I have been coming to this Panera location since they opened because it's within walking distance from home. Parking can be a bit hectic during lunch hours. I have tried many different items on their menu. While prices have increased over the years, quality has been quite consistent. I love that they have plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and their staff do a great job in keeping the place clean. They have a pretty good rewards program with great deals and even free items sometimes. Yesterday I placed a rapid pick-up order to try their new Dubai style chocolate pistachio cookie using my 50% off a bakery treat offer. It's only $0.99 with the discount! It's a small cookie with only 220 calories, a perfect size as an afternoon snack. The chocolatey drizzle and pistachio pieces on top looked pretty; the pistachio cream filling was delicious and not too sweet. While there's nothing fancy, it's still a solid causal dining place with healthy options. Will continue to come here, mainly for their salads and bakery treats. read more

So based on food quality itself, I'd say it's 4-5 stars. Based on portion size, 3 stars. Pricing, 2 stars - just expensive for what you get. So it averages out to 3 stars for me. This location has convenient short stay parking for to-go orders, nice order kiosks where you can take your time and browse the menu and order at your leisure. The workers are consistently friendly. We usually mobile order and the orders are ready on time. The inside is typically clean and welcoming, so that's another plus. So I do like Panera, but only tend to come here when they have specials or discounts to make the value better. Oooooh omg the dubai pistachio chocolate cookie was amazing!! I'd recommend microwaving the cookie for 10 seconds so the pistachio filling in the middle gets nice and gooey! What a perfect sweet treat!! The cashier was super nice! The bread and mac n cheese are awesome. Nice drink selection and their sip club is a good deal if you like soda, iced tea or plain coffee. Overall I think their prices are high for what you get. Their rewards program is ridiculous, i've been a member for years and never gotten anything more than a couple dollars off. I come here often for the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, my personal favorite (although I am not vegetarian). It has hummus and lots of vegetables and is relatively low calorie, making it a healthy sandwich choice. Customers are encouraged to order using the kiosk. There are options to make edits and customize sandwiches and salads, which I always do. There is LOTS of seating. Parking directly in front is usually not available during lunchtime, so I suggest parking in the Office Depot parking lot during lunch time. read more

I am a fan of Panera but it's not quite 4 stars for me but it's good if you want something quick. It gets crowded around lunch time and seating is limited. My go to is their fuji apple salad with chicken, which comes with arugula, romaine lettuce, baby kale and red leaf blend, grape tomatoes, red onions, toasted pecan pieces, Gorgonzola and apple chips tossed in sweet white balsamic vinaigrette. It's so delicious! I also love their soups. I've tried their chicken noodle soup, chicken tikka masala soup, creamy tomato, and cream of chicken & wild rice soup. All of them are super yummy! Went in on New Year's Eve with my family (2 adults and 3 kids) to order dinner around 6:40pm. We used the self service kiosk to order our food. We received our food in about 10 minutes. Shortly after receiving our food a woman came by and said that they will need to lock up early at 7pm since it's a holiday. Ummm we didn't get our food until 6:50pm and no one told us anything that they would close early when we were ordering our food. I wish someone would have told us as we rushed through eating everything in about 15 minutes. We left Panera bread at about 7:10pm and when I was leaving I told the woman that was locking the door thank you but she didn't reply and did not look happy. I do have to say that the food was satisfactory and the woman that was preparing the food was very pleasant and had good customer service skills. However, as for the other woman telling us to hurry up and eat since she had to lock up early that wasn't a pleasant experience. She was basically rude. We usually go to this location when we do Panera Bread. After our last visit, we'll have to rethink this. We were there on a Sunday evening and there wasn't a clean table or chair in the place. The floor was a total mess. A friend in the hospitality business once told me that's the first thing he looks at. I know that it's becoming increasingly difficult to get staff to work in restaurants these days. I'm willing to be pay more for a clean place in which to eat. The food was OK. The quality and prep of the food has declined over the last couple of years. Honestly, $20 at Walmart will buy you a lot better meal for two than you get here. But what kind of family of 4 would feel remotely full from this soup amount?? the spoon will give you an idea of the size of the soup bowl. It is a store bought utensil, the teaspoon. ( i would say a large teaspoon, sort of the size between a teaspoon and a soup spoon) I asked for utensils as it was a pick up- they did not provide it either. New managers are putting new employees with no experience to run the cash and make sandwiches and such. It takes longer to order, it takes longer for the food to be prepped and ready for take out, and overall the quality of the take out food is getting worse. Today they had a broken toaster so the bagel that I wanted sliced and toasted took forever ( and the slicer machine didn't slice it from the middle either, it shaved the top off so 1/8th of the top and 7/8 on the bottom). I mean this is your business. This is what you should be "good" at. I'd a simple bagel and cream cheese is a disaster in your shop, come on. I won't be going to this location anymore. I will start going ti Cupertino location ( I am kind of midway from both ). Sorry to be giving a bad review for one of my favorite places. But the place is no longer what it used to be. read more

I was part of a group that went to Panera for coffee after our meeting because it was convenient and we could always find a large table. I hadn't been back since I left the group so I thought I'd give the place a try for lunch. On the positive side, the service was great. The buzzer they gave me didn't work when my food was ready, but an especially cheerful person came looking for me on the patio when I didn't pick it up. The person who took my order was also very upbeat. And it was nice to see one of the workers spending lots of time spray-cleaning the tables... with a smile! Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the food. I ordered their Signature Take Chicken Sandwich. It's served on a brioche roll with a few spring greens, little parmesan-flavored crisps (which I skipped), and garlic aioli. You can pick one free side dish: either a little French baguette (an odd choice with a sandwich), an apple, or a small bag of chips. The brioche roll was fresh but the chicken was completely dried out. I think it had been sitting around for a while. It was also much smaller than the picture implied. Even though the staff was excellent, the food was just ordinary. I'm not a big fan of large chain restaurants anyway, so I don't have any compelling reason to return. read more
