I like my specialty coffees served hot. I do have to say every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. They seemed happy and were there to help and answer questions. You place your order at the counter, and you receive a number which you display at your table. There are two dining areas with tables and a few booths to dine at next to where you place your order. Members of the staff bring your order to the table. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. Even with the sad grilled cheese sandwich which was disappointing and the lukewarm latte, I would definitely go back to Blackberry Market again to try other items on their menu. I'll pass on the grilled cheese, though.

The ratio of smoothie to topping ratio was also terrible. It was like they filled the sides with acai mix, filled the center up with granola, it was very unpleasant. This was the first time my husband and I actually threw our bowls out, it was that bad. I do hope they get to how they used to. With the increased prices, they need to maintain quality, and quality has been severely lacking. I try to support my local businesses because I know it's not easy being forced to raise prices given this economy, but if you cut on quality you won't retain my business. On many occasions I have liked Panera Bread for my random convenient soup craving, despite the fact that it is a corporate chemical concoction that they claim is soup. While I wish their food was a bit healthier and all natural like they claim to be, when I choose to indulge I usually enjoy my easy meal on the go. This experience was a bit different. My first disappointment was the barely ripe, mostly yellow tomato on my sandwich. If you don't have ripe tomatoes don't give me any. I do not want that sour flavorless garbage on my food. I always end up taking them off. YES I notice them! Second, I was about to enjoy my broccoli cheddar soup and brought the spoon to my mouth. Suddenly, to my surprise I smelled a strong odor of cleaning products. At a closer investigation, I smelled my chalky spoon. It reeked like powerful cleaning chemicals. Not something I'm interested in eating. My fiance who was with me had the same experience. I went up to get us some plastic spoons instead. From now on I will just get everything to go. I don't feel very confident in their dish washing practices. I also hope they watch the freshness and ripeness of the produce more. I will try to find smaller, local cafes and bakeries before going to Panera again. read more

I go to this Panera about 3 times per month and its good. I will say it is one of the busier Panera's I have been too and they do a good job of keeping the orders correct. If there is a complaint I would say at the Panera you often have to wait but of course thats because they are busy and not because of bad service. I will make a note that there is a Hispanic woman that is in charge of most of the cleanup. This lady is very very nice. Smiles. Is always willing to take your plate for you (even if you don't want her too) and tells you she is hapopy to do it and its her job. This person is an excellent worker and I always enjoy seeing her. Also, she's always working! I think she is a big part of the reason I go back. Overall a good Panera to get your food read more

Do not go to this Panera. MORGAN the manager is truly the devil. After my sisters wallet was stolen while she was in this location the police were called and this coward refused to help at all and wouldn't aid the police with the video tapes from the store cameras. He is a soulless troll. He was quick and offered no help whatsoever. MORGAN and Panera obviously care about 1 thing and 1 thing only selling as many $12 turkey sandwiches with no taste as possible this holiday season.
