It's one of those places that closes before they are supposed to. They "close" at 9pm, but really they close at 8:50pm. All the times I have had a delivery or pick-up order from them, they just drop the bread and utensils in the bag. No effort. Apart from that, it is a nice location to chill at to study or talk with a friend. It is air-conditioned and it is a large space. I've visited other Panera Bread locations in the past and had never grown to actually enjoy it until recently, when this PB establishment opened it's doors to the public. Since it's opening, I had been utilizing their mobile app to order ahead, which has been extremely convenient, most especially when I'm on-the-go. I just select my items, set up a date/time for pick-up, and once my payment is submitted, I wait for a text from them and I'm good to go. It's easy peasy, but there have been a couple times when I received a text notifying me that my order was ready and as soon as I showed up, it was still in the process of being prepared. However, with my most recent visit, my order was on time and the food was as fresh as can be, so I suppose it varies. You'll find their menu to have bakery items like bagels, cookies and pastries, breakfast (available before 11am), value duets which are meals that are either soup & sandwich combos or soup and salad combos, family feast value meals, flatbread pizzas, sandwiches, soups & mac, bread bowls, warm bowls (teriyaki chicken w/broccoli, Mediterranean bowls, etc.), new & seasonal items, kids items, sides and spreads, and a variety of beverages like frozen drinks and smoothies, coffee/tea, milk/juice, and soft & bottled drinks. Everything I've had here have all been pretty good and soothing to the soul! We just placed an order to go and checked it when we got home, and was very disappointed. They were out of most of the breads. We had to change our order like 4 times just to find something on the menu they actually had in the store. The only bread they had was the tomato bread. Once we looked at the sandwich, it was microscopic. We ordered the pick 2, so it should have been 1/2 sandwich, but honestly it was like 1/4 of a sandwich. In the end, we got no chips, no bread, not even an apple. We called to complain and the first thing they offered was a cookie for our troubles. I would have preferred the rest of the sandwich we were missing and the 2 sides we never got. The people there were clueless on how to handle the situation. This is my first time visiting this Panera Bread. I was excited to try out this location. It's closer to home, we usually visit the one on Hst and this location provides a drive thru service. I stopped at 11:45 a.m. there wasn't any line, the young lady at the drive-thru was very nice proceeded to pay and get my food. Once I got home, and opened my bag, my order was correct; however, I was disappointed in the lack of salad dressing. I've never received such a small amount of dressing. I checked to see if it has spilled onto the salad as I drove, nope. I was just ripped off with the salad dressing. While I was asking questions about the salads I became demotivated to continue on (long day, didnt want to think) and said nevermind and planned to eat at home. Each time i go they ALWAYS mess something up. It's like doing their job correctly is not in the handbook. Ever since Panera opened at this location I was a regular and I ordered few times a week. The last few times the quality and getting the orders right had gone down hill. My final straw with Panera was yesterday I ordered through the drive thru. I ordered the "you pick two" and I got a broccoli cheese soup and a half turkey bravo sandwich with chips. I asked for the sandwich to have no sauce and no tomatoes and they messed up because my sandwich had both of those then they forgot to give me chips but gave me a baguette instead when I bit into the baguette it had a long hair baked into the bread . I'm very upset and absolutely repulsed! The salad had stale crotons and a very small dressing. The sandwich had just enough pepperoni to cover the half side of the bread a small amount of cheese. I have been eating Panera for years now. It used to very good. Now has change for the bad. A month or so ago ordered to go the steak sandwich. It had one very thin slice of roast beef. Years ago there was a lot of good roast beef. Today I ordered to go for our office a napa chicken salad sandwich, it had a thin layer of chicken salad with a handful of lettuce and a couple slices of tomato. Too bad has gone down hill so much. With no sense of care I was just told my order wouldn't be able to be fulfilled due to them wanting to save food for other customers. Which made no sense. I placed an online delivery order for myself and my staff for our lunch meeting, and everything came out as ordered, with the exception of mine. I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl (without chicken, as my invoice reflects), but received the Mediterranean Bowl with chicken. Unfortunately, I cannot eat poultry and called to get a refund on just that item. I was told by the staff member after they spoke with their manager to get approval, that he only way to get a refund is to go to the cafe' and get it, and that nothing else can be done. This is pretty wild, because if I didn't have the time to go to the cafe to place the order and/or eat it there, why would it be thought that I have the time to go there to get a refund for something that was (accidentally, I'm aware) made wrong? Surely, there is a way that Panera can offer a free meal code or even just run the refund over the phone? Yet again, these employees made mistakes for my sister's order. Even worse, the cashier gave away one of our rewards to a different customer after us. Whoever made the chicken sandwich my sister ordered this afternoon sprinkled a smattering of tiny burnt chicken crumbs and not an actual piece of chicken that the sandwich is supposed to consist of. My mom, who tasted the sandwich, could only taste lettuce because of this. When we brought this up to Luis (unfortunately the only "manager" available), he blamed us for not calling the restaurant and demanded that we were supposed to come back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. He also said to us, "This isn't your first issue." Is he referring to the SEVERAL OTHER MISTAKES he and his employees made when making my sister's sandwiches in the past few weeks and including ingredients that she requested to be removed and which she CANNOT DIGEST??? It is not our responsibility to make up for THE EMPLOYEES' mistakes. My sister bought the lunch at 2:30pm today and we returned to report the issue at 5:51pm. He must think we have nothing better to do in life and no other responsibilities to take care of. He then tried to crumple and throw away our receipt from this afternoon, but I had to remind my sister to retrieve it from him. Why does Luis insist on BLAMING THE CUSTOMER FOR THE EMPLOYEES' FAILURES??? He completely lacks customer service skills and tries to accuse us of creating these problems that HE AND HIS EMPLOYEES CAUSED. He should be demoted or at the very least TRAINED on how to appropriately address these concerns. The ambiance of this cafe is noisy, chaotic, and stressful. read more

This is a very nice Panera bread. Lots of space and places to sit. The food is high quality as is to be expected. The shopping center is also very convenient in and of itself so the fact that there's a Panera here for good coffee and healthy meals is perfect! The employees are friendly and Danielle was very helpful and kind when I took a while trying to figure out what I wanted to order. Customer service has always been one of Panera's strong suits as a company and that still seems to be the case. The food is great, the coffee is great, the employees are nice, the environment is relaxed and inviting and the bathrooms are clean. What more can you ask for? read more

I ordered from this new location because it is closer to where I live. I put in an online order for my baby shower for 22 sandwiches nothing else. I received 2 confirmation emails saying it would be ready at this location on Dennery Rd at the time I needed. The day of my baby shower my sister went to pick it up and was told the order could not be found, even after she showed them the confirmation email they still couldn't find it. They then told her to wait so they could start making them, they did not offer any kind of discount or even a coffee for while she waited. She waited for a while and was then told they would NOT be making them because they don't do catering at this location. She was told to go to another location and they would be ready there. She drove to the other location because this was the main meal. Again she was not offered any kind of discount or incentive for the inconvenience. She was over an hour late to the shower because of this and when we opened the sandwiches they were mislabeled causing some of our vegetarians guests to bite into sandwiches with meat. I have done the survey they sent asking how it went, as well as submitted 2 contact forms and asked to be contacted all 3 times. It has been a week and a half with no response. read more

I normally dont write Yelp reviews, but I want to prevent others from getting sick. I was shocked to see a ROACH literally crawl out of my salad AFTER having consumed about half of it. Guess it was just chilling at the bottom - either something that crawled onto the plastic container before they dished it or already in the salad itself. Now I'm a reasonable person and know it's impossible to keep every single pest out of an area that contains food, but this seems like a gross and negligent oversight - and for it to contaminate a delivered entree, no less! If a contaminated food source was there it should have been thrown out! Someone needs to inspect these things. Surely if something remained alive in my salad there are other roaches in the kitchen or storage areas. I ended up having to take time off work today for stomach issues which I assume are related to this instance. Very dissapointed and bothered greatly by everything - this has now cost me time and money for lost wages, in addition to being completely disgusted. I eat at this establishment all the time and have never previously had an issue. That's why this whole thing took me completely aback and I'm now greatly concerned about what I may have been exposed to after this incident. All I want is for people to be safe; I have nothing against this business or location nd have really enjoyed its food in past. This is a major health hazard and something needs to be done, though.
