I stopped by this Panera Bread to get my mom a salad after we finish eating at Olive Garden across the street. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in but keep in mind that there not a lot of spots. I ordered from the kiosk but you can also order with a worker as well. I got the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad for my mom. It took some time for them to make it so I just waited in the store. The inside of this place is outdated and quiet. The salad is okay but you don't get a lot for the price you paid and it comes with bread. The customer service here was fine when I was here. read more

I have joined the Sip Club subscription recently so I have been frequenting these places. This location is very near my place so whenever I have time, I stop by to get me a drink. May it be hot or cold. I mostly use their kiosk and so far I haven't encountered any problem. Service crew are always pleasant. My cup is mostly ready and sometimes the service crew asks what do I need. This place is busy in the morning but you'll always find a table to sit and enjoy your meal. Indoor and outdoor dining available. Private parking lot that is shared with other businesses. You need a code to use the bathroom. read more

Came by on a Saturday afternoon after placing my order online and given an estimated time for pick up. I ordered their chicken soup and a half sliced grilled cheese sandwich. This locations is big inside, plenty of seating and it's kept clean, the ambiance that day was neutral, not crowded or loud. The staff at the pick up register was nice and my order was ready at the time quoted. The soup and chicken portions were decent and tasty, soup arrived hot as well. I also got a side of a free baguette bread. The grilled cheese sandwich was just right, cheese was delicious and the bread was soft and moist. Overall enjoyed my simple lunch. read more

Really love Panera Bread and this location is great, lots of parking, private lot, easy to get in and out of and close to me, which is a bonus. I normally order on the app, so service is very fast, walk in and everything is ready. They have indoor and outdoor seating, also table service and employees will come by and take your dishes if you are sitting for a bit, but you also can just throw away your trash and stack your plates just as easy. This location is clean and nice, with a large amount of seating. I have seen it very full at times and other times not as much, but either times, service is still great, don't have to wait for a seat and staff is friendly. 1 Pro and 1 con here, but really the con is specific to me. I will start with the Con, and again really directed towards me. I wish they had more options that had a bit more lower sodium options. Sandwiches, soups and salads are all fresh and have quality ingredients and for the most part, healthier than other options out there from other eateries. But they all can pack quite a bit of sodium, from the soups, which are always high, I avoid them, to the sandwiches, the bread can be a lot of sodium, as well as the sauces. Salads are hit or miss, but with some effort, I can edit them and still enjoy and limit the sodium. This is just a personal preference, as I like to limit sodium in my diet, which is really probably a good idea for most, as a lot of the food we eat everyday has a lot more sodium than we need or should have. Sorry, getting off my soapbox now, ha ha Pro - They also have a sip club where you can get unlimited drinks daily (every two hours that is) and pay a monthly fee of $14.99 or a yearly fee of $119.99. Yearly is the way to go. I think this is a great program, I am always traveling around and getting drinks when I don't bring things from home, so really can save a lot of money over the month, year. Not all drinks are included, but coffee (hot or iced) (although, no non fat milk, a miss in my opinion and a bummer.). Various soft drinks, teas and their specialty lemonades and other flavored drinks. Awesome program and great perk. You can use the app, order ahead and it's ready for you. Came in for breakfast when in the area , workers were super friendly, and the foods usually on point . I ordered tbt steak and wake , basically steak and eggs with cheese sandwich. Pretty good over all , and the teas are fire . The only downfall of this Panera is that it was like a hub for the homeless to hang out or sleep or as I walked into , take a bird bath , and shave and brush your teeth in the bathroom !! Surprised by all the negative reviews here. Went for dinner and I found the employees very friendly and helpful. Food was good although I did think the salad would be a bit larger for the price. Only suggestion I have is that the tables weren't the cleanest as I had to walk around a bit to find a table that didn't have wrappers from sugar on it or stuff like that. The wait was a little long as well especially since it wasn't busy but maybe they were short staffed. read more

My daughter was craving some potato soup. So I got it delivered, with a salad and parfait. The soup was on the smaller side for what they called a bowl, it looked more like a cup size. My salad was very tasty, yet could use more dressing. The parfait was a tad pricey for what you eat. The order did in fact come so fast, in about 10 minutes! So that was a plus. read more

Panera has delicious baked goods. They offer a complimentary pastry on your birthday. I selected the cranberry orange coffee cake and it was delicious. The service was polite. Please avoid coming to this Panera Bread. The past couple of times i've gone, the wait time has been terrible. I ordered online for "rapid-pick up" at 12:45. I ordered half a sandwich, a soup, and a drink and got a pick up time at 1:30. I arrived at 1:30 and still waited an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I then was given a cookie for the long wait, which didn't make me feel better since i already had to basically wait an hour and fifteen minutes for 3 items. Mine and many other people's orders were late. Please hire more staff or give correct pick up times to your customers. I will not be coming here again. read more

I ate at Panera, the sandwich was very good, but their pricing is weird. My sandwich was priced at nsseks $8.99 for a half sandwich but was charged $11.29. They said the order comes with a side, whether you like it or not. I was puzzled about this policy, and I asked them. I was not satisfied with their response. While there are several sandwich establishments to choose from, I go to Panera Bread mainly for their Turkey Avocado BLT. The sandwich now stands at close to $15 and comes in two parts. I always order it for carry out and request that each sandwich be wrapped separately. I either share the other half or eat it as a second meal. It also comes with a bag of their crispy potato chips. I go for the sandwich with everything as described and add extra onions, cilantro and cucumber. The main reason this is my favorite is because the meat is sliced from a turkey breast and is not deli meat. In addition, I place the order on their app. By the time I get there for pick up, it is ready and packed, sitting at the assigned counter with my name on it. The whole process is seamless and hassle free....with the sandwich having a good bite, balanced flavor and satisfying taste. read more

The first time eating it and I'm definitely going to create it at home. The store-bought version is high in sugar and salt. Sadly, I saw a large clear bag of baguettes hanging on the side of a wall behind the counter and it looked like they were about to fall over, and the bag wasn't sealed. I used to be a marketer and I purchased a lot of the treats that I would give to offices from these branch back in 2013 and 2014 and I loved these place. Now it's just very poorly managed. My husband wanted to try the new Signature Take Chicken Sandwich. Panera should be ashamed to call the chicken sandwich a signature dish... nothing about the sandwich was appealing. The breaded chicken was meh, the parmesan crisps were stale, chewy and smaller than dime-size, and there was no garlic aioli. The tuna was so salty I just could not finish. And to top it all off - I was given chicken noodle soup, not the chicken with wild rice soup....seriously, it's not that hard. I found myself very upset this morning after visiting this location. Never usually share my experiences positive or bad, but this was just so disturbing that I find myself needing to write about it. Ordered a basic sandwich and soup for myself and my disabled brother. Thought it'd be nice to go out and have a nice breakfast together. The food was not the problem, but the service. When walking up to receive my order an employee (rude black girl) was complaining about a baby with a rattle without knowing that that baby was mine. "Take that rattle away from that baby it's so annoying. I'm sick of hearing it." I'm going to exclude the bad words. I did speak to the manager not that I think he did anything about it. No apology. I completely understand. It could be frustrating to hear a baby cry, but a baby being entertained by a rattle? In a public restaurant where there's about six homeless just sitting on the tables? Correct me if I'm wrong but that's just not acceptable. Will never be returning to this place not that they care about that but just had to write this review in case you have kids and we're wondering how inviting this environment was. read more

I ordered ahead for their bagels for work. This was the best decision as I got a better price and quality for the value of my money! I used to visit Best Western but Panera offers way more options, food and value. If you don't need the cream cheese that best western offers, then I recommend Panera for bagels. Their dozen is 13 and they offer mini bagels for little ones. Most impressive was the size of the bagels and how prompt I was able to get my order.
