For every occasion, meetings, quick dates, study groups, and also for homeschooling etc., Panera is the place for us to hang out and the yummiest snacks, pastries, breakfast, lunch or dinner. There's a good variety of meals and baked good selections that everyone can enjoy. A number of healthy alternatives as well for those who may have dietary restrictions. Somethings can be altered, other may not, but there are a lot of good choices. Coming back to update my review after many years and many attempts to enjoy my food at this Panera location. I'm constantly disappointed, there is always something wrong with my order no matter what I get. On top of the already absurd prices for the amount of food you're getting, I'm just going to stay away from Panera altogether -- but this location is by far the worst for me. read more

I always have a good experience when I visit this branch. Employees are nice and they're all very helpful. Although I prefer taking my meal home, I wouldn't mind dining in as they keep their tables and chairs clean and organized. Also, floors are clean and well-maintained. Another thing - one way to evaluate an establishment is to find out how they deal with errors. There was a time when they mistakenly switched my croissant to a cookie, but the manager I spoke with handled the situation well and corrected it right away. PS I like how they're letting you grab your own coffee now because you can choose put less to make room for milk. read more

Visited here again on a Friday at 6:30 PM. There was plenty of parking and seating available. This time we ordered the Mediterranean Sandwich, a chicken sandwich and a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad which arrived at our table quickly. I called to ask if they had any soufflés left and the girl who answered said "hold on" all rude. She answered the phone like she was at home and hates her job! Then I get to the store and the Manager was an unhappy person! He had a chip on his shoulder. I asked him for the soufflés on hold and a croissant and when he went to get the croissant he said "it's all you" instead of saying politely "Oh the payment machine is ready when you are" or something polite along those lines. Those people seem so unhappy. I gave them 2 stars because the soufflés were good. read more

I was in your store midday a few days ago to order the soup and half sandwich. The employee named Carlos was so helpful immediately taking my order as soon as I walked in the door.. he also further assisted me at the counter where the tea is to help me make a cup of tea, I'm a little person and I can't reach hardly anything so he stood there with me and made my entire tea, adding honey sugar, and everything I asked for. I feel like Carlos went over and beyond in helping me out as I know things tend to get busy midday. Just wanted to acknowledge his great customer service and his friendly demeanor.. I will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Carlos again! read more

I like this location. I've always had positive experiences every time I come in. At least everyone that I've encountered was very pleasant. There were times when the ice machine ran out of ice because of the scorching summer heat, I just asked and they immediately went to the back and grabbed ice for me. We just got back home after ordering the Chicken Noodle Soup and The French Onion. Both were so bad! Why do you put so much SALT in the broth? My wife and I had to toss the soup in the trash. We are not going to be in Panera again for the soups on any cold day!!! read more

Ugh! What a mess here. They're out of half of their items, and we ordered at 10:35 and the cashier Jasmin rudely told us they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Uh really? Five minutes later you can't just give us breakfast food when you've already been out of half the lunch food we ordered? Took the cashier an additional three minutes to process our order. We were hoping for an in and out experience. We ended up with two semi-warmed bacon cheese and egg soufflés (warm some bites and cold on others). We also decided to share a strawberry banana smoothie. When it was called as ready it was described as a "strawberry smoothie to go". We ordered for here and a strawberry banana smoothie so by the time we figured out the "strawberry smoothie to go" was our strawberry banana smoothie for here, it was melty. Not a pleasant experience. Probably won't come back here for the money we payed. Update: I ended up with food poisoning. Lol figures. read more

I've been wanting to eat at a Panera Bread for a long time, and hoped it would knock my socks off. Well, nice place and decent food but my socks are still on. I'm more than willing to try again, though. Maybe next time I'll leave bare footed, it's up to you. The location is big and visually inviting once inside. The view from the outside is rather stark due to the window coverings that don't allow seeing in from the parking lot. I was reluctant at first due to that. Unfortunately I had to clean a table myself. Almost a quarter of the tables were still dirty and the one I wanted was too. No big deal... I can do that. I thought you'd keep on top of that but I'm a big boy and can fend for myself. As a social commentary, I don't know who the swine were that used that table before us. I would have been embarrassed beyond belief to have left a restaurant table in such utter disarray and filth. Really folks... really? And speaking of filth... Anya, please take a look at the number cards that you give your guests so the wait staff can find us. Filthy... disgustingly and nauseatingly filthy. The food was tasty. Best dish of those we tried seems to be the mac-and-cheese. Served startlingly bare one would hardly know they were eating at bread shop by the absence of a traditional bread crumb topping. But tasty it was. As were the sandwiches too. read more

Had lunch here today and was happy with my experience. I ordered the combo tomato soup and modern Greek salad. I got there right before the lunch rush so I was able to find a table with ease. My food came out quickly and was delicious. The soup was piping hot and the greens in the salad were (mostly) fresh. It was overall a filling meal. The service was friendly as well. The manager working the lunch shift came up to me and asked if everything was okay, and the girl that brought out my meal was friendly as well. Knocking off a star for the WiFi. I came here for lunch, wanting something differnet and on the healthy side. I have been to this location only a few times and it seems hit and miss across the board. I ordered the Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT. It wasn't really what I thought it would be. First, the turkey meat really didn't taste roasted. I love turkey and often make it myself. This seemed more like it was boiled in water. The customer service varied. The cashier that helped me could have at least pretended to be happy to be working and interacting with customers. After all, it isnt the cheapest place to eat so the expectation is higher by customers. However, the woman cleaning the tables was wonderful as was the gentleman who brought out the food. All in all, it's an okay place to change it up but not make a regular lunch visit. read more

As a former Panera Manager, I am compelled to hold any and every Panera at the same standards that the employees should be kept at. I am also one to have a better sense of just how the cafe should be run. This Panera has quite a bit of work to do. My study group came by on a Sunday afternoon expecting a fun, relaxing environment to enjoy some good food with wi-fi. We did not get that. We all experienced terribly slow wi-fi, and looking around the cafe, only one or two other tables were actually using wi-fi. What gives? The signs say "high speed internet available". I went up to order a few items for my group, including a hot tea, chocolate chip cookie, and orange cranberry scone. The cashier, Lexy, had a terrible attitude, giving off the "I hate this job, I don't want to be here" attitude along with the "why are you bothering me at the job I'm clearly supposed to do" attitude. After paying, she basically tossed the receipt onto the counter in front of me. When she was grabbing bags, she verified with me "cookie and scone" and yet she gave me muffins. I didn't notice until I got back to the table, so when I got back she questioned me saying "I thought you said muffin" If I said muffins why would I be coming back . .anyways, she replaced my items, but man was that cookie rock hard! Whoever the baker is needs to cut back on the bake time because the cookie basically crumbled to dust. When I went to get my tea, the water was almost out and none of the coffees had been replenished. Granted I didn't get coffee, but I know they need to be changed every hour even if they have not been consumed, and these coffees have not been changed since 11:30AM - it was past 1:00pm by then. As we sat at our table too, all the tables around us were filthy, between food on the tables, napkins, plates, and not once did any employee clean them. We even saw two employees return to the same area (either to deliver food or just to check on the tables) and not once did they take a dirty plate or return with a towel to clean the tables. Whoever is running this place needs to seriously open their eyes and see what kids are working here and handle it! read more

Nothing succeeds like excess. In fact, most people will need a take out box for one less meal to cook. Delicatessen means delicate eating in German, but at a Jewish American Delicatessen, the emphasis is on the Eating, which I am not complaining. 1) I requested an off menu item of having a Reuben sandwich where half is Corned Beef and the other Pastrami. Brent's Reuben has warm Sauerkraut, grilled Rye bread, melted Swiss Cheese, 1,000 Island dressing. Thinly sliced, multi-layered Mound of Pastrami is a bit on the dry side. Curing doesn't create a deep meaty Umami and spicing is present but attenuated. The Corned Beef is moister with bit more Umami & plush, thin multi-layered red colored meat. I have to say the Pastrami at Langer's is cured more intensely to bring out a deep Umami as well as more complex and complementary spicing of especially warm spiced cloves that adds aromatic richness. Brent's Pastrami doesn't seem to reach that kind of apotheosis. 1b) I asked for the steak fries to be fried two minutes longer for a crisper finish which was honored. Not much in way of that distinctive potato earthiness, but acceptable. 1c) Coleslaw is mayonnaise based, watery, bland, but a good cruciferous, fibrous veggie to add more fibre, healthful phytochemicals to counter the meat overload even though it isn't flavourful 2) Carrot Cake is closer to a delicate, dense, moist spice cake. A slice is enormous since it is cut from an extra tall cake studded with crushed walnuts and a cream cheese like not too sweet frosting. At $14 it could feed 4 people. Service is fine. They take your order and run with it. Bit of tunnel vision where it may be a bit hard to flag them down. But the job does get done. Overall 3+ stars

My main issue was that the sandwich was pretty dry. I ended up adding mayo and mustard myself to balance it out. I also noticed there wasn't an option to add mayo when ordering, and adding mustard was an extra $1, which felt a little excessive for a condiment. That said, the sandwich still tasted good overall and I'd probably come back to try one of their paninis since those might be a better fit for me.

Next, we ordered spicy scallop sushi, but it was not good--there was a clear "old" taste. We also tried the uni, which was very off-putting; it tasted strongly fishy and not like fresh uni should. For the spicy tuna on crispy rice, the rice was burnt, and the bottom had a greasy, burger-style residue that didn't work with the sushi--making the whole bite feel unpleasant rather than balanced. The miso soup was also extremely salty. I specifically asked for seaweed, but it never arrived. I also ordered the lemon roll. Some people describe sushi as "melting in your mouth," but in this case it felt more blended and mashed than properly prepared--disappointing in both texture and quality. By the end of the meal, I felt genuinely sick from the food. Overall, I left upset because I was really hoping for a fresh, enjoyable experience, and instead the quality and flavors were consistently off. I wouldn't recommend this visit until the ingredients and preparation are improved. The ambiance was crowded and horrible.

I was so disappointed not only in the salad that was giving to me, but the manager's customer service. At the time I was new to my new job and everyone decided to order Panera Bread. Awww how I've been wanting to try this place. My mom brought home her left overs one day and the Cesar Salad was amazing. So i ordered the Cesar Salad. We ordered it in and my co worker Kat and I picked it up. We just grabbed the bags and left because they insured that everything was right in the bags, cool. So we get back to the workplace and start to pass things out. I'm looking for my large container , but to find 2 small containers. APPARENTLY they ran out of large containers and decided to make us their owns rules and say these 2 small containers were equivalent to a " large salad." I probably should have tooken a picture of how pathetic it looked. Not only was the portion so small but there was literally about 2 1/2 pieces of chicken with 2 croutons. I was speechless, I just spent about $8 dollars and some change on this crap. The LEAST they could have done was let me know they ran out of large containers and replaced them with the 2 little containers. So what did I do? I called Panera and let them know how shitty the salad was, I was being nice and polite ( for once ). The asst. manager was nice about it and just told me to come back to get a full refund. So my happy ass went after work and now its gets bad... I ask for the manager. I see her walking for a distance so I have a smile, shouldn't I be the one mad? She asked what was wrong and told her the story... she offers me a new salad. UM NO I do not want 2 little containers again, I was not satisfied the first time chances are I wont be again. I told her the asst manager said over the phone I would get refunded. She walked away and brought back portions. She showed me the amount of chicken they put in the salad. COOL now I know the chicken is not only packaged but I'm getting a whole not of NOTHING for $8 dollars. Then she decides to make a little comment while refunding my money. She said " OBVIOUSLY NOTHING MAKES YOU HAPPY" Are you kidding me? GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She gives me back my card and I stand there patiently waiting for my receipt. She says, "What are you waiting for? " I calmly say my receipt. She states I don't get one, my money should be back on my card. WOW she was so rude I just walked away. I got the money back on my card 5 days later. I will never go back, she was so rude and careless. read more

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING VIA RAPID PICK-UP! I'm sad to write this because I like the food, but this time the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered online, with a pick-up time of 7:06 pm. When I arrived at the cafe (approx. 7:10), my order was not on the shelf. No big deal... maybe they needed a little bit more time (even though the restaurant was not even half full). I patiently waited near the pick up shelves... and waited... and waited. After 20 minutes or so, my patience was depleted (yes, probably shouldn't have waited that long, but I'm a pretty patient guy). I approached the cashier and asked her about my order. She then checked with the sandwich maker and he said it wasn't ready because they ran out of sourdough bread and asked what other bread I wanted. In my mind I was yelling... "YOU HELD THE ORDER BECAUSE YOU RAN OUT OF BREAD?" Why didn't they bother communicating with me once they found that they couldn't make my order because of that? Don't you have my phone number and email? Anyways, I gave another type of bread, they finished my order and I was on my way home. Obviously heated, I gathered my family and put out the food. By this time, my wife's chili was just warm... she was ok with it, but it was another strike for this location. As my daughter was unwrapping her sandwich, she found that it had tomatoes in it. When I ordered it, I made sure to exclude tomatoes because she's allergic to them. So now, the sandwich is inedible because of the tomato juice that transferred to the rest of the sandwich. Strike three... YOU'RE OUT!!! Sorry Panera, your food is great... fresh baked bread, quality ingredients. But when you have employees that don't have the attention to detail, sense of urgency, or the initiative to communicate when there is something wrong, then your great product is wasted. Please hold your employees to the same quality level as your food. read more

Probably one of the worst Panera Bread I have ever visited. I started loving Panera after friends in Northern Cali were raving about it. I waited a few years to get one in southern Cali and am really disappointed. I still come, not as frequently. For breakfast I used to love the soufflés. However, this location will merely point out what is on display. Other locations acknowledge my taste preference, and will let me know if a new batch of the soufflé I actually like will be out soon (if I want to wait). It is normal at Panera that at a certain point they will stop making these breakfast items, but at 8am they are obviously going to make more food but try to "convince me" that other flavors I have tried before are good. For dinner I used to order a salad, sometimes to go or eat in the restaurant. I would think they would be overjoyed that I order food to go, freeing up their tables and utensils for other customers. However, I always ask for extra dressing on the side. They give me less than a tablespoon of extra dressing in a little plastic container. Other places fill up 1 or 2 extra containers, knowing I won't want to waste the time coming all the way back for dressing. Seriously, I just got tired of begging for dressing, and decided not to burden them. I like my salad drenched in dressing, and Panera can't accommodate. You would think the owners would be more accommodating, considering how accommodating Burger King next door. read more

So today I went to buy a Thai salad from this place like I do all the time. The service is good, cashiers are usually nice. I got my food to go and when I got home i started eating my salad, I was half way done when I felt a hair in my mound. I took it out and it was stuck to a lettuce. It grossed me out so bad. I tossed the salad in the trash and rinsed my mouth. It was clearly a long hair of a female. Ew!! I hope management reads there reviews because this incident will prevent me from EVER going to panera again!!!.. I know it probably won't make a difference of me no longer coming here to get anything to eat. But if it happens to other people it will. It was really gross and the employees should be more cautious when dealing with good a preparing customers food. WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!! OR ANY PANERA!!! read more

I had gone and tried out their tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. I was thoroughly satisfied with the texture and taste of the grilled cheese. I asked for extra tomato soup and they gladly gave me some. The servers answered all of my questions. It wasn't too loud during the early morning. I was staying there for studying. They have some tables that have an outlet. I would still bring a portable charger just in case the tables are taken up. They do use Apple pay as an option for payment, so that's a huge plus. read more

Panera is ok, but still doesn't quite hit the mark. Seems like a healthier option, but the food tends to taste microwaved at times. I do like the bread, especially the tomato basil. It is so dang good I have to have it, even though I'm supposed to avoid gluten. Try it, but you can find better lunch spots in the valley. read more

If you want healthy descent food..GO HERE! They have great salads with really good dressings! Their tomatoe soup isn't bad either. Nothing heavy, just good amount of food.
