I love Panera (my wallet doesn't but whatever) so I was very happy to have one within walking distance. Great fresh food, love the decor maybe a bit too chilly for some. Cashier was great even gave me time because I was looking for their regular menu not the posted breakfast menu (I'll explain later), I ordered the turkey apple cranberry, hot chocolate and a blueberries muffin. No complaints tables were cleaned, offered help when the food dispatcher noticed I had various plates to carry, I also saw employees cleaning up tables even though there wasn't anything visible on them. I appreciate that the cashier explained what was included in the hot chocolate because I asked for no whip because I wasn't sure if they included that so she then proceeded to tell me what else was in the hot chocolate (Caramel drizzle, chocolate chips and some type of marshmallow). I'm shocked to see that some have experienced bad service here but that wasn't my experience. Look forward to eating here. Cons: The regular menu is not posted, the posted menu is only the breakfast. At most Panera's they have a digital full menu. The signs that indicates to ask for the full regular menu is small and almost hidden. The tip box is also small and hidden amongst the gift cards and other items. There's also no fireplace . Pros:they do have more seating than other places and different options for seated customers like bar seating, a table with outlets, family seating and sofa seating with a table and chairs Wi-Fi, they have it. The beverage station is the middle, visible and not enclosed which is good because most of the time that station is hidden in the back of the seating area. I honestly don't know how this Panera can get any worse! They're constantly forgetting my items, managers are rude sometimes, and I just feel sorry for the employees. You can tell they don't enjoy working here. I'm begging you guys to do better, managers need to step up and MANAGE. It's your job, don't just sit around in the dining room talking, I mean seriously it's upsetting to see employees struggle while the managers are just talking away. I have not been to Panera in quite a while. That staff was friendly and pleasant, but I was really taken back by the PRICE $$$ of their food. I ordered Pick 2 meal: 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich. I am writing this review as i wait for the order to come out. I ordered 14 lunch boxes last night before the store closing time for pick up at 7-7:15am pick up next day. I came to pick up 7:20am ish to make sure i give them enough time to prepare my order. I asked for my order and it had not been prepared. I mean they did not start at all. The cashier said they'll go ahead and make the order and will take about 10min. Oh, and did not apologize at all. It's 7:45 am and i just heard them saying 7 more to go. I am super late for work. The workers here are fucken slow. They just chill mode. We were waiting for our order for like 30 minutes. LOVE Panera and what they have to offer, the person at the pick up window was pleasant but I have never gone to a panera that they dont bring it to the table..... it was weird.... not only that but the female at the front counter was not very pleasant at all.... super monotone, and it took forever to get more hot water out for tea. I come here about once a week for a breakfast sandwich and hot chocolate. The food is good, but today marks the fourth time they shorted me on the cocoa. About half way filled, the rest whipped cream. Maybe the trick is to order it without the whipped cream. We'll see. read more

First of all...thank you for some really tasty food and pastries! The only complaint I have, or not really a complaint but perhaps a suggestion. Your soups are the BOMB but your transport container vessel really are cheap. I ordered the delicious roasted turkey BLT...AWESOME! It came with a cup of soup, had my daughter not requested a double bag, I don't think I would have gotten even 1/2 of a cup. The bottom of the bag was soaked in chicken noodle soup. Had an item missing from my order when it was delivered. Called and spoke with the manager, Victoria, who was very helpful and super friendly. When I came in to resolve the issue, she refunded me and provided me a free meal for the minor inconvenience. Ordered a BLT today... probably the worst sandwich I've had... the paper used to wrap the sandwich was dirty and had some leftover food from what I'm guessing was another sandwich. Workers are no polite or friendly, you can tell they are not happy working there and they take it out on the customers. They never have any bagels, they are always out and this is in the morning. So sad to see this Panera in my neighborhood with such poor quality as opposed to going out to another neighborhood. I've given it 3 chances and 2/3 have been bad. I once ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese wasn't even melted onto the bread of the sandwich. Then I gave it a chance and sat inside and they don't have service that delivers to table like the other panera's. I kindly asked "do I have to pick up my food?" this Panera is just like the McDonald across the street they would hire anybody whoever whatever. I ordered food for curbside pick up before i left work. 30 minutes after I place the order I got there parked my car, clicked "I'm here" in my email confirmation received. Great study spot for sure! The soups are pretty good for the most part. Not a busy spot, not super busy which I think is great because it stays clean and for the most part not rowdy! Horrible curbside pick up service & there was a HAIR in my food! First of all, I waited in my car for 20 minutes until my food as brought out, had to call them to remind them I was outside waiting (mind you, I had placed the order online 20 minutes before showing up & I followed all the pick up instructions when I first arrived AND it was early, not during the lunch rush), then once they do they bring my food out, it's missing items. Had to go inside and get the missing items, what's the point of curbside if I still have to go inside??? Secondly, there was a HAIR in my sandwich!
