Horrible Turkey sandwich. The Turkey Meat was in pieces instead of slices of turkey meat. I had to continually pick up the pieces and place them back in the sandwich every bite. Who serves a turkey sandwich with chunks of meat?? What happened to Panera? Service use to be a lot better. I won't be back.

Thanks Panera, but THANK YOU Wendy! She was the BEST at making our experience delightful!!!!!

This location is terrible. The drive thru is closed sometimes, they will put an orange traffic cone blocking it off even though indoor dining is open. When the drive thru is actually open, it is so slow. I waited for over 30 minutes one time and there was no line. I order the green goddess avocado toast from other paneras and it is always made perfectly, but this location puts barely any of the green goddess dressing on it. They just put a pile of arugula on top and I guess to them that's good enough. The workers tell me the drive thru takes a long time because they're understaffed. They need new management because it's only getting worse and worse over there

I ordered steak and Mozzella And got some chicken sandwich

The employees were helpful, patient while we decided and overall friendly. Menu has plenty of options - even for the picky eaters. We ordered the Thanksgiving turkey sub, a beef brisket cheddar sub, and turkey bacon ranch sub. All three were excellent. Size wise, the medium is a great portion for an adult. The Thanksgiving Turkey is a special promo sub and it was FANTASTIC. Cranberry sauce wasn't jelly like and it tasted fresh. The turkey itself wasn't deli turkey, but chunks of real turkey. I will be back for this before it's gone for the season. Bread was soft, and delicious. Not extra filler flavors...just delicious. Overall prices were comparable to other chain sandwich shops - esp with hot sandwiches. This was a great lunch option. I'm glad I didn't give too much weight to other reviews.

My family and I walk in and the place is empty. Worker looked busy taliking to what looked like his manager, so I ordered through the kiosk. During this time no one acknowledged us (greeted us). Possible manager said good bye to staff member walked by as she left and did not acknowledge us also. Not looking for much, but if your competition is Jersey Mikes, your lacking in the service department. Going back to the sandwich, it was pretty good! However, the meat to bread ratio was 30/70. Not sure if I will be back, Jersey Mikes seems to be a little more friendly and more enthusiastic for my business. Plus for $15 for regular sub. The price point is higher than Jersey Mikes. Don'take my word for it, compare for yourself. I did!!!

Instead, I spent over $50 on two chicken cheesesteaks, cold fries, two fountain drinks, and donut holes -- and it was an absolute disaster. Let's start with the bread. It tasted like someone washed it, then smashed it and said, "Cook it up!" It was flat, soggy, and had none of the fresh, soft texture you'd expect from a real sandwich bun. The chicken cheesesteaks weren't even close to what was advertised. The cheese was melted terribly -- like a 4th grader's science project -- and the chicken had zero seasoning, with little to none on the bread. This was *not* the flavorful sandwich I was promised. The fries were cold, the donut holes were whatever because they lacked sugar, and the fountain drinks were the only part of this that weren't a letdown. But honestly, $50 for this? I could've gotten better food for half the price. I wanted to give this place a shot, but now I know better. Pardon My Cheesesteak clearly doesn't care about quality, and I'm definitely not coming back. Save your money and find something better.

On a previous visit, I enjoyed their 'Sicilian Deep Dish'; a perfectly fluffy, square-cut pizza. This Saturday, I placed a phone order for pickup to try their 'Chicago Style'; a 12" shaped as a pie (takes approx 50 mins to bake). While it differs from what I had in Chicago, it was delicious, satisfying, and baked to perfection. It came loaded with cheese, and the sausage, red onion, and spinach toppings were excellent. I made sure to save room for the 'Cannoli', it is the perfect way to end the meal! You can also order directly via their app. Besides pizza, they offer pasta, calzones, sandwiches, salads, wings, paninis, and sides. Inside, the shop smells amazing... it's small but offers a couple of counter seats. They also have a 1 and 2 slice meal deals. The service here is consistently friendly and fast, the staff makes me feel genuinely welcome every single time. I will definitely keep coming back to try the rest of the menu!

Seeing how small the shop was as well with a crowd gave me a bit of concern that it was all about the numbers and not the customers. Boy was I wrong! The cashier there was handling each customer and giving excellent service. While helping customers at the register, she would remember each person that comes in to help make a mental line queue. She was able to clear out the rush of customers quickly, and effectively. For the food, I got half a supreme pizza and the other half, a taco pizza-- a unique twist to a classic. The quality of the dough is incredible. Not overcooked, but still had a crunch and soft center. The ingredients were all so fresh and generously sprinkled as well. I was surprised at the price for the quality as well! For the negatives, these are minor, but: - waiting inside is very small-- would recommend to order online. - toppings fall off easily, but it might have just been a one-off issue. I'll have to try again! - pizza felt a bit small compared to other restaurant chains. I do eat more than most, but I was able to eat a large by myself. Definitely will go back. In fact, I went back the next day because I wanted more of the supreme pizza. I can't recommend this place enough!

I tried to order an alcoholic drink and got declined for "looking young". I'm well beyond the age of 21 and I showed them my ID. Why would anyone ever bring a fake ID to drink at a Bushfire Kitchen in Menifee? Christ. However, I'm mostly annoyed at how avoidant the staff was about it. I waited for my drink, followed up, then they sheepishly explained to me that they "just can't give me the drink because I seem a bit young". That's fine. Just stop avoiding it. It's also not lost on me that a big factor of that is probably because of my ethnicity. On top of that, I had to inquire if they had an ID scanner and they said no.
