Haven't had a problem with the food here so far. The issue I have is with the mess on the floor, the tables ALL being dirty, the restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels to dry your hands. The restroom floor was so sticky that my shoes literally made a noise when I walked out. I know it may be under staffed possibly but to have a new build/restaurant look like that is uncalled for. Take pride in your location please. Especially during these times. Wipe everything down once in a while. Take 10 mins to send one person to wipe tables, sweep and fill the necessities. It felt so weird last time I was there. I felt I was unwanted by the staff it felt like it was a Mexican only restaurant.

They don't know the difference between hot or cold coffee. To many times they get that wrong. I have the coffee subscription and it feels like they treat you like crap on purpose. read more

This place is very good I love the food but my problem with this place is that the cashiers don't know the menu or I'm not sure but I always order something and they never give me the right order I told my cashier 3 times I wanted a flatbread wrap and I got the egg white spinach bagel thing . I like Panera in general and have come to this location many times since they opened. The staff is friendly and the food has always been good. Giving 3 stars though because this location is always dirty. The tables, floors, restrooms etc. the wait can also be really long. May be due to the staffing shortage these days? Who ever has had a service dog and was told that they weren't allowed to have them in the restaurant with you, then that's not friendly service. I am so grateful to the employees at this Panera location. Today, I was taking an item back to a business in Rialto that my mother had purchased before she passed away. I was on my lunch and was feeling a bit emotional. I did an online order for what I thought was this location. I was running late so I didn't want to have to wait in line. Apparently I ordered from the wrong location as they had no record of my order even though I received an email that my order was ready. I was mad at myself for not being more careful. The two employees I asked about my order were beyond kind. I wish I would have gotten their names! One (who appeared to maybe be a manager) asked me what I ordered. She then made up my order and gave it to me. I offered to pay and she refused. THAT is customer service. And they apologized for MY error. I really wish I had gotten their names. I don't know what the problem is with this location but they are always out of something every single time our family has went that I'm not even willing to drive here anymore. In the past four months every time we've gone they have ran out of something and it's not even the end of the day. The most frequent thing is bread I mean how can you run out of bread? bread, croutons, salad dressing, chips, lettuce, lemonade etc.... I mean are the staff really not wanting to give you something or are you guys generally out of all the stuff all the time? So frustrating. Slow inaccurate service. Places an online order for a 12 o'clock pickup, at 1215 someone else walked up with my order. I asked for it to be verified as my order (2 salads and a sandwich) because I didn't want a sandwich that had already been opened by someone else. I was told I'd have to wait another 5/10 minutes for my sandwich to be made. At this point I'm low on time, I said I would take the sandwich if she could just check it as mine, confirmed it was mine. They messed up my order on a tuna sandwich, I went back to get it corrected and their asses messed it up again. Then when I called to talk to someone with an education level higher than the 3rd grade that was impossible they blamed me for messing up my sandwich TWICE. It took me over 15 minutes to get my food in the drive-through and nobody was in front of me. When I told the employee Sage that it took over 15 minutes she told me she was aware. She did not apologize for the wait nor acknowledge that we had to wait. This is the second time I've come to this Panera and the service is horrible both times the managers claimed they were short staffed. It has been at least two months since they opened and they're still short staffed? Or is that the excuse that they will use. 2 ORDERS = 2 BAD EXPERIENCES ORDER INNACCURACY +  A NONCHOLANTE ATTITUDE FROM THE EMOYEES SEEMS PREVELANT AT THIS LOCATION. I placed an order online but was gonna be a few minutes late to pick it up, so I called to see if it would be alright(most paneras close at 10pm but not this one). I hoped that it wouldn't be a problem since the order was already paid for so they could just hand me the order at the door. But my hopes were dashed when they said NO, 9 o'clock was their cutoff time so I couldn't get my food at all. The manager MELINA came to the phone & I asked if I could just pick up a similar order the next day. If I could just get my food items then I wouldn't need a refund. I thought this would be the simpler solution but the manager insisted on a refund, she said anything that was paid on my card, would go back to my card. Anything that was a promo code she was able to see on the receipts, and if they didn't go back to my account, she would leave a note to apply them at the store manually. She wouldn't be at the store the next day, but another manager would so she would leave a note for her stating what she had discussed with me. I said ok, that would be fine. This arrangement seeemed amicable & reasonable. I thanked Melina. I wasn't able to go the next day but I did go on the following day & unfortunately my order was so INACCURATE it left me with quite an unsatistactory experience, the first of the kind at a Panera. Though I later learned that order inaccuracies are a common occurance at this location, as other reviews SADDLY depict. I arrived at this Panera location to place a similar order to the one I had ordered online which had been canceled, but they informed me that they had no more of the French onion soup that I wanted to try, so instead of the soup I ordered a Margharita Pizza instead and the Fuji Apple Salad With No Chicken and Tuna on the side instead, as before. I assumed the assistant manager who came to process my order was familiar with my previous canceled order, because she was called to the front when I mentioned to the regular employee what was discussed between Manager Melinda and I. Once this order was completed, I proceded to place  my roomate's order. She had a promo for a free BIRTHDAY pastry and a free pastry with purchase on her account, so I provided Lilah my roomate's info and told her that she wanted 2 cinammon crunch bagels and 1 cinammon roll. Lilah confirmed both promos were valid and she said she applied both, then charged me what remained due. She asked me if I wanted the bagels warmed & I thought it would be great because it was a chilli night, so I said YES, PLEASE. Lilah headed off with my 2 bagels to be warmed in hand as another employee handed me a large bag telling me that everything I'd ordered was in there. I grabbed it and headed to fill up my drinks. I placed the large paper bag on an empty table, filled up my cups, got my lids, straws, etc... then headed out. When I got home we found several things were inaccurate in our orders but this location was already closed: _1st. The 2 CINAMMON CRUNCH BAGELS that were being warmed up, were missing from my order. They did appear on the receipt but they were not on the bag at all. _2nd. Lilah only applied the FREE PASTRY WITH PURCHASE but not the the FREE BIRTHDAY PASTRY. According to the receipt, only the cinammon roll was discounted and I was charged for both the 2 cinammon crunch bagels, eventhough she told me she applied both. _3rd. My Margharita pizza was only topped with cheese & diced tomatoes. No BASIL & no GRAPE TOMATOES as it was depicted on the menu. IT DID NOT LOOK, SMELL OR TASTE LIKE A MARGHARITA PIZZA AT ALL! _4th. My fuji apple salad was tiny. I had asumed it would be a whole salad as it was in my original canceled order, but when I looked at my receipt my salad was listed as a HALF SALAD. Lilah did applied both my promos but they weren't fully used because she shortened my order. THE following day I called the location. I wouldn't be going there on that day but I could stop by the following day. I had to call more than 5 times because no one was answering. When someone finally picked up, I asked to speak to the manager. Melina, the manager came to the phone. I explained to her my grievences and stated that if the 2 crunch bagels that were missing from my roomate's order were to be replaced on our next visit, we would then just chose another birthday pastry for her & at that time use that promo code that wasn't applied the day before. This would settle this order as far as we were concerned. As for my order, I wanted my Margharita pizza to be remade as an actual Margharita pizza with BASIL & my tiny salad(which remained untouched), I offered to return it, pay the additional ammount required so that it is made as a WHOLE SALAD, like it was in my original order. 1 star is because I don't have option for 0 star. Panera is used to be my favorite restaurant for lunch and weekend breakfast. This location has provided poor customer service and poor -skilled staffs. I placed order online and paid . I got an email confirmation that my order will be ready around 09:37 am. I came to the restaurant and was waiting until 09:45 to find out they did not have caramel to make my coffee and I was offered a refund or switch to chocolate. I saw my name on the board and then disappeared on the board. I glanced at the counter and saw the receipt with my name on it. I asked the staff and that was when I found out about my order's situation. Since I have been waiting so I accepted switching to chocolate. I hope they read my order which indicated no whip cream and yes to almond milk. Another 10 minutes passed. I got 2 chocolate with whip cream. I informed them of their poor job. The 2 staff behind the bar did not apologize or offer any solution. They were busy blaming each other. This location is awful. I placed a delivery order for bagels and coffee. The staff was not able to follow the simple instructions to cut the bagels in half. Also, I was told that since I ordered 18 bagels instead of the 12 pack, it did not come with cream cheese. That is utterly ridiculous. To top it off, the large container of coffee that I was told held ten 12 ounce cups, barely contained six cups. I was so frustrated after complaining by phone that I just decided to put it in writing. We could not go inside due to staff shortage (although we could see several staff sitting, on their phones, at a table as we got in the drive through. I've been to Panera bread before and I was always happy with how they would treat me and my family & friends. I decided to place an order at this Panera bread in Rialto because it was closer for me at the time. Decided to order one of their specialties; flat bread pizza. Once I was charged from their app, I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup; however when I arrived, people were inside enjoying themselves, Even though their app and google said they were still open, they locked the doors and had a sign that said they changed their hours. I had to call their store to inform them of my order; later the manager came out and informed me that they could not find my order, all equipment is shut down, and they could not offer me any kind of refund. I even presented to them my receipt that I was also charged for the transaction and they said your off better calling your bank for your refund because they cannot help at this time. Tried calling their customer service to seek help for the transaction; didn't even try to help me either. It was to the point where I had to call my bank and report fraud to receive my funds back. So if you decide to place an order at this Panera bread in Rialto, MAKE SURE you have a way to contact your financial institution to receive your refund unless your happy with fraudulent charges, no service or merchandise. read more

I walked inside because I wanted to see what selection of desserts they had. I waited at the front desk for a long time and no one came to help me. I asked one of the employees that was cleaning the interior of a trash bin if there is anybody that can help and she was glad to help. The problem was that when she came to the register, she didn't even take off the gloves she was using to clean the inside of the trash bin to take my order. When I mentioned it all she did was take off the gloves and then continue to try to take the order. I kind of mention to her that she probably should wash her hands, considering she was just cleaning the inside of the trash bin but she said oh I wont touch anything and I'll was my hands after talking the order. She's touching the cash register with dirty hands and it really made me question the true cleanliness of this establishment. Honestly, that turn me off from even trying to get anything from that place because that's pretty dirty. I'm not trying to be picky but this is a big deal to me. Especially if you just finished cleaning the bin of a trashcan. That has a lot of nasty things in it. The first thing she should have done after I asked for help is take off her gloves, was her hands, the. Come help. Definitely never coming back to this place. Same as with other reviews, I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla syrup and was given an empty cup and told to make it myself. Ended up with a warm coffee with no ice at all after pouring the hot coffee in it, also didn't get the vanilla syrup I ordered with it so it was bland. Listen to the other reviews, this place is dirty as heck, the tea wasn't up-kept with brewing, while waiting for my order I heard numerous complaints from other customers as well. My to go order turned out wrong and when I called countless times they didn't answer (this was after the rush i might add) I ended up just driving back and talking to the manager/supervisor directly. She gave nothing but excuses from her saying they were "too busy" to answer the phone and they needed to get breaks out of the way, yet when I walked in I saw three people up front cleaning, a task you do when its slow? So you're telling me those people were also on a break? The manager had time to step off and talk to me about my experience and it seems as if they just blatantly ignored the phone calls. Granted I know it gets busy but even when I initially ordered during their peak times there was maybe two cars in the drive thru and I was one of two or three cafe orders. I was going to order for two people I ended up only ordering for one. I got the green goddess salad. The chicken was ok but the cold "boiled" egg was disgusting. Placed an online order through the Panera website for the next day, 39 items for over $350.00 (business meeting). I selected a time that THEY had available for delivery, 7:30 am-7:45 am (my order was to feed my meeting attendees- 39 people) At around 7:50 I called the Panera store, only to find out that "DoorDash" had canceled my delivery because the driver arrived at Panera 1 hour before the order was ready. The associate then proceeded to tell me another driver was on the way to pick up my order from their store, and that my order had been ready since 7:35 am. Ok, great, maybe my food will arrive soon?? Wrong! I had to call Panera one more time at 8:30 am to inquire about my order, and the same associate then proceeded to tell me Doordash had picked up my order over 30 minutes ago, and if I needed to track the driver, I had to call Doordash MYSELF? When I asked why I had to be the one to call, if I ordered through Panera NOT through Doordash, she hung up on me!! Fast forward, to 8:40 am, my order arrives, the driver is kind and friendly, but now I am stuck serving my meeting attendees, warm coffee wich had to be reheated in the microwave, and cold breakfast.
