    My order
    Michelle M.

This may be the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I placed my order on the app and went through the drive-through when it was ready. When I got to pick up my order, they told me that two items were already out of stock and replace them with two other bakery items, but did not refund me the difference for those items. Then I ordered a bread bowl of chicken noodle soup, and when I opened the bag, there was no bread bowl just a small cup. Lastly, I ordered a Panera duet with specific instructions of no onion or tomato because of an allergy and it's written on the pick up sheet however, my sandwich had lettuce and tomato, so I had to throw that out. So, for $27, I got 2 cups of soup and two lemon drop cookies. I tried to call the store five times over the last half hour and no one will pick up the phone to handle this.

If my first and only Panera Bread experience had been like this one, I would've been a fan LONG time again! The food, service, cleanliness, food turn over time was terrific. They handle our very large BUS LOAD of TEENAGERS like a champ. All the food was fresh and oh so good! If all the Panera Breads are as good as this one then I'm a fan from now on! BUT... and it pains me to write this...they have to get an efficient dishwashing service cause YUCK! I took my 8th spoon to the bathroom and washed it in the sink!

    Unsweet Tea

Upon ordering tonight I was informed they had a big order this morning and was out of most breads and baguettes. Even though 3 full baguettes were in the bins we were only offered yogurt or apples. I could see a tower of baguettes and asked about them but was told they were for tomorrow. Just not understanding the concepts of running out of bread. Also, the unsweet tea looked like water.

Marcus and Caitlin with their staff are exemplary! Rarely can I get healthy and delicious in the same thought and Panera Bread makes it happen deliciously!!! Thank you!!! I'll be back!

    Receipt

What's the use of having Rapid picked up and curbside if all you're gonna get is an empty cup and have to make it yourself.. Others Paneras actually make the drink and have it ready for you. This one they just leave you an empty cup on the counter. Even if you put it in the notes for them to please make it they still refuse to. Complete waste of time will not be back. So much for having a little convenience in a covid world.

Every time I go there is something. I really miss the old Panera.

If your breakfast soufflés expire at 7:30AM, then why isn't the next batch coming out of the oven at 7:30AM? Poor planning at this location.

A nice change-up for coffee from the half-dozen half-hearted Starbucks kiosks in town. Mediocre service.

Love to eat at Panera. Fresh and healthy food options are on menu and if you have a sweet tooth check out the desserts.

Pretty good selection. Their broccoli cheese soup is my favorite. They can be slow at times though.

In Jeff city to attend training for my job, when lunchtime came around. I'm from Columbia and work…read morein Fulton, so I don't actually know what food options Jeff city has. I just moved to this area from Elko, Nevada in October, so to be fair I'm unfamiliar with a lot of things...therefore I took to Yelp to see what was around! As soon as I saw, there was a Pita Pit, there were no more questions in my mind what I was going to have for lunch. I have not had Pita Pit in 14 years, and was helping and praying it would still be what I remembered it to be. As soon as I saw that they had falafel in a brown rice bowl I knew what I was getting. My only complaint is I was originally pretty sad that the falafel was all broken up and not in big round balls... but I digress. That bowl was fresh, filling and amazing! And I'm so glad they had tzatziki!! Next time I find myself and Jeff city for training. I know what I'm having for lunch!!

Stopped in to Jeff City for work. Looked up some restaurants and came across Pita Pit. The pictures…read morelooked very delicious and I hadn't had a Gyro in years. We ordered online and were happy with the quick service right at opening. I ordered two Super Greek Gyros w/Chipotle sauce on the side. When I tell you this food was amazing! So much flavor! So much of everything that we needed. I had doubts when I saw that it was connected to a gas station but I was pleasantly surprised and happy that I didn't waste any money. 10/10 - this is a place that I would drive two hours just to eat. Plus, the girl that was making the food was the sweetest!
