Went through the drive thru to place my order, and received the WRONG items. Upon arriving we were notified they were out of bread and my favorite soup. It was a bummer but okay. I ordered two bbq sandwiches and then received 1 cold bbq sandwich WITHOUT BBQ, and a tuna sandwich????!??!? The order on the screen was correct so I don't understand how our order was so wrong. To top it off the chicken soup we ordered was spilling in the bag. I called the store since we got home at 9:50pm (the store closes at 10:00pm) since there was no way we'd make it back in time. The phone call kept ringing until it hung up on itself. So i guess I'm stuck with an empty stomach and some gross cold food, WITHOUT A REFUND. I love the staff here but the salads are always bad. I come here pretty often and my salads are often wilted with old lettuce (look at pic posted). Sometimes they don't even give me the salad dressing that's supposed to go with the salad. The flatbread pizzas are hardly ever fresh. Ordered take-out for a company lunch. It is bad that they provided the wrong food, but most embarrassingly is that there was not enough food. This was the correct order because the receipt on the bag has all the items that were ordered. We ordered for 10 people. We had 7 sandwiches and 2 salads. 10 bags of chips. 1 sandwich missing. 3 were not labeled (so individuals had to open the wrapper just to see inside). We had four of the same sandwiches but only 2 people ordered that sandwich. The other 2 are incorrect. There were two other chicken sandwiches that was not included at all. Salads were pretty sad. It makes me cringe just to say that fast food (McD, Wendy's, etc) salads are better and a third of the price. This is going to require a lot of reconsiderations to try again. read more

Wow!!! I really really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt so I decided to try this place a few times before I got on here. On one of my visit, I ordered soup with extra pumpkin seeds which I got charged for. Before leaving, I asked if the extra seeds where included, the young girl said yes. I picked up dinner today 9/7/2021 at 7:20 pm we placed the order online so when I got there the food was ready. So far great experience I drove home and when we sat down for Dinner we discovered that our BB Mac & Cheese was not there we just got the Bagguett but no mac & cheese I was disappointed but I understand that mistakes happen to make things worst I order a chicken noodle bowl soup and they gave me a cup size. The frustrating part was when we called multiple times and every single time it rang the phone would pick up than hanged up. I was disappointed in Panera since the receipt it say "Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right please let a manager know." There are times where I don't want to interact with people and just want to get my order quickly. I'm happy that Panera Bread offers the option to place your order online via the mobile app or in-store with the machines. This Panera Bread has a drive thru, but I haven't used it yet. I have only placed my orders online and my food is always ready for pick up when I arrive. I ordered a broccoli soup and it comes with a side of either a bread roll or you can replace it with something else at an extra charge. The cup was filled to the top with soup which was nice, and the bread was nice and toasty. I'm glad that they opened a Panera Bread near where I live because I can order breakfast and pick it up to go. read more

I love Panera (my wallet doesn't but whatever) so I was very happy to have one within walking distance. Great fresh food, love the decor maybe a bit too chilly for some. Cashier was great even gave me time because I was looking for their regular menu not the posted breakfast menu (I'll explain later), I ordered the turkey apple cranberry, hot chocolate and a blueberries muffin. No complaints tables were cleaned, offered help when the food dispatcher noticed I had various plates to carry, I also saw employees cleaning up tables even though there wasn't anything visible on them. I appreciate that the cashier explained what was included in the hot chocolate because I asked for no whip because I wasn't sure if they included that so she then proceeded to tell me what else was in the hot chocolate (Caramel drizzle, chocolate chips and some type of marshmallow). I'm shocked to see that some have experienced bad service here but that wasn't my experience. Look forward to eating here. Cons: The regular menu is not posted, the posted menu is only the breakfast. At most Panera's they have a digital full menu. The signs that indicates to ask for the full regular menu is small and almost hidden. The tip box is also small and hidden amongst the gift cards and other items. There's also no fireplace . Pros:they do have more seating than other places and different options for seated customers like bar seating, a table with outlets, family seating and sofa seating with a table and chairs Wi-Fi, they have it. The beverage station is the middle, visible and not enclosed which is good because most of the time that station is hidden in the back of the seating area. Nice atmosphere, lots of natural light, and great location. read more
