I've been wanting to try this place because of the delicious looking pictures on doordash. I love grilled cheese, but, it's a lot of calories, so you want to get a good one when you splurge. Well, I tried it, so you don't have to. I got BLT grilled cheese on sourdough (not sure if I got sourdough?), add pepperjack, egg, and swiss... $1 added for each. Sister got breakfast grilled cheese add bacon and grilled onions. Onions (very few tiny pieces) were RAW white onion not "grilled" onions paid extra for, bacon was raw and not cooked though advertised "crispy", ALMOST NO CHEESE!!!! on grilled cheese. I paid EXTRA for extra cheese x2 (adding $1 each). bread almost not grilled at all. I had to cook the bacon on my stove. I had to grill the bread on my stove... we do not feel good afterwards. The "cold slaw" of $4.50 was tiny in a sauce container of 1.5 inches diameter x 2 inches height. Ingredients are not quality, almost no cheese even if you pay extra, and ingredients are not cooked. It is very expensive for poor quality and poorly made food that you have to cook yourself anyway. Worst grilled cheese ever. read more

I never leave reviews, but this place was so trash that I have to warn anybody who's considering buying a sandwich here. After spending $35 worth of sandwiches from this place, here's the summary: Stale bread, and cheese tasted like it was microwaved, the size is small too (something i'm used to hearing lol). It felt like biting into a piece of rubber. McDonald's is gourmet compared to this. I just don't understand how someone who owns a restaurant could give less fox about their craft than these guys. Dude, it's so bad I'm literally being a Karen right now writing Yelp reviews. I've NEVER written a bad review, but this angered me so much. I was hungry, but you stole away the joy that should've flooded me when I bit into what was supposed to be a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. Ordered via door dash and overall the sandwiches were tasty but not what I thought of for a grilled cheese. The bread didn't quite have that buttery, crisp crunch and browned outside I had in mind. Maybe it was the fact we had delivered so it lost the crispy ness.... but as you can see in the photos only the very center was 'toasted'. We got the BLT, Bacon Avocado & Tuna melt. All of them had great flavor and I would say they were more of a normal deli sandwich than grilled cheese. I'm all about trying out new restaurants. If you commit yourself to being on the restaurant delivery apps, then DELIVER!!! I placed an order via Door Dash, it was accepted by the restaurant, and then Cancelled an hour later, saying the restaurant was closed. Totally unacceptable. I see other bad reviews on this establishment now. If you aren't ready for business, don't get into it! read more

Was it a busy night? or is it employees that just don't care about what they serve... horrible mistake ordering from here. I got a $18 grilled cheese bbq chicken add beef patty avocado and mayo.... I got bread melted shredded cheddar or Kraft American slices, a partially raw PORK sausage patty with a squirt of green and a squirt of white. (Hoping it's mayo). Lol. No bbq chicken. The cheese fries had barely a sprinkle of shredded cheddar half way ish melted . There were loose stranded shredded cheddar pieces. And a buy 1 get 1 regular grilled cheese. The cheese compared to size of bread left alot of dry tasted bread that was not even appealing to my dog. What the hell guys?!? Y'all need to pick a different career. The name makes sense after trying... because nobody wants them to grill your cheese. Bacon was practically raw, caramelized onions were raw, hardly any cheese, and all ingredients were disproportionate to one side of the sandwich. read more

I thought the food was pretty good. Ordered from door dash. Got jalapeño grilled cheese and garlic fries. The grilled cheese was super good! Garlic fries were really good too. Crispy. Only suggestion I would make is bigger portion size. The container of garlic fries was barely filled and for 7 dollar I'd expect a bit more. Grilled cheese was a decent size for price. Also I suggest offering a sauce selection. I love ketchup on my grilled cheese and a side of ranch for my fries normally. Bread type was wrong. Bread was not toasted. All toppings were missing. The Breakfast sandwich came as egg and cheese on dry wheat bread, no tomato, no spread. The Reuben came as folded grey meat and cheese on dry wheat bread. No sauerkraut. No toppings or spread. I can't believe they market their sandwiches as complete lies. I paid $30 for those two sandwiches with tax. If I could make a website and menu saying I sold one thing and then provide customers with another, I could easily make money too. This is ridiculous. BBB level complaint I just don't care enough to do so for a grilled cheese restaurant. Certainly they will continue being successful though for all the people who don't read reviews first or just order off Uber Eats or similar. I have been to this location a few times and have enjoyed their sandwiches and cookies. The bread…read moreis the perfect texture of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and the right amount of sourness. All their sandwiches are really delicious. The staff is again very friendly. Parking can be a little challenging because the street parking right in front of their store can get packed and I'm not sure are where else you can park. There might be a parking lot nearby. My only suggestion to the staff is for them to wear a hairnet or something similar. The last sandwich I purchased had to be thrown away after I took a big bite out of it and pulled out a long strand of hair from inside my mouth . It was fully mixed in with the meat and I didn't realize it was there until I was already chewing on it. Unfortunately I won't be able to go there again for awhile from feeling a bit grossed out from this experience.

Tried ordering from them for delivery and the pictures of everything looked fantastic. What I got instead was rubbery cold sandwich that I couldn't tell if what was on it was a poorly cooked egg or supposed to be cheese. None of the toppings that were supposed to come with it were there and the bread wasn't toasted at all. read more
