She was welcoming, attentive, fast, and consistently checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent service is truly what made our family meal enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue with flies in the dining area. At one point, there were at least a dozen flies around our table, which made the experience frustrating, distracting, and honestly pretty unpleasant. It was disappointing because the food and service were otherwise very good. The only reason we stayed and finished our meal was because of Tigen's outstanding customer service. She did everything she could to make our visit a positive one, and we greatly appreciated her efforts. We hope the restaurant can address the fly issue because Tigen especially, deserves a better dining environment for their guests.
