and I meet my youngest daughter and granddaughter here for lunch. Mrs. Texas ordered her favorite sandwich, Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich with NO mixed greens, you guessed it, it came loaded with mixed greens. I ordered the Toasted Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich with EXTRA pickled onions, and EXTRA spicy pickle chips. As you can see from my photo, there were no EXTRA pickled onions and no EXTRA spicy pickle chips. It comes with the pickled onions, but the spicy pickle chips were an add on, so I had no spicy pickle chips at all !!! Mrs. Texas double checked the receipt and it's all on there !!! So they either don't care OR they can't read !!! I wish a manager would respond and tell me which one it is !!! That's all I've got to say about that !!! The turkey chili was barely warm and my sandwich was a disappointment because it wasn't correct.

Huge piece of wood in my son's Turkey sandwich kid meal.

There was a big piece of wood in my son's Turkey sandwich that he almost choked on. It looks almost like mulch(?) How it got there and how no one noticed as they out the sandwich together seems impossible. How could you not see this thing?? Luckily he didn't choke on it and I found it before he could bite into it. Ridiculous. And who gives an entire apple in a kid's meal and doesn't slice it up?? Will never come here again. I should've looked at reviews before I even tried it.

Such a tiny meal! Felt like a kids meal

Almost $14 dollars and was so hungry still after I ate (I got water). Plus the "chicken bacon rancher" was a very sad sandwich and didn't even really have anything in it? I ordered it as is. I was just sad that I was still hungry had to share for anyone who is like me and wants to be full after eating out.

Upon entering the restaurant, it is very comfortable and feels like a nice place to be. Upon looking at their signage, they have live music! I will definitely be back for that. Upon looking at the menu, they have many yummy dishes to choose from. However, I have extreme food restrictions, and I did not see anything that I could eat because I am dairy free, processed sugar-free and gluten-free. I shared this information with my server (i'm pretty sure her name was Haley). She said, "let me go talk to the chef," and off she went! :) She came back and recommended "caprice chicken over veggies" which they would customize to my dietary restrictions. Wow, that was over and above and so comforting! She said that the caprice chicken over veggies dish came with a salad and she checked -and all of the salad dressing had sugar in it, so I told her to bring it to me plain with a little bit of vinegar on the side and she came back with a salad with dressing on it and she said that they found some apple cider vinegar they put on top and would that be OK... OK? It was perfect! I loved that she listened to me and she knew that was within my diet restrictions! Haley is a fabulous server. I told Haley that she was so good that I'm going to ask for her to be my server every time. I feel so blessed to find someplace that I can eat comfortably and be so satisfied! Did I mention they have Italian wine!?! Oh so good! My lunch was amazingly good, can't wait to get it again, the wine was really good The atmosphere was so pleasant and everyone there seem to be having a good time The service was exceptional! I highly recommend you visit!

They also have some seats in front, outside, so bring your dog! Upon entering, we were greeted promptly and treated well by our server and sandwich maker, Vanessa. Vanessa was very informative and very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted & telling us about their products. We ordered two sandwiches, a smoothie, a juice and a six dollar bag of chips and our bill was $76. That's a lot of money for two sandwiches, a smoothie, 1 juice and a bag of chips. We could've gone to some fine dining restaurant for $76. The juice was exceptional, my son liked his smoothie. The sandwiches were good. They weren't amazing, but they were good. They were very overpriced! So as for atmosphere and customer service this is an exceptional place to be. I just wish the prices were lower because if they were, I'd come here every day! I will be back for juice, but I can safely say I will never be taking anyone here for lunch. Not at these prices. Oh, they also have a rewards program. For my $76 purchase I have $7.60 rewards to spend. I do like rewards.

My friend really loved her smoothie. While the server was nice and friendly, he was utterly overworked. He was making the drinks and ringing folks up at the cash register. Eight people were in the shop a the same time and it took a while to get everyone's orders and to ring them up. He took all the busyness in stride and did not let the crowd effect his process. It appeared to a spellbound environment for customers. Everyone got served and appeared happy. Also, the server acted as though this was standard fare for him. All in all...everyone seemed happy.

It's a gorgeous little place and I was greeted by the sweetest woman named Karen who showed me around and helped me find what I was looking for. You'll have to stop by the cafe too! I don't know what they do to make the mocha I ordered but it came in parts, my oat milk in a cute little pitcher and the chocolate espresso in my mug. It was SO GOOD before I even put the oat milk in!! Oh! And the guys in front of me ordered breakfast burritos and they seemed so excited to be able to return for them that I had to follow suit. What an awful mistake! First, I was surprised the subs were done so quickly, but noticed when I arrived that the restaurant was completely empty (probably an indicator). I picked up my order and drove back home. Little did I know, I should have actually checked the subs in the store. None of the 4 subs had the cheese or any condiments ordered or listed on the ticket. How does a beef and cheddar literally have no cheddar? None of the 4 were cut in two and there was no mayo, mustard, or any other condiment. That's tough to swallow with a toasted, dry, scratchy sub. Meanwhile, I was still out $45+, but then had to find something else for dinner. I've only ever not eaten or served something ordered one other time, but the subs were completely inedible. If you think you're craving the good old version of Jimmy Johns you remember, keep dreaming, as it's long gone! Update to add: one of my kids ate their sub for lunch rather than waste it, then she threw up! Yuck!
