    Grilled Pork Rolls
    Marisa C.

I've eaten here about a dozen times and food quality has been consistent. For Columbus I believe this is one of the best pho places. The broth actually has flavor and they offer serving the rare beef on the side for me to add into my soup so it's not overcooked. I've also tried their bbq pork banh mi, shrimp fried rice, char grilled pork rolls and summer rolls. I've enjoyed everything I tried! The prices are reasonable, the service is quick and food is tasty. The actual restaurant itself has limited seating, but every time I've gone with a little bit of a wait they have been able to seat me. Service is quick and efficient which I appreciate! I definitely recommend checking out this place!

Always a winner. Best Pho in the area; in my opinion. The gentleman that runs the counter is always friendly, helpful, and quick. Dine-in area is smaller but we've stayed to eat before and it was nice. Don't order delivery, just go. It's a better experience, cheaper, and GrubHub is trash.

Can't recommend it. I got the spicy beef bowl and there was like 6 pieces of beef, 2 of which were giant bones and 1 was an inedible chewy piece of fat. My egg roles got delivered to the wrong table and then just taken off that table and give to me. There was very few noodles and the pho bowl was forgettable. I left hungry. The menus they have on the walls are faded and unreadable, and there's no public bathroom. The egg roles were good but $5 for 2.

Best pho I ever had! I'm not even kidding... Don't let the appearance of the place fool you bcuz u might be missing out on some of the best Vietnamese food you ever had in your life! Get their shrimp fried rice as well! It was bursting with flavor and had soo many shrimps! Portions are big so if ur not a big eater just order one main entree like their fried rice and maybe an appetizer :)

The BEST Bun Bo Hue in town! The broth was so rich and had a good amount of toppings in there. Both my husband and I finished our bowls - it was just irresistible. The summer and spring roll was fresh and delicious too. Also ordered chicken fried rice for our toddler and the portion was generous. I wish they open another location in Powell/Dublin so we can visit more often.

So good!!! Everything deserves more than 5 stars. Sweet owners and a cozy spot with really good pricing too. The veggies for Pho/Bah Mi were super fresh and tasty. If I lived in town, this place would be a regular spot for Vietnamese food. I'll revisit here once I'm near the Columbus area.

As a fellow Vietnamese person, I was pretty excited to find out there's a pho place on the south west side of Columbus. Overall pretty impressed with GC Pho. There's plenty of parking in the lot. I went early during their opening so they didn't have an official sign yet. The restaurant is clean and you can see into the kitchen. Lots of people were doing take out. The prices are pretty high compared to other Viet places I've been to, but I also get inflation is rough. We got the goi cuon to start and it came out fairly quick. The goi cuon is small, but that peanut dipping sauce rocks. For entrees we ordered a bun Bo hue and pho bo vien (meatballs). Looooved the Bo vien in the pho; it's one of my favorite types of Bo vien. The flavor profile is there for both broths, but watered down too much. I needed a little more oomph. Total for all 3 things came around to be about $44 before tip. Nice family. Would come back!

Got the cold cut banh mi for takeout yesterday- absolutely delicious. Sometimes I feel like I get a banh mi and it doesn't have true pâté on it, and i love that this one did. Absolutely delicious, amazing as always!

The flavors were well-balanced, and the meat was tender. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. I had a bowl of pho here, and it was both comforting and delicious. The broth was flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I'll be back!

The pho is really good. The seasoning and flavor is spot on, it's so delicious. I only wish it were closer to my house!

Got the chicken pho from this place recently and really loved it!! The broth has tons of depth to the flavor and everything about this was delicious! Staff was kind! We got this as carryout, so I can't elaborate much on the eat-in experience. Parking was easy. All major credit cards accepted. I'll definitely get pho here again!

Food and service was very good and the brown sugar brûlée boba tea was outstanding. Very clean, glad we stopped by.

Whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant, Bun Bo Hue [Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodles] would always be my first choice. The broth is very rich with a hint of lemongrass and fish sauce flavor. Usually it come with variety of toppings, like pork loaf, pork blood cake, beef shank and pork hocks. Always recommend to add all the side veggies [shredded cabbage and bean sprout] as the soup is piping hot. The veggies help to balance out the flavor and make the bowl complete.

I don't think I've ever been to a Vietnamese restaurant with so many options! The moment I saw the menu, I told my boyfriend, "This is where we're eating today." And I'm so glad I made that decision. The moment we stepped inside, we already had a feeling we picked the right place. The old-school interior, the '70s and '80s music playing in the background, and the overall vibe just made me think, "Yeah, this place is going to be good." We ordered the gỏi đu đủ tôm thịt (green papaya salad with shrimp and pork), bánh bột lọc (tapioca dumplings), bánh mì thịt heo (grilled pork bánh mì), phở tái sườn bò (beef noodle soup with rare steak and beef ribs), and phở đặc biệt (beef pho combo). For the drink, we ordered iced vietnames coffee. The green papaya salad wasn't too fishy from the fish sauce, and I really enjoyed the subtle sweetness and how light and refreshing it tasted. The bánh bột lọc was a 10/10 for me. The dipping sauce and fried onions made it even better. It just disappeared into my mouth! I could've easily eaten more. When we ordered the bánh mì, we didn't really read the description or realize how big it would be. When it came out, we were shocked by the size! I also liked that the vegetables were served on the side, so we could add as much or as little as we wanted. It tasted amazing, and we enjoyed every bite. We actually ordered so many appetizers because we thought the pho portions were going to be small. Based on the reference photos and the price, we weren't expecting the bowls to be that big. But when the pho came out, we were shocked. The bowls were huge! We definitely underestimated the portion sizes here. One thing I noticed about the pho was that it tasted a little different from what I'm used to. The broth was much more herbal and aromatic, with a gentler taste rather than that strong, pungent hit on the tongue. It made me wonder if this is closer to what traditional Vietnamese pho is supposed to taste like. Just a heads-up, you pay at the counter when you're done eating rather than waiting for the server to bring the check. On our way out, we also grabbed a steamed rice cake to take home. Definitely try one if you see them because they're so good! I actually think they taste even better at room temperature rather than heated up. Everything we ordered came in such generous portions, especially for the price. Nothing tasted overly salty or overpowering, which I really appreciated. Everything tasted fresh, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality, portions, and value. I'm so glad we decided to try this place. With such a huge menu, there are already so many other dishes I want to come back for!

Quick and attentive service. We started with crispy dumplings (6), crispy egg rolls (2), and a scallion pancake. Bing, their crepe, wasn't available our night. My dining companions loved the pancake - for me perhaps a bit too much drizzled sauce. It was helpfully quartered when brought to the table so sharing was easy. The dumplings were indeed crispy and probably my favorite with a standard dark dipping sauce. The egg rolls were standard and perhaps a bit undersized and over fried, but a good creamy dipping sauce was a pivot away from the sweet chili sauce that usually accompanies such apps. Ramen is clearly the focus of the menu and three of us had ramen with chicken and one with pork. They spoke favorably of the broth and the combos of mushrooms, boiled egg, greens. I had the rice vermicelli with chicken that they called a salad. I was expecting the classic Vietnamese staple but this one had some adaptations, perhaps to a fusion or one might say less ethnic nod. Small things but the ample portion served in a small bowl made it hard to mix the rice noodles, lettuce, carrot, cucumber and chicken that is a common approach to the dish after drowning all the ingredients in both sweet sauce (nuoc cham), siracha and/or hoisin sauce. It only came with the nuoc cham. They brought Siracha when I asked for it, but I'm a fan of having these condiments on the table standard. Again, had the sense that the business lunch crowd that is probably the primary audience isn't likely to be as focused on the more authentic ingredients. The chicken was also not grilled and sliced but had a pleasant preparation. Just know it won't be the charred flavor that is so common. Finally, not to obsess on this one dish, but cutting the lettuce leaves more would enable easier chop sticks combos of the ingredients in single bites. Overall it worked for us. I am definitely the most focused on (my companions would say obsessed) on connection to what these dishes should be. If adaptations work well for you, Tiger+Lily likely will as well.
