Lasagna Fritta

The service and ambiance were amazing! It provides a pretty decent atmosphere for a date night with the lighting and music at night. The food was served with generous proportions while being super delicious, especially the lasagna fritta. The only issue was that we didn't get our breadstick, and the device on their table implied that we were supposed to be offered a breadstick.

We visited this place twice recently and absolutely love it. Once we went to celebrate kiddo's birthday and they had options for kids and adults both. Kiddo ordered mac n cheese with fries on the side. Needless to say it was well received. We ordered unlimited bread sticks, salad and soup combo as one entree. The portion sizes are huge and the bread sticks are amazing. And we ordered cheese ravioli, which too was good. Staff is very attentive and friendly. They take good care of everyone. Place is big with ample seating available everywhere. It's nice and clean. Overall a good spot to have a meal with the family.

Eggplant Parmigiana

Came to Greatmall to do some window shopping and decided to get some Olive Garden. Came with my wife and baby boy for a total of 3 guest and we were seated immediately to my surprise as there were ppl sitting a waiting before us (must have a larger group) as there was still seating available inside. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and my wife got the Alfredo light(smaller sized portion but still original recipes). Eggplant parmigiana was a bit salty for my preference. And idk if it's just me but the side of pasta has a lot more tanginess than I'm used , if I had it my way, the sauce would be a little bit thicker as it was a little bit of watering and maybe a little bit of sweetness. For those of you who haven't been here in a while , entree come with endless Soup OR salad(not both, I swear it used to be both) they offer different varieties of soups and salads and you can change different soups as you ask for a "refill". Bread sticks are unlimited as well but they are a bit on the salty side as well... super delicious especially when fresh. They do offer a kids menu which looked good but since my son is less than 1 we just fed him some of our soup. I was ample to try them all and I enjoyed them all throughly as they weren't overly salty. My favorite thigh was probably zuppa toscana light creamy broth with a little spice and some sausage bits and kale . It hits the spot while still making me think I was eating healthy. Chicken gnocchi actually had a good amount of chicken pieces in there too. I love creamy soups. So I may be biased in this opinion. Service was good.although there was a stent in time Where the entree came out and it seemed like the waiter may have went on break as it took a while for her check on us as I wanted more soup. But overall good service. Not sure why this place only has 3 stars. I would give it a 4. I do think the quality and cost could be better, but overall I'd come back, maybe try another item on their menu

I've been to this Olive Garden location at Great mall many times and it's really good. The bread and minestrone soup are some of my favorites every time. They also have the all you can eat pasta deal sometimes which is nice. This time I tried the spiked strawberry lemonade drink and it was yummy. Service was good too.

I often come here with a couple of friends for lunch on the weekends and it's always a fun time. I've only really been to this Olive Garden location, so I can't compare it to other locations. Since this location is located in Great Mall, there is no issue with parking, although it can get busy on the weekends. It is located outside of the mall, so you can't access it directly from the mall. We usually don't have to wait for a table when we arrive around 11:30am. I usually order the endless soup and salad meal. If you order an entree, it also comes with endless soup or salad. I've tried each of the soups, and zuppa tuscana is still the best, although it's more watery than I expect it to be since it's a creamy soup, it tastes good. The salad is always fresh and well seasoned. The breadsticks are good but rather bland. You have the option to get unlimited dipping sauce for $7(?). The service is pretty good and the servers come around often to ask if you want more soup or salad. Also the entree portions are huge. I would recommend this place as it is great value.

We had a bit of a mixed feelings experience here at the Great Mall location of Olive Garden. To start with, we had put our names on the waitlist ahead of time, but when we arrived the hostess told us, "It took you off the waitlist but I don't know why." She let us know that the wait would be a few minutes but didn't put our names back on the list and proceeded to forget about us until I asked how long the wait would be again. She then sat us in a cozy booth, and we were taken care of the rest of the night. I came with two other people, and they both got the unlimited pasta deal for $17.99/person. With four bowls of pasta, they definitely got their money's worth! I got the chicken alfredo with broccoli, and it was great! Their breadsticks are to die for (obviously). The real highlight of our night was our server Matthew. He did a wonderful job of making us feel welcomed, and he was very attentive the whole night! He was very kind and I'm glad he was our waiter for the night! Overall, our experience was comfortable and pleasant thanks to him :)

Food was ok. Pick up was ok. It wasn't busy at all but service was slow. Waited about twenty minutes more to get our food. This was a weekday lunch time. We got Pasta, Chicken Soup and Extra Bread Sticks. Happen to be in the area, probably wont be back to this location. Usually only come to Olive Garden once or twice a year. Inside wasn't clean either. But private lot with the mall parking.

Last Saturday September 06,2025 My Cousin And I Decided To Have A Late Lunch Early Dinner At Olive Garden By Great Mall Milpitas. As We Walk Inside We Were Greeted By Front Desk Staff And Asked Us to Follow Her To Be Seated. At First I Was Amazed With The Restaurant Details Its So Nice And Looks Elegant. As We Were Served By Paulina After Given Our Order. Once The Food was served Have Notice Food Portions Were Great And For Two. I Would Highly Recommend The Said Restaurant To Everybody As Specially For Pasta, Salads & Soup Lovers As Well As Friendly Staff

This place is kinda inconsistent with the service. Some servers look like they hate their jobs and some servers are super nice. The food is either you like it or not , I personally rlly like the soups and salads, the pasta sometimes can be a little blend, I usually ask for extra sauce. The prices have gone up a lot since I came here. Olive Garden is not rlly a high end restaurant if you ask me , but the prices are over 20-30+ and the food remains the same. I will only Come back for the soups

My family and I always enjoy the food at Olive Garden. They have a good variety of dishes to choose from. The hard part is deciding which entree you want. A couple of years ago OG offered a deal where you pick a main entree and you could pick another entree to take home. The Take Home entree is cold and is meant to be heated at home. This second entree is a bit smaller than their normal entrees. OG now charges $6 for the Take Home entree, which is still a good deal. You can choose from their house salad or a soup of your choosing. They also give you two of their awesome breadsticks with your main entree. My family and I have called-in several times to take advantage of these deals. We enjoy this, since we can enjoy our meals from the comfort of our house. Their house green salad comes with red onions, their salad dressing and croutons. We also order their Minestrone Soup too. The entrees we've enjoyed are the Seafood Alfredo, Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo and Chicken Alfredo. The Take One entrees we like are the Spaghetti with meat sauce and Five Cheese Ziti. You get a good amount of food with your order. Between the salad or soup, breadsticks and main entree, it's filling. As a bonus, you have enough food and/or leftovers to enjoy later. This deal is such a great value.

service was great and pasta was amazing. I might be bias bc pasta is my favorite food but the four cheese marinara with rigatoni was perfect. I was having a horrible day and the pasta cured me LOL i will be back

I just saw on KTVU FOX 2 that there's an AYCE Pasta Bowl for $13.99 going on now, does this location offer it?

Do you guys still have the never ending pasta bowl?

The Never Ending Pasta bowl is a promotion they only run for short periods of time. As of April 2025, the promotion is not running.

Do they offer Cacio e Pepe? Do they offer the steak with gargonzola these days?

They have a new Gorgonzola Fettuccine Alfredo that we saw in the menu yesterday!

When is the last day for never ending pasta?

For the free salad and breadsticks that accompany a dish, can one order an alternative salad dressing instead of the oil and vinegar dressing that it comes with?

Balsamic, ranch, and our signature Italian dressing are also available, Chefs Daughter D.

Hansang Tofu checked every box between food, service, ambiance, parking... everything was on point. FOOD: 9/10 Every single banchan (side dish) they served was fresh and packed with flavor. I've been traumatized by restaurants serving funky-tasting kimchi or ban chan in general, so I was relieved that theirs tasted fresh and delicious. Honestly, all of the banchan were so, so good. I ordered the Naengmyeon (cold noodles), and this had to be one of the best bowls I've had. I really appreciated that they didn't skimp on the toppings. I've had naengmyeon elsewhere that was pretty bare, just buckwheat noodles, cold broth, and maybe a few strands of cucumber. Here, my bowl came with a hard boiled egg, two slices of beef, radish, cucumber, and a generous portion of noodles. The mustard and vinegar were ready and served on the side, as they should be. Their soy garlic wings were HELLA good. Perfectly double-fried, packed with flavor, piping hot, and the chicken was still juicy and moist inside. So good. SERVICE: 10/10 Friendly, kind, and efficient service!! Yes, yes, YES. We were greeted right away with such a warm, energetic welcome. All the tables were either occupied or still being cleaned, so while we waited, one of the ladies handed us menus. Then, as they were getting our table ready, she offered to take our order before we even sat down. By the time we were seated, our food was already being prepared. LOVE THAT!! They were also incredibly attentive throughout our meal. AMBIANCE: 9/10 The restaurant is spacious, very clean, and of course had K-pop music videos playing on the TVs at a volume that was actually enjoyable and not overwhelming. It's a comfy space. Hansang Tofu is located in a plaza, so there's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Definitely saving this spot because we'll absolutely be back. Left feeling so satisfied!

I can only imagine the profit margin on a tofu dish lol What disappointed me the most was that when I asked for extra side dishes, I was told to "buy" them instead On top of that, the waiter seemed more focused on the FIFA World Cup match than on the customers. Service was slow, and it was difficult to get anyone's attention when we needed something.

I love the concept of malatang. You grab a bowl, load it up with everything your heart desires,…read morepick your broth and they cook it all for you. The concept might be simple but the possibilities are endless! I went absolutely overboard with my proteins (both beef and lamb), enoki mushroom, napa cabbage, tripe, baby corn, fish balls filled with roe and tofu skin. I saw that they had tofu mochi too and it was one of the best new things I decided to give a try. The bone broth was rich, flavorful and had that perfect mala kick with the numbing spice. I got mild flavor so it was not the kind of spicy that I could not tolerate. Each topping also soaked up all the flavorful broth. My friend got the medium spicy bone broth and that was packed a punch! I love how all the ingredients are fresh and fully restocked. The staff is very efficient. On the positive side, they do offer a large variety of ingredients to choose from. When my bowl was served, I realized it wasn't the one I had ordered. They had accidentally switched my bowl with another customer's. Later, while eating, I came across some of the marinated cilantro beef, which looked raw. I asked the server if it could be cooked a bit longer, but she explained that it was supposed to be pink. I tried a small piece, but the texture was still very tender, which made me uncomfortable. It also didn't have the texture of what I expected from beef. My cousin also had an issue with her bowl. The lotus root slices were cut fairly thick, so after cooking, it was still undercooked and crunchy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the cleanliness concerns, the order mix-up, and the food quality. There are plenty of ingredient options, but I don't see myself returning.

The broth is savory, well-balanced, and filling, and the portion feels worth the price. The tendon is especially well done; very tender and soft, which adds a nice texture to the dish. You can choose rice or vermicelli, making it a complete meal depending on your preference. During lunch, they offer complimentary green or black tea, which is a nice value add. If you're ordering drinks, the milk crème green tea pairs well with the meal. The restaurant itself is very clean, and staff are constantly maintaining the space. Service is efficient, and food comes out quickly, even during busier times. Overall, this is a reliable spot for quick, flavorful individual hot pot. The ambiance was great too and the setting was quite welcoming and home feeling. Now to get to the food. We were very disappointed with it on the whole outside of the white fish, clams, and octopus. We ordered a calamari appetizer which was fully overcooked, recooked, or frozen without being thawed appropriately. The batter was overwhelming with seasoning that almost tried to mask the deep chewiness of the squid itself. We then hoped for more when ordering the lobster and sea food pot (ordered a second lobster alone too). The hot pot came with some pre-cooked items and then a mix of uncooked items. The lobster was overcooked and chewy and the shrimp were overcooked, while the rest was all right. I was anticipating though with the name that the lobster and shrimp would have been the highlight of the dish, and they were not. I would also add that it felt as though they bought the sea food medley directly from 99 ranch down the street for the remaining fish that were in the hot pot, and again did not even pre-prep them prior to throwing them in the pot.
