Came in for some lunch with family and it was absolutely packed. We got the last table luckily and ordered our food. I don't know if I'd ever seen a Panera location this busy we waited probably about 20 minutes over when our food should've been ready, but it was OK. We weren't in a rush and we knew everyone was between their best to get all the food out as quickly as possible. I ordered a cup of the broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken bacon rancher, which is grilled chicken, applewood, smoked bacon, aged white cheddar and ranch on black pepper focaccia. I added tomatoes to it, which I think really added something nice. All of her food was steaming out and absolutely delicious. It was well worth the wait. For it being so busy, the restaurant itself was very clean, which is really great to see. I do wish their parking lot would've been made just a little bit bigger to accommodate the flow of traffic but other than that it's a great Panera location. read more

This location is not the best one. I have experienced repeat mistakes and repeat concerns. A few months back, they gave my drive thru order to away to a random customer. They barely apologized then question me as if I had something to do with my drive thru order being given away. It took several minutes for them to redo the order, and it was wrong even after it was made. Today the drive thru line as wrapped around the building. I went in to collect my order and stood for 15 minutes watching several employees run around in panic and confusion. Even the manager seemed lost. Checkout person needed help and had to ask repeatedly for assistance. I had to ask two times for my order. I also witnessed another customer who was missing an item in her takeout as well. Unfortunately, we have seen the Greece W. Ridge Rd., Panera restaurant go downhill in the past year. For example, very unpleasant unfriendly staff, on a few occasions we have gotten the wrong order or our side has been forgotten. This Panera grossed me out. Came in for lunch today even though I usually order drive through and though the food was fine, the restaurant itself is gross. It made me question what behind the counters and kitchen looks like. Every table was dirty and not wiped down, the garbage area was filthy, there were plates and bowls stacked up probably from all day. Nothing was stocked, two of the drinks were out of order. I haven't been at Panera Bread for a long time! First off our cashier at the front was awesome! Great personality! I like they way you order when you eat in, seems to me COVID safe and the ordering is simple and goes pretty quickly. You get a pager to let you know when your meal is ready. I got my meal in fairly decent time. I got the turkey Chili with the Cobb salad. The chili was really good , much appreciated for the cold Night I went in. The Cobb salad was also very good, and what I would call above average. I don't often go to Panera but this visit made me far more Likely to go back. Strongly recommended!! read more

I haven't been to a Panera in a while but my sister talked me into it and I was craving a salad anyways. A major change is that everyone orders from kiosks now rather than at the register. I guess that's fine but some people might not like that. I ordered the same thing I used to order in the past, half a sesame chicken salad and half of a toasted frontega turkey sandwich. Order took about 5 minutes to arrive and they call/text you when it's ready. The hardest part was finding a clean table to sit at, because every single table was either being used or was dirty but we eventually found a decent one. My food was good and exactly how I remembered it. The frontega chicken sandwich was skimpy but had good flavors. My order plus an iced green tea was $18 so it's a little pricey for what you get in my opinion. All and all we had a nice quick / semi healthy meal and left satisfied. read more

My wife and I got home at night and we had a power outage so rather than sit in the dark and eat we went out to Panera bread! We both ordered the Autumn Squash soup and a sandwich. The soup was nice and creamy and hit the spot on a cold windy night. It was a little sweet though. I would've enjoyed it just as much without as much honey or whatever they put in there to sweeten it up. Still - it was creamy and tasty. The sandwich I ordered was a roasted turkey and avocado BLT. Overall a pretty decent Panera location. It's generally always pretty busy so it's not bad but not great for doing work at if you like a more quiet environment. My food has always been correct and good quality. Anytime I've interacted with an employee they've always been friendly and helpful. The dining area is medium big, I've always been able to find an open table, they also have a few tables outside. The outside seating overlooks the parking lot so it's not pretty or anything but nice to have the option. read more

I often come to this Panera since it's the only one in Greece. My mother in law often gives me a gift card for 25 which will buy maybe two sandwiches. Panera is expensive for what you get. It is a great location because it has a drive thru. Expect most times to have a wait in this line. This place is always busy. There isn't enough parking spots but just across the road into the mall area is parking that you can use near michaels. Today like most days I go there the service seems a bit slow. There were three other cars in front of me when I ordered. You can see they have a lot of people in the back making food. I wasn't asked if I had my Panera card so I guess today's visit will have to be entered later thru the website. I had to ask for my receipt today. I did notice everyone was wearing masks but at the same time I noticed the individual pouring soft drinks didn't have gloves on. Given covid era I would think the restaurant would encourage anyone touching objects that aren't going to be cooked to wear gloves. The food is good but it's a hefty price tag. For just a full sandwich was 10.00 and that did not include a drink. The order was correct when I got it home. I ordered a full sandwich but received two halves which may explain why it took so long to get it. Used this location for work catering events, both breakfast and lunch. Ordering is very easy to do online. They package everything nicely to go right on display. Lots of extra napkins, silverware and plates are provided. Breakfast items were amazing, bagels, scones, pastries and their crumb cake were major hits! For lunch orders I'm a big fan of their half sandwich and cup of soup. Portions are large and so great to mix and match. Everything is so fresh! Staff here is fantastic, pleasant and super accommodating when it comes to picking up your order. I will be using them for many more events! read more

The location in Greece is a mess. Soufflés are always available to be ordered via the app; however when you arrive to the location, they never have them available. My last encounter on 6/27/24 approx 0830, I ordered two soufflés via the app. I arrived to the location and was informed that they didn't have any soufflés available. Ive been on a strawberry chicken salad kick lately.. the full salad comes with a side and I usually get the baguette. I think the other options are a piece of fruit or a bag of chips...? The salad comes with a low fat poppy seed dressing. It's got strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, walnuts and chicken on it. It is a very nice size portion and is 10 dollars and some change (after adding the tax). I think that is a fair price and maybe even a little on the low side when comparing to some other places. I love that you can order online and pick up in their drive-through , how convenient! The one thing I really don't like is that If you go inside to order they ask you out loud if you want to leave a tip. I wish I had taken a photo of my lunch. I ordered a sandwich, super simple:Turkey, cheddar, mustard on wheat and that's it. Heather, a team lead was working by herself taking orders and it was busy. She asked me if I wanted a half or whole sandwich I said whole and then I had to repeat my order to her, which is a little annoying but fine, it's busy at 11:15ish AM and like I said she was the only one taking orders. She wasn't super friendly but not rude either. They must have been understaffed like a lot of places. If I'm repeating an order I expect it to be correct. It wasn't. I did not get wheat bread. I got what looked like two sandwiches on probably sour dough. I didn't keep my receipt. Either she put my order in wrong or the person making the sandwich didn't read it. I wasn't expecting two smallish sandwiches. This is why I don't go to Panera very often. The pastry selection looked mostly empty. I got a prepackaged lemon cookie which was very good. I had a vanilla almond cold brew coffee which wasn't great. I was meeting a friend I hadn't seen in a while we stayed a long time but there were always tables available but the parking is terrible there. Be warned-my GPS took me to core life near party city and McDonald's. This must have been their old location. Panera is near Michaels now. It was fine but their selection of cheese (no Swiss or provolone) leaves a lot to be desired as well as x only spicy mustard. My friend enjoyed her soup. I have always felt that Panera bread is a little pricy for what you get and the quality. For a coffee, cookie and sandwich it came to be over $20. Girl behind the food counter was rudely yelling customers names when their order was ready. Sounded more like you were getting in trouble. Also ruins the atmosphere. What's the point of the buzzers they give you for when your food is ready?? Anyway, the same girl behind the counter was wearing gloves to make food. And the answer is almost always some sort of nostalgic factor. I got my usual which is the Mediterranean veggie sandwich minus a couple of ingredients including feta cheese. I received my order with a whole salad on it plus a single feta crumble. I was upset with the spread and amount of hummus...It was all in the center of the bread not spread out to the edges. Panera may have some delicious options, but not when they mess up the order. The new location in Greece has an atrociously small parking lot. Yesterday, I ordered a Bravo Turkey BLT. First off, it was missing the bravo sauce. The sauce for which the sandwich is named! It was also somehow missing the B. Wait, there's more! It was also missing the T! It doesn't stop there! It was missing cheese too! So, my Bravo Turkey BLT was turkey, bread, and tomato. I used to love Panera. This is the only one I have been to in NYS. It is closet to where we live. My daughter still loves it unfortunately. So I ordered the same thing we always get. I had a BLT and bread bowl of chicken and wild rice. My daughter finds a sandwich with the bread she likes, changes the meat, takes just about everything off and adds spinach and mayo. So an $11 sandwich becomes a $15 sandwich and she gets a bread bowl of chicken and wild rice. I get home there is one chicken and wild rice soup and one broccoli and cheese. Of course my daughter got the chicken and wild rice. I tried to ear the soup but I am not a huge cheese lover and only ate half of it. Moved on to the sandwich. Which had 4 I guess they wee suppose to be 1/2 a slice of bacon. Two stuck together on one side and two on other side of sandwich. I tried to separate the bacon and it pretty much fell apart and was cold to the touch! Lettuce was wilty and tomatoes weren't ripe yet and had no flavor. The bills like $40 for two at lunch?!?! I wouldn't mind so much if we got what we ordered and it was quality of food they used to serve about a year ago. I came here with a friend. I ordered my usual you pick 2 so wasn't disappointed however he decided to order something new off the menu (I was tempted to too, It looked so good). It was a rice quinoa dish - the picture made the salad look huge, it was not. Barely the size of my fist, so small. When the manager came to check if everything was okay I explained it wasn't. My friend paid 11 plus dollars for something that wasnt worth 3 dollars. However the real kicker was how the manager reacted when I told him how disappointed we were. He said first "didn't you see the picture advertised" I said yeah we did and its way smaller than advertised "he then laughed and said of course it is its advertising" Being and advertising major I was then extremely discouraged and raged.
