Never go to this establishment. I have been here only a handful of times and every time I go it seems something is wrong. The management AWFUL. The food, even worse. Above all I keep hearing whispers about this rat? You'd think its a live action ratatouille with how much I keep hearing about this. If I wanted rats near my food I'd buy one. The last and final time I came there I saw the word "rat" written on the wall. It's like they want us to know. The broccoli and cheddar soup was good but barely warm. I did buy the pic 2 so I also bought the buffalo chicken sandwich. Absolutely gross!!! Very little buffalo sauce with chopped chicken cheese between a very nice hard bread. The bread was tasty. The sandwich is about 6 inches long and sparsely filled with chopped chicken. I broke it in half a put the toppings all on it. I went to refill my drink and upon my return a staff member was clearing my table and my lunch. Oh yes they trashed the remaining portion of my lunch. It was gross so no loss but I was more upset about the $20 I spent for not only bad food but dirty tables, dirty floor, and watching the employee throw my food away. I have been going to Panera for 30 plus years. The changes in the last few years to the menu and this experience has ended my association with them. Never again! read more

Good & bad. The chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was delicious & definitely the best part of our meal. We both got the onion soup, and my wife had to return hers because it wasn't hot enough. They also served her soup without the cheese & croutons. They forgot to slice one of our bagels & give us the cream cheese we ordered. And I ordered a bag of chippers, which didn't come so I had to ask for them. The floors were dirty, and the counter (for customers) was obviously being used as an office by the employees, with a laptop set up there & crumbs all around it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don't ever eat at Panera to begin with. I feel like it's ridiculously expensive for a salad and sandwhich. However, today for lunch I was craving just that. A sandwhich and salad. So it's been over a year (the first time I came here I had a terrible experience) so I figured they just opened at the time. I'll give it another shot. I drive thru, get my order all is well. I came home, and I took a bite into my sandwhich I was like wow this is really good. I take one more bite and something just felt off and weird...I spit my bite out..and there was a WHOLE ASS ALIVE BUG IN MY SANDWHICH!!! I instantly gagged, forced myself to throw up lol cried and screamed of disgust. This Panera I thought was going to be good , good area , Shity customer service and even the one taking your order doesn't know anything about the menu and as for dinning in apparently they stopped bringing your food to your table it's definitely not a nice place anymore and when you go to pick up your order you have to throw the beeper in the box that you have no idea that's where you put them but get attitude to throw it in there and if they forgot silverware forget it you have to yell back to them multiple time to even get someone to help you out cause no one's at the cashier either , shitty attitudes all around . read more

I should've read the reviews here before going. Yes, the soup was mostly vegggies, little protein and so was the sandwich. I ordered for p/u and then waited. They seemed confused and then blamed it that it was stolen. They had a sign that items were not being placed b/c of theft. So it was just an excuse that they didn't make it. There was a time when Panera's were packed and were consistent. Now they're consistantly poor. A waste of $30 for 2 small soups, mac/cheese and half sandwich. Never again. read more

Did a grocery delivery and I am impressed. The selection is small and limited to bread (gluten full only), dairy, fruit, vegetables, and a few baked goods. I placed my order directly through the web site and my order was delivered, contactless, in about a half hour. Saved me a trip out and I was able to get a few perishable essentials! Came to this Panera 10 minutes before close, so I definitely expected that things might be sold out, but I don't tend to mind because I love Panera and can usually expect quality food and good service. I asked for a Mac & cheese bread bowl (expecting that the bread bowls might be sold out since they're usually pretty popular). I was told that they had packed the bread up for the night... How is your store called panera BREAD and you don't have any bread to serve. If they said we're sold out of bread they definitely would have gotten a pass, but no...they packed it up for the night. It does not seem like the employees are concerned with customer service. I normally wouldn't leave poor reviews but went at 1015am on Saturday and after getting up to order at 1030am I was told they stopped serving breakfast even though everywhere states breakfast is served until 11 on weekends. I was told they throw all the eggs away exactly at 1030 which seems odd enough when you have a long drive thru line with people waiting over 15 minutes just to order. When I got to the window I asked why it wasn't till 11 like stated on the website and was told it was a recent change. Don't order from Google maps. They wait to put in your order by at least half an hour. This means that everyone who shows up at the store and orders AFTER you did gets theirs first. Even if the store is dead and has Noone there u still have to wait half hour. Even tho the button on gmaps says 10 mons u don't find out you will be delayed half hour or more until aster you pay. I placed a pick up order at this location a couple times and my order always seems to be wrong. I get the pick two options, a sandwich and salad. I usually trust places enough where I can get my bag and go without checking but anymore. I order for my lunch break and this is the second time that something is missing or wrong. First time received the wrong sandwich and this recent time, today, they did not include any utensils or napkins. The bag was not checked properly because on the bag it said it was there. If you've ever got a meal that needed utensils and you went back to your office and it wasn't there then, you understand that it sucks. read more

Will never go to this business ever again. They stole from me approximately $100. Best to pass this location up until they can get their issues straightened out. New location just opened and we thought we would eat here tonight after months of waiting for them to build it. First thing, the customer operated touch screen would not take my debit card so we ordered at the counter (card worked fine). Second, we found a table to sit at with our order number and waited for our food. We waited and waited and waited some more. Third, after about 30 minutes I walked to the food counter to check on our order. I asked the women working the counter expediting the food from the kitchen if they still had our table order. She asked the girl in the kitchen if they had our order and no answer. I asked again and she asked the kitchen again and the girl said she had it. Woman expediting our food then never asked for a time frame nor did she turn to me to let me know it would be right out. After standing there still I returned to my seat thinking our food would be right out. Forth, From our table I could see food sitting on the counter but they were taking all the other orders around it out. 8 minutes later and other people that ordered after us getting our food my wife went back up to the food counter. She sees the food that we saw from our table sitting on the counter was ours with our table number. After another minute of her standing up at the counter my wife asks the women if she could just take our food as it was ours and we have been waiting 30 minutes. The women just said "oh yeah go ahead, no problem" and didn't even bother to help her. They were quick to get out the to-go orders and orders for delivery though it seemed. Lady working drive thru said very rudely "you aren't allowed to do that".
