Food Is always Good here. Like you can't go wrong with the God but the service is horrendous. This morning I entered and got greeted with a snarky remark that was completely out of pocket. The older lady working looked at my Bag and told me that I'm not "camping here". I forgot that brining a school bag of supplies is The same as me bringing a tent, fishing pole and other things. As for the ambiance of the place It sucks. Seeing the same employee smile and be all "fairytale God mother with others is hurtful. The judgmental attitude gave me was the same look I've seen homeless people get. "This place isn't for you to camp out " Anyways, I hope this review helps at-least one person in reflection.

Not only did we come in to the woman with the brows and the braids in a bad mood going off about management, the managers specifically and the "work load" but they got my boyfriends drink wrong. It took them 10minutes to make the wrong drink. And the other big woman didn't call out my drink. So when I thought they made my boyfriends drink, I reached and instead of communicating like a decent woman she decided to make some sort of sound like a badger and go "uh uh! No" I had to ask "is this not for [his last name] and she said I don't think so. I don't know what management is doing to these people but now it's affecting their communication with customers

Is this Panera Bread going bankrupt? No salad and not napkins I asked for extra napkins and the worker said can give an only a few because we're low. How can you be out of napkins? Smh won't be back here at all as this was our Panera Bread for years since opening. Portions are smaller but price is more. Two you pick two meals for $38 and the service is crap. Do better.

It's been a long time since I dined here. I was surprised that they took away the ability to customize from the kiosk. That was the one big let down as I had to verbally request for the baguette to be microwaved. In lieu of my request, they gave me one that was already warm. The dining room was quiet, as I remember and like it to be. I would've given a 4 star if it wasn't for the lack of ability to customize from the kiosk.

I dont know if its just this location or all Paneras... but I am shocked how awful it has become. The food portions and flavor have gone so far downhill it's below sea level. A HALF caprese sandwich (so one slice of bread total) with a little chopped bacon is $9! That is outrageous. A fruit cup with 1 strawberry, quarter slice of a pineapple, and some pieces of cantaloupe is over $2. The chicken and wild rice soup has a slimy texture and tastes mostly of celery. I started eating at Panera ten years ago and the quality was phenomenal. It's now more expensive and plain gross. What happened?

I found myself with about an hour of extra time between meetings in Kent last week, and tried to find a coffee spot nearby so I could get some work done, but nothing was open at that early hour so I zipped into Panera. Always a solid choice when I can't find a locally-owned option, this Panera didn't disappoint. The coffee was hot, the service fast and friendly, and I even enjoyed the bagel I ordered too. Most importantly on this day, their wi-fi was strong and since it wasn't busy I was able to stay for an entire hour and not feel like I was getting in anybody's way. The only thing that struck me as bad about this place was that it was pretty dirty. The tables weren't being wiped down and the DIY coffee bar was a little messy, too. Still, a good place to stop if you're in need of coffee and wi-fi near Kent Station.

The thing about franchises in general is that you should be able to go to any store and have relatively the same experience when it comes to the food. This holds true for Panera. I have been to many Panera Bread restaurants and quite thoroughly enjoyed the food. I will say, the thing that separates one franchise store to another is the customer experience which equates to customer service. Let me say, this Panera bread is 5 Star for me in the customer service department. Each encounter with every employee I came across was pleasant and you can tell that each person enjoys being there. When I was deciding on what to eat, my cashier came with great recommendations and patience for my indecisiveness. Every point of contact was such a good experience. So if you like Panera then you'll LOVE this Panera. I signed up their rewards program via the MyPanera app. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

They tasted fresh and delicious as a great way to start the meal. I also ordered a grilled pork banh mi. The sandwich tasted great and had a nice balance of sweet and heat with the jalapeños. It had generous amounts of pork, pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro and jalapeños. Together, the flavors came together nicely. It is one of the best ones I've had. The ambiance was modern, nice and clean. They had nice background music playing. The employees that waited on me were nice and friendly. Their service was also good. Looking at the menu, they offer several noodle and rice dishes as well as pho. I like the number options available and look forward to trying other menu items in the future.

Vermicelli was a 3.5 as it was fresh and a good serving (4) but the grilled pork was on the cooler side and didn't taste as crisp and fresh off the grill as you'd expect (3). Best part of the pho was the broth as it wasn't too salty like it can be sometimes elsewhere (4). Veggies were super fresh. Sliced beef was previously sliced and the whole chunk was placed in so you had to tease apart the slices from each other which was a little different than my experiences elsewhere. SKIP THE SPRING ROLLS. Picture had three shrimps/roll. Ours had 1/roll on one side with a slice of pork (I think) on the other. Seemed pretty skimpy if you ask me (2.5 at best). Service was good (4). Location was in a small strip mall with a Mexican and Indian place next door. The bars over nearly the entire front storefront were definitely interesting. For an out-of-towner, this part of Kent seems like a Santa Ana/Westminister/Garden Grove of OC, CA kind of an area with different ethnic offerings up and down the street.

The samoon bread was insanely fresh. They were popping out batch after batch. That bread was soft, delicious & every ounce of comfort you could expect from fresh baked bread. I went a couple weeks ago and tried to order a shawarma but I must have came to early bc they were not ready. So today I decided to try again. I ordered the combo and the digital menu shows the combo as $14.99 but it rang up at $15.99. Not a big deal but the digital board should be updated. If you order online, the price does show for $15.99. The cashier was okay. Not as friendly with me as she was with others. It was like I was bothering her by ordering food. The gentleman who was in the back cooking my food was pretty friendly though. Honestly, based on the experience with the cashier it would be pretty easy to not rush back. But the shawarma was just good as I remembered. The chicken was juicy and extremely flavorful. Now that I work closer to this location, it will definitely be in rotation for me. The samoon was calling my name on this visit but I will definitely have to wait until next time and get it with some hummus. You can order the shawarma on the samoon also.

The restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall leading to ranch 99 (Asian supermarket). I've had this spot pinned on my Google Maps for the longest time but just never had the opportunity to make the drive there. This place was easy to miss if you don't look carefully so I'm glad I saw this recommended by a Seattle foodie I follow on instagram. We ordered the spicy braised beef noodles and steamed dumplings to share since we weren't that hungry. The braised beef noodles BLEW ME AWAY. The broth was so rich and savory, my mom commented that it tasted better than the one at din tai fung (we are frequent visitors & I agree) and the noodles were chewy (I love thick noodles!!). The dumplings were very juicy and flavorful but nothing too special. Service was prompt and servers were really friendly. There were so many other dishes on the menu featuring traditional Chinese dishes that looked delicious and so I do want to come back to try those when I am hungry! Definitely a hidden gem for good Asian food :)

Actually it's afternoon, but we get less sunlight around this time hence it feels like the evening even at 4pm. Anyway, the inside is brightly lit and is very casual, with the interior feeling like a fast-food joint but with much better seating quality. Their menu consists of teriyaki, Chinese food, sushi, bento boxes, fried rice, yakisoba and many others. They also have a special sushi menu located behind the counter, and one particular kind caught my friend's eye. Servers were patient with us and would come by once in a while to refill our water cups. Now for the food: - We each got our own bento box. For mines, i got their box with hot crispy chicken, spicy tuna rolls and four pieces of gyoza. The hot crispy chicken is already filling on its own, and they don't skimp on the spices. It was really crispy, sometimes to the point of scratching the inside of my mouth. Spicy tuna rolls were standard but also hit the spot, with the mayo sauce and even the tuna being spicy. The gyozas were also standard but were cooked well. Portions here are huge, and I almost asked for a to-go box for my remaining chicken. They didn't provide me with a side of salad as they advertise on their menu, though. It only came with my other friend's bento with chicken teriyaki, California roll and four pieces of gyoza. He did enjoy the teriyaki here, though. - My friend got a Diablo roll, which has a similar mayo sauce on it but is covered on the outside by a layer of Flaming Hot Cheetos. This was even spicier than the spicy tuna rolls which was actually even better. It gets really filling because of all the filling and sauces above it, and carries a familiar crunch with the Hot Cheetos covering. This place has some big portions for their food and needs more exposure! I'd be back for their other dishes and offerings.
