I usually go this location every week to get a nice nutritious meal . I order a strawberry poppy seed salad with a cup of chicken noddle . I asked for extra dressing for my salad . I was more than happy to pay for extra dressing. But i was not expecting to get treated so bad . I asked one of the ladies . Her name based on her name tag was Maelena . Not only she was rude toward me and my 5 year old son . She refuse to give me extra dressings . She look like she was extremely stress out . The employees are nice, but the food is bland. I'm not a fan of the sandwiches because the bread is too hard. I literally cut my mouth on it! The turkey is so tasteless that it's like it's been boiled. The salads are overrated and over priced. I give it 3 stars because the mac n cheese is fantastic... I read some of these reviews and laugh. Most have "0" friends and probably shills for another coffee house. For example, there never has been a manager named "Liz" as long as I have been using this store-which has been over ten years. The staff is delightful. I have seen them deliver food to tables (not the usual service you get an many semi-fast food restaurants) and constantly are serving their customers with a smile. I always go in because i am always shorted something from the drive through. now two times in a row i order a chipotle chicken avocado melt and of course I didn't check before i got hime and yes no avocado. How the heck do you forget one of the major ingredients, and I love that the person opens the bag as if they check the order is complete. Then I call to complain again and all they have to say "what would you like me to do". They again are going to mail me a voucher but I never received the one from the last time. This is one of the speediest Panera's I have ever been at. You almost don't have time to pay and get a drink before your order is up, which is definitely nice for folks on the go. The breakfast team needs a little pick me up in the friendliness department sometimes, but otherwise this Panera rocks. Food is good here but since they moved from across the street the portion sizes has been noticeably reduced. Not a good value for the money . My husband got a half salad and half Italian sandwich and it was like a child size. Two bites and gone! He's an average size guy and wasn't satisfied by the meal which for fast food is on the expensive side. This is defiantly a great place to go whether it's by yourself, with the family and kids, or your coworkers. I am hooked on the broccoli cheddar soup with side of bread. But I enjoy the fact that the have healthier options such as apple for when I bring my three year old. I also like that they have a rewards system, this is probably what keeps bringing me back, free items for my birthday and free items every couple of trips. If you don't have the Panera rewards card... I would recommend getting it. I am giving a four because sometimes the customer service is fantastic and the cashier is really into hie/her job, and other times it seems like the cashier could care less.. This location is pretty typical as far as Panera goes. The staff is pretty nice. It gets a bit crowded around lunchtime, but it's usually pretty calm in the evening if you decide to go for dinner. However, the last time I ordered food to-go I was very disappointed. I ordered a pick 2 with the roasted turkey and avocado BLT and cream of chicken wild rice. I order this particular sandwich a lot so I know what it tastes like. It's usually made pretty well. However, this time it was really gross. There were only 2 small slivers of browning avocado. The chicken was thrown onto one side of the sandwich. It was clear that someone had made it in a hurry. Normally this place is pretty good, but I will be more cautious of ordering things to-go. The quality of the food at this location has always been good, however the customer service is severely lacking. 4 separate times over the past few months I have ordered curb side pick-up and waited 20-30 minutes for my order even after I've received email confirmation that my order is ready and clicked "I'm here" on the app. I don't want to go into the cafe because I have a newborn in the car. Every time I've had to call the cafe and ask them to bring it out to me. When this happened on Tuesday, the phone kept ringing and it took 10 min. for someone to pick up. Other times my husband has ordered in-cafe pick-up and the order is not ready on the shelf even after receiving an email that it is ready. I understand that the pandemic has been difficult, however it's time to start putting in more effort. I don't think the staff deserve the tips that I always add to my online orders, but I keep doing it hoping it will inspire them to improve their service. read more

The staff was ignorant and loud in front.. one of the guys was walking w/the broom up in the air.. However, the last time I ordered food I was very disappointed. I ordered a pick 2 with the Frontega chicken panini & brocoli and chedder soup. I have ordered this alot but the girl at the register tells me that they don't have the bread that they typically use so they can substitute it with something else. . However I have to tell you they have the worst Bagels on the planet. They are basically round pieces of chewy bread shaped like a bagel. Even when they're fresh. It's simply not the texture of a bagel in any way shape or form. I usually buy bread from there by the loaf. It's good quality bread and I enjoyed immensely. Please tell the people at Panera to learn how to bake a bagel. I've had Frozen ones that are way better. Do not get bagels here they truly suck. This is one of the Paneras I will not be returning to. Rude manager, and unfriendly associates. I went in and stood in line behind a person who was making a few purchases. I saw that there was a person lined up in the pastry section which I what I was trying to purchases. The manager helped a person who walked in behind me, then when I walked toward her she walked away and helped someone else instead. Bad communication from the line staff. We waited 25 minutes for our food and when we went up to ask, we could clearly identify our food on top of the counter. This is the third and final time I'll order from this location. Every time I've ordered from the rapid pickup and gone there at the time on the receipt I've waited 40 minutes at the store to get my food. Today I was there for 30 minutes and asked the person where my food was at. I was told they didn't have any cookies so they didn't make my order. No one bothered to call my name while I sat there, no one bothered to text or call and when I finally asked the manager and she gave the some sorry excuse and said they would remake my order minus the cookies. This Panera is fresh out of a fixer upper episode. It's very earthy tones and bright environment create a welcoming atmosphere. PLUS, their employees are outstanding. They serve your food to you and clean it up as well. The manger is so kind, and the rest of the staff (shout-out to Ms. Jeanie) are honestly better than some employees you would get while you're fine dining out. Ms. Jeanie is the life of the party putting a smile on every customers face and making sure your meal is perfect. She's a former nurse and you can tell by how much she cares for her customers. Honestly, one of the best environments to have a meal in with friends or family. I'll be returning to this location for sure. read more

I did online ordering for this Panera, but choose to dine inside the restaurant. The order was ready on time when I arrived and almost everything was right, except they forgot to give me the water bottle that I had ordered. Panera forgetting to give me that small part of my online order was still a minor inconvenience because the whole point of their online ordering system or as they call it 'rapid pick up' is that you walk in (ten minutes after you pay for the order online) and grab the meal; with this kind of a system, they cannot afford to forgot items. Anyway, I went up to the counter, and asked for my water, which they gave to me without problem. Next, I took my food to the back of the restaurant and ate in the 'private' room that they have, which is where the real problem began. The room was not reserved, but the lights were off, so I went in thinking nothing of it. Minutes into my mediocre meal (the food at Panera really is not good, and is quite overpriced), the manger comes in, and in a rude demeanor and tells me that this room in closed, and that they close it at nine o'clock! First of all, if the room is closed, then why is there nothing specifying that it is closed? The door was not locked, there was no sign saying it was closed, and I have sat in that room many times before at the same time. Secondly, how dare the manger treat paying customers so rudely? What was he worried about, that I would make a mess and they would have to clean the room again? That is what was implied from his rudeness. I literally think, he was going to tell me to pick up my food, and move to another spot in the restaurant while I was in the middle of the meal. The only reason he didn't tell me to move, I think, was because he could tell I was upset with him and the fact that it is not specified that the private room was closed. After our brief scuffle over the room being closed, he told me 'to just finish up' and basically get the hell out. I was eating with someone, what if we wanted to sit and talk for a while? We felt both felt rushed and we were not able to enjoy the rest our mediocre meal. Panera Bread treated us like second class customers and I will not being going back to this location. PS This location did not have good, WiFi; I got on to their WiFi once, then it disconnected and then their why service disappeared. I tried multiple times to get it to turn on with no luck.
