This place is great for work meetings - the tables are spacious, the restaurant is pretty quiet, and everyone can order something that suits them. I am a fan of their muffins and scones for breakfast (particularly blueberry muffin and orange scone). For lunch I enjoy just about any of their salads - no kidding! I do wish they carried Coke instead of Pepsi, I also wish their cup lids were easier to put on; I consistently have to trash the first one, and then I get the second one to work. I LOVE panera! It's good quality good that is quick and decently priced. My favorites are the baked potato soup (I wish it wasn't only sold on Mon & Wednesday), the breakfast sandwiches and of course the Mac and cheese (this is one of th best mac and cheese I've ever had). I also like the broccoli cheddar soup but i think next rainy day I may try the tomato soup and grilled cheese. I had good experiences at this Panera. I love the Fuji Apple Salad and the $1 pastry if you get a drink. But I have had bad experiences when I ordered to go. The first time I ordered to-go they forgot to give me a fork for my salad and I had to ask the hotel for one. The second time, I ordered Turkey Artichoke sandwich (one of the more expensive ones) and was given some sandwich that only had chicken, tomatoes, and spinach in it...SO BE SURE TO CHECK IF THEY GOT YOUR ORDER RIGHT before you leave and get too lazy to drive back to complain. read more

Don't even bother ordering delivery here. This is maybe the 10th time (not kidding) that I've ordered delivery and I received a bag with no safety deal or staples at my door. And this time the receipt was crumpled in the bag touching my bread! Every time this happens I call the store and they either tell me "our stapler broke" or "we always tell staff to seal the bags". Well obviously they don't tell them enough. And if staplers are broken or tape runs out at least CALL THE CUSTOMER and let them know. A lot of people order delivery right now purely because the bags will be sealed and safe to eat. And if they forget to seal the bag then what is the point? Now I have to drive there a million times to pick up a redone order that I purposely did not want to drive to get? This is beyond disappointing , they always tell me sorry and then they do it again. Clean and spacious cafe. I wouldn't suggest coming here from 11:30-1pm because the lunch rush is CAAARAZYY. Parking will be super hard to find and the cafe fills up quickly. That being said the food, though on the expensive side is very delicious and fresh. read more

I come here often and the food isn't bad. The customer service however can be a mess. I've gotten everything from being ignored, to being talked down to. Most recently I called them to see if I left my laptop charger there, and I could not get an answer. I called the store 4 times within a one hour period, and nothing. They don't close for an hour. This Panera is relatively new, and it's great. One of the better I've been to. The service is reliable and fast, the bread fresh, the sandwiches tasty. I had the French Onion soup which was great with the wonderful homemade beef broth and the steak and cheese sandwich was just great with the beef still juicy. I really like the concept of Panera in general. Pretty decent menu with a good amount of choice (pastries, smoothies, salads, soups, sandwich, paninis, etc...). You order up front and then bring it to your table. It's generally pretty quick and decently organized. I'm usually happy with the food. You get what you order.
