I'm a huge Panera fan, in that you get what you pay for- much better food options with faster service. However, every time I come to this location I'm always so let down by the service. Today's visit made me decide to finally leave a review. First, I waited 20 minutes for my rapid pick up order. That's 20 minutes of actually sitting there waiting, not the 8 minute drive from my office. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and they can't seem to spread the tuna. It's just a scoop caked on the center and then the rest pouring out and making a mess all over the bread. Ever time this seems to be the theme. I also ordered Mac n cheese. Usually they are great at completing the order, which would include utensils. As well as ensuring everything that has been ordered is ready when placed in the order pick up. Oh and back up. They usually call the names out if people are sitting on the bench just waiting. Well, fail, fail, and fail again. No utensil for my Mac and cheese. I ordered a drink and had to show my order slip for them to give me a cup and he couldn't even acknowledge me waiting for 20 minutes. Then, to top it off, I go to get some raspberry tea. It's just water coming out. I let the young lady know and she says she will have someone change it out. A few minutes later she comes by to let me know that her manager said they've been out and so it's just water. Alright then...how about an out of order sign or a water sign to cover the misleading option? It's not so much rude service, as much as it is the staff just seems to not care. Sent my son to get us Panera Bread for dinner. I told him to go inside and not do the drive thru . Mistake number 1. He got terrible service, he had to wait at the counter to be helped for over 15 minutes ( know one would even knowledge he was there) and then it took 45 minutes for the food to come out. So picking up dinner took just over an hour for 2 salads, a soup, and Mac n cheese. This will not be a location we return to again!!! Unacceptable read more

I've had the worst sandwich ever. I ordered the ChipotleAvocadoMelt sandwich. I get home and when I took a bite, i couldn't taste avocado. When I had Opened my sandwich to make sure, I couldn't find a single piece of avocado in the sandwich. This does not worth $10. On top of that I waited almost 20mins to get my meal in the drive-thru. I am not sure what goes no here but providing customer service does not. One of the tea containers was filled with water and no label telling you that. The service is slow and careless. I know they're new but their learning curve is going to be HUGE! I don't consider them to be 'fast food' for $18. They were out of avocados, she told me when ordering, but said ' the avocados don't really make the sandwich - you can skip them'. Placed the order, sat down to wait. Took order home, and nothing I ordered was in the bag. I don't know who's order I got, and ended up getting the avacado-less sandwich! Called them to let them know and the phone person was like well, come back and we'll make it right! Great, but I live 10 miles north, and it's 8:45, so I don't think so........ Just purchased myself a loaf of bread from this Panera, and had to sit and wait 10 minutes for the manager to come out front to give it to us. And that's only because we asked for it! Didn't we JUST buy it? The service in this place is horrible.... Every time. I only gave it 2 stars because it's clean in the dining area. The bathroom was disgusting though... Location is clean, updated, and food is excellent. Also not too busy at lunch time like other Panera locations. Staff was friendly and helpful bringing my order out fast and complete. I wish the Panera near my house operated like this one. read more

Came through the drive through and I could see the inside....dirty! The floor was covered in paper and trash. The workers were were also horrible. Costumer service would be 0 stars. I can't remember the last time they weren't out of the four cheese soufflé. I've come in at different times of the morning, on numerous days, in the last few months and they are always out. They have the others just not the one I want. Management needs to adjust their numbers. I was fed up today and left without making a purchase.My co workers have also ordered sandwiches online only to get there and they are out of some ingredient. Usually I order a different item to get me through but today I just walked out. The usual morning employees are nice and welcoming, that's the only reason for the 2 stars. The take out food portions are not acceptable for the prices. I ordered chicken fettucine and it was literally the same size of a small side salad at Wendy's and this thing costs $8 and it wasnt even fresh. Never again. $24 spent on my entire order and I could have went to chick-fil-a for less and still got a salad with way more meat. read more

I've gone to this location for a few months now and the people here are very nice. The drive thru takes a little bit but never too long. The manager was very nice and gave me 50% off my order because the drive thur was a little bit longer than usually. Very nice of her. Overall I like this location. read more

The last several visits to this location have been disappointing (all in the weekday evening hours). Each time there have not been clean tables. Plenty of empty tables, just not cleaned, and I have had to ask for one to be cleaned or do it myself. Employees stand around talking rather than take care of the dining area. The lettuce on my sandwich was wilted like it was not fresh, the cinnamon roll seemed old and dried out, very skimpy with the chicken salad on the sandwich- mostly just bread. so when i went here, i was in a rush. i had never ordered togo so i didnt know the way of things. the moment i went up to the register, the cashier walks up and doesnt say anything to me & and is just looking at me. no greeting, no "how may i help you?". dont get me wrong, i work in retail and my last two jobs were in food. but because of that, i know what the minimum customer service is. so i order and pay and im not told where to go to pick up my food. so i sit in a chair for 10 minutes and then get confused and walk around till i find the pick up window. they asked for my name at the register so id figure they would call my name. i sat there for another 10+ minutes watching the people who were behind me get their food. i go up and ask about my food and am told its been sitting out for a while now. either no one said my name or they didnt say it loud enough. i worked in a starbucks in a mall, so i know that sometimes its too loud in the store but it was pretty slow in there. and this couldve all been avoided if they directed me to the correct area in the first place. maybe im just being harsh because i work in the service industry but this experience was extremely annoying. read more

Very disappointed in my trip to this establishment. I ordered soup and it was brought out cold. After sending it back I expected the second time around to be better, but when it was brought back out it was still cold. At this point I was tired of not being able to eat my soup and got it refunded. I also ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich with their pick 2 deal. I asked to simply switch out the Swiss cheese for American cheese because I prefer American better. They brought it out and there was Swiss cheese on it. Very disappointed with this location. Been there a lot using the drive thru (FYI didn't know for the longest time they are supposed to ask if you're a rewards member and get your info so you can get the purchase towards your points) ..... but I digress... so I do the rapid order this time and spent a little over $20 on a 'you pick 2' a frozen blood orange lemonade, mango smoothie and a chocolate pastry. What a rip off!!!! How can you charge someone $4.99 for a mango smoothie with no mango???? And it was a 8-10oz size. No straws were placed in the bag so I had to hunt them down. And biggest issue of all - I ordered a pastry that was checked off and initialed on the order form on the bag that was however NOT in the bag. So then I had to hunt someone down and her attitude was crappy. I'm sorry my pastry ran off on its own but if you say you packed it then PACK IT!!!!! She then said they were out of that pastry. REALLY?????? She did offer for me to pick something else but having lied that you put something I paid for in the bag and didn't is very irritating. I would say that if you are in rush, DO NOT choose this location. I just ordered one bagel for to go. They make me Waite for 15 minutes.

Very hard to be perfect this day and age (thats why 4 stars) but this panera comes close. Excellent service. Friendly. Fast. Accurate. Too many people with very high expectations these days giving low scores because of petty stuff. As I am sitting here watching my husband eat his food that was promptly brought to the table; I overhear the food runner ask for my simple grilled cheese sandwich for the fourth time. As I look up there at the food window; the two people that are working the kitchen are standing there dumbfounded that the grilled cheese just didn't magically make its self. Then, the food runner comes to the table and informs my husband that there are no more French baguettes left as she is playing with her hair. As I look upon his plate; we notice that he indeed got a French baguette, but it looks like they ripped it off and fed the rest to a dog. The food might be good here, but the self entitled, spoiled brats that run this place have no concept of great customer service. And to think that these will be the people that are supposed to be running the economy when I am old. I've never been a Panera fan but someone gave me a gift card. I haven't been here in several years and hoped I would like it more on this visit. No such luck. The food is REALLY expensive for what you get and pretty mediocre. I ordered a chicken Fuji Apple salad expecting fresh apples. All I got were two or three thin dried apple slices on a garden salad. I went through the drive-thru this morning around 10:00AM. Not only did it take 8 minutes from the time they gave me my receipt at the window to the time I received my order (of a simple bagel with cream cheese and iced coffee), it wasn't correct. After sitting for 8 minutes and watching 2 girls just standing inside the window, I was finally asked what I had even ordered, my bagel was not sliced even though I had specifically ordered it that way, I was given the wrong size drink (reg instead of large), I was told they were out of plain cream cheese, and I wasn't given any napkins with my breakfast. Tried this place on Sunday after church and there was nowhere to sit after ordering- my family stood over people and waited for a table- very small inside!
