Every time I've been here in the last 6 month's my order has been wrong. I went in to pick up an order for a bridal party and the person making it just stopped and walked away. Several minutes later I was able to get someone's attention to finish making the order. I only went back because I had a gift card. They finally got the order right and the staff was friendly. The total was $22.10 for 2 sandwiches (nothing specially ordered) and bags of chips. There was almost nothing on either sandwich, we were both still hungry afterwards. If your breakfast soufflés expire at 7:30AM, then why isn't the next batch coming out of the oven at 7:30AM? Poor planning at this location.

This Panera is great! The facility is a little bit dirty but they do have a lot of business. The food is wonderful and prepared nicely from what I could see. The free wifi is great and there are many places to plug in your laptop or phone or any device. Great place to hang out, have some great food, and surf the web! read more

A nice change-up for coffee from the half-dozen half-hearted Starbucks kiosks in town. Mediocre service.

No joke every time you go into the drive thru they WILL get your order wrong. They've been out of chocolate chip bagels since they opened. Same goes for Mac and cheese and multiple other dish options. If you ask for them to cook an egg in a specific way, they will treat you as if you asked them to sell you their birth right. read more

Panera Bread has always been lack luster, pretty plain and overpriced and this one is no exception. The scenery is nice and very clean on the inside. The food however is pretty.... Blah. The customer service is pretty good but that's about it. I don't really see the hype. read more

The food here is chain-good, predictable but fresh & well-prepared. This Panera's has too many tables packed into its small dining room, however, so it feels terribly crowded even when the tables are only half full. They also use a PA to call orders instead of the pager system that every other Panera uses, so your meal is continually interrupted by announcements of "BILL YOUR ORDER IS READY"... not a good spot for a quiet lunch conversation. read more

Had a great lunch at Panera Bread today I love the broccoli cheese soup in the bread bowl. I also had the Sierra turkey sandwich I really like the Asiago Cheese bread . Only draw back I got there at 11:30 and it was really busy with state workers so a lot of the tables were dirty. I can't understand why people can't bus their own table like they are suppose to but they didn't. It was also very hot and humid in the building. With the moderating temps outside and all the people in the building you would think they would have turned on the AC. You can't open a window so that is only way to have cooled it down. Food was good as always, service was fast and efficient for pick up at the counter I would go back and recommend that you try it out also read more

I love Panera and I'm used to quick service. But this location is extremely slow. It was busy but that shouldn't cause a 30 min wait for soup and Mac n cheese. I did notice they didn't have all their bagels out. Or they were out of them. Customers were getting very frustrated with not receiving their orders in a timely manner. Disappointed to say the least. Placed a pickup order while we were in town visiting. We have Panera where we are from and really enjoy it. It was cold while we were visiting so we were looking forward to Mac n cheese in bread bowls and one of us wanted the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. They were apparently out of bread bowls but failed to tell us. Even when we picked it up they failed to mention it. The mac n cheese did not have very much cheese. They also gave the chicken and wild rice soup instead of the broccoli cheddar soup. And lastly, one of us ordered the four grilled cheese and got just the regular grilled cheese. When I called to see what happened and why this was all messed up the only response I received was "I'm sorry, it must have been because we were really busy and we were trying to make sure orders were just completed". I can appreciate that, but an order that's incorrect is not a completed order. Such a bummer, especially when you're really looking forward to something! read more

This location is hit or miss, unfortunately. Sometimes it's great customer service, and sometimes it's kitchen staff with headphones in, playing with their phones, and/or exchanging profanities within earshot of customers. Frequently out of stock on various menu items and drink center isn't the cleanest. Occasionally (hot) food is cold. With adequate management, this place would be great. read more

Empty dining room, but floor is filthy, coffee area is a mess - spilled coffee everywhere, paper, lids, empty sugar packets all over, dried spilled coffee puddles across the counter. All the coffee in the self serve dispensers are cold & hours old. I count 8 dirty tables and debris covered carpet. It's gross in here. read more

My rating is solely based on the service. I placed and paid for a Rapid Pick up order the day before my husband was going to pick it up. When he got there, the order wasn't ready and no one knew anything about it. I gave him the order number on my confirmation email. They finally got the order together, but it took almost an hour. The manager at this Panera just doesn't seem to be very good. I have noticed problems other times, not with the employees, but it seems to be management. The food is good however. read more

Consistently good service and food and are kid friendly. Coffee is always hot and the containers full. cant ask for more from a Panera's.

Food is okay but service is terrible! The person at the register could have cared less about taking the order for a family of 6 and acted put out to be waiting on us. Then he got our order wrong on two orders. Then the server brought the order out and rather than take a cup of hot soup to the opposite end of the table to give it to the correct person he just stood there so we had to pass it down the table ourselves. This is one of the worst managed bakeries I have ever seen. Routinely there is virtually no selection of bagels at 7:45 - a prime time for pickup if I want to take bagels to my office. Because of that, more often than not I leave without buying anything. In hopes of avoiding this frustration, I placed an online order the night before a special occasion at my office. I assumed, because my order was placed more than 12 hours before scheduled pickup, I would get the bagels I specified. But no. When I arrived, although a Bagel Pack was waiting, I was told it did not include the specific bagels I ordered. When I asked why my order didn't receive priority, no answer was given, and when I asked for my money back, I received no apology. I've been a regular at Panera for years, but today was my last trip to the Jefferson City location. read more

Food is usually ok but lately it seems portions are smaller and former extras are missing. I like the Napa chicken sand for a late Saturday morning. Coffee is ok, but often a little stale. The place seems 'way too loud when busy so a little accoustic modification could be tried, but then it also appears many of the folks inside could yack at a lower volume, too! read more
