Terrible customer service. Wasn't welcomed or spoke to when waiting by the counter. Completely ignored us. Then we get our order and we ordered 3 pastries, 2 were wrong. We waited for a while saying "excuse me" with no help then finally a guy turned and said "oh" and changed them to the correct ones. No sorry nothing, didn't seem to care at all. 0/10 service. And the plate holding our food had a hair on it. We go to Panera often in corona and absolutely love it, it's packed. This one is completely empty for a reason. read more
