Stopped in today for a sit down meal because their sign posted in their drive thru says "Dining Room Open" only to walk in and see that it is NOT open. When pointing out what their sign says, we were told that the dining room is open to place orders. What?!?! Dining room open means you're able to go in and sit down to dine. Very disappointed. Let me get something straight: this Panera's machines have the gall to ask for a tip when the workers don't bother to be at the front registers & they won't bring the food to your table (like other Paneras).... I think absolutely NOT! I pay $40 for 3 meals and you can't even bother to check to see if we're doing ok or even bring the food out to us. The kitchen was literally screaming my name and I'm just sitting at my table with my kids wondering why they're not bringing to food. Then the manager tells me that "new paneras" don't do that. How about "new customers won't return". I wanted something nicer than a take out place which was why I was willing to pay their higher prices. How about you treat the people of this city the same as you do the people in Murrieta & Riverside? Or you can just lower your prices since we're taking our own orders and picking up our own food- sounds a lot like McDonald's doesn't it? Such a disappointment. My family loves Panera's food and their bagels. This location seems to have decided they won't be in business much longer because they are always out of everything. Bagels gone by 1 pm. The response is it's a low volume store. I wonder why? That said, the food items are generally good. Service has been ok except for the shoulder shrug attitude about being out of so many items. I'll head to the Crossings in the future. read more

This Panera has really gone down, the person taking orders could not get it right finally I just said give me what ever your saying. Then said the salad comes with bread is that fine I said yes and the sandwich comes with chips fine I said when they gave me my order I said where is the frozen strawberry drink gave it to me when I get home no bread for the salad and no chips. I was so excited when I saw this location was opening up and that It has a drive-through. I've been here now three times and each time something in my order has been done incorrectly. Not sure why this location is having so many difficulties. The staff all seems friendly. Hard to hear over the traffic in the drive-through when trying to make sure orders are taken correctly. Prices are a bit high for the quantity you get. Unless this location does a complete turnaround I will not be returning. read more

Paid 14.34 for a Mediterranean bowl with chicken . Took it to go by the time I got home I realized they didn't add chicken . I wouldn't care normally especially if it's a cheap meal but I paid $14 bucks for a crap bowl missing chicken . I called and got no answer . Never coming here again . read more

I'm horrified over a falsified review left by Grossed O. Not only are you fabricating, you have left out the fact that you were extremely hostile to the staff and exterminator. YOU went as far as to physically try and stop a staff manager from escaping your insanity! MANY witnesses were around! * Yes exterminator was there, treating OUTSIDE the cafe. * Staff member did NOT say or agree food was unsafe. * IT IS AGAINST Panera Policy to take food back. It was not asked to "give it back". * You did receive a refund and proceeded to verbally attack management and tried to physically stop her from safety. * Exterminator NEVER stated food was contaminated. He too has to fill out a IR being subjected to further hostility from Grossed O. * NOBODY witnessed you throw away your food...INTERESTING..... * NEVER has this establishment failed an Audit or Health Inspection. So I don't know what Riverside County Health Department results your looking at? If that was true it most definitely be shut down. I have eaten at this establishment numerous times and have ALWAYS been completely satisfied with it cleanliness. I have NEVER had any issues with my food being contaminated. I have never left a review anywhere cause I think it's dumb and I usually love panera but the customer service at this location is trash, so bad I just have to leave a review I keep going hoping they'll redeem themselves and give them a chance but everytime I go they have gotten something wrong in the order. This time around I ordered tomato soup in a cup with a small mac and cheese and a regular iced green tea. pretty simple nothing crazy. when i got the order the girl helping seemed pretty annoyed already, and they didn't give me the drink so i said "oh also could i please get the drink" and i showed the receipt on the bag and she looked at me confused and stuttered then gave me a unsweetened iced tea so I went back and it was a different person that helped me and he also seemed very annoyed to help me and i said "im so sorry to bother but this was supposed to be a green tea" (I just wanted my green tea y'all ) and so he got me it and I already felt bad so I grabbed it and left hastily. I got home (which is only a 5 minute drive away) and noticed the drink had like 4 partly melted ice cubes so i think they gave me a drink that had been sitting out cause the ice couldn't have fully melted by the time i got home and then they didn't even give me the right soup. Normally Panera will work with me but today Heather told me I could drive there to pick up my missing food and that was the only option. No refund. No delivery. I have never stepped foot in the location because I PAY for contactless delivery. I was refused a refund for my missing food. I love Panera bread ordinarily. I work in the area, and sometimes I get Panera at this location for lunch. I've never had good service here. The staff is rude. My orders are almost always messed up. When you order for curbside pick up, they make you wait 20+ minutes before giving you your food (which you ordered in advance so you wouldn't have to wait). Today I ordered Panera for lunch. I specifically asked them to NOT include a pickle on the side of my sandwich. They did so anyway. That's annoying, but I would've forgiven it because it's not a huge deal. I went to open my chip bag, and it had already been opened. Disgusting. I'm really disappointed, especially because I love Panera at other locations and this one is not at all up to par. read more

This Panera has given me the worst experience and I will not be returning. I feel bad for the staff having to deal with some of the managers who work there, the biggest problems I've had here are my food being uncooked and cold, the soda machine has had mold growing in it a few times I've gone in and the worst part has been the manager Sandy has been completely rude every time I've picked up food or eaten there she has been rude to not only me but I've also seen her be rude to the other employees she's cussed at them, rolled her eyes when they've talked to her and when I was there the other day she pushed through two employees and didn't apologize or say excuse me Sandy has completely ruined Panera for me. read more

I normally dont post negative reviews but this was the 3rd time ive tried this Panera and it just keeps getting worse. I ordered a blueberry and peach smoothie through the drive thru and it was literally just crushed ice and blueberries, no flavor, couldnt drink it at all, just ended up tossing the drink. I also waited about 10 minutes before someone showed up at the window and didnt have my order correct at all, and I only ordered 3 things. They don't have enough people at the front to place an order and if you go to try and use one of the machines it takes people in front of you a half hour and you run out of time when you need to be somewhere.
