Usually I always have a good experience when I go to Panera and the food is great, but this visit wasn't the best. We waited over an hour for our food even though it wasn't that busy. I also noticed an electric fireplace with exposed wires, which made me nervous since I was letting my two year old walk around he could've easily grabbed them. The bathroom sinks were also kind of dirty. Hopefully, this was just an off day, because I normally really enjoy coming here.

We walk in and there are a lot of large floor to ceiling windows. The place is very well lit with plenty of seating and tables inside and out. I think the place was clean, hard to tell. The floors were clear but every single table we went to was sticky. It was a uniform, even stickiness that was very off-putting. My napkin actually stuck to the table almost as if it had a spray on adhesive. Panera is a NOSH oriented eatery, therefore the prices can be quite high. No table service, just order at the register, pick up your order and get a table. The menu changes frequently and seasonly, so it can be a hit or miss scenario on finding something you like. We went in to use a gift card, I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. It only comes on a large toasted baguette and isn't cut in half, wrapped in paper and it cost $14. The sandwich was toasted crispy and had good flavors of ham, chicken and cheese. It was actually a very delicious sandwich but the cost is hard to reconcile. A baguette roll, a little arugula, slices of ham and cheese and some pieces of chicken for over $14? It's a sandwich. To be honest though it was very delicious, just not sure it was worth the price.

We love Panera We love the Sip Club membership We've visited over over a dozen locations so far in three states. This Panera was clean and organized and the staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient.

The reality - a few pieces of chicken (that were actually very good), not-very-ripe tomato, a glob of mozzarella and garlic aioli.....

Panera has become the embodiment of "expectation vs reality". The staff has always (for the most part) been very polite, but the food has become a tragedy. The sandwiches used to be well worth the higher price point because they were made with noticeably fresh, high-quality ingredients. It's now basically overpriced McDonalds. My last few visits have featured nothing more than sandwiches reminiscent of a public school cafeteria and near-frozen, bleak salads that yield less culinary inspiration than something you might find bagged at an Albertsons. It's been a nice ride, Panera, but you're now dead to me.

Best place for soup and baguettes! I love the creamy tomato, French onion, and broccoli cheese. These are my favorites.

They were out of squash soup and bread bowls. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our dinner order.

Right across the street was a parking lot that offered 3 hours free parking for customers. The food: House Noodle with Chopped Pork - my favorite dish. Their noodles are made in-house so the chew on them are great. Good flavors, salt level, and a ton of meat. Pork, Shrimp, & Chive Dumplings - big on filling, no skimping on shrimp. Scallion Pancakes - very thin and crispy. A bit on the greasy side but tasty. Braised Beef Noodle soup - same awesome in-house noodles with bits of beef, an egg, boy choy, and a good amount of bean sprouts. I'm used to these soups being packed with five spice and other ingredients - this one is pretty mildly flavored. Pork Xiao Long Bao - they have some soup, skin is on the thicker side and flavor was reasonable. It can serve as your XLB fix, but this was just ok. Other Yelpers wrote about service, but we didn't have any issues flagging people down. They also offered us sharing bowls without us asking for them. Overall, we were really happy with this meal.

Had a road trip from LA to Seattle,I passed by this beautiful little town name Eugene today and…read moredecided to try this Chinese restaurant. It's a place that specializes in wheaten food and noodles. Looking at the menu, I noticed a wide variety of options with complex preparation methods. For example, the dough used for regular dumplings is completely different from the dough used for shrimp dumplings (har gow). Shrimp dumplings require wheat starch (cheng mian), which must be kneaded and shaped with water around 70°C (158°F) to form properly. The entire process is incredibly labor-intensive and truly tests the chef's skill level. Ambiance & Environment: You can tell this restaurant has been open for a long time, yet it remains very clean. There is a glass-enclosed prep area where you can watch the staff making the dough and noodles from scratch, which perfectly showcases their specialty. However, I was seated right next to the back door. Since customers have to use this door to access the restrooms, people were constantly walking in and out. The draft was quite strong, causing my food to cool down very quickly. I highly recommend installing a folding screen there. I also overheard other guests asking to switch seats for the same reason, so this is definitely an area management needs to work on. The Food: Since I was dining alone, I only ordered two dishes, but overall, the food deserved high praise: Griddle Cooked Beef (Gan Guo Beef): A classic Sichuan dish. The beef slices were large, the side ingredients were plentiful, and they definitely didn't skimp on the seasoning. It had a rich, robust aroma of spices that burst in your mouth. Delicious! Beef Dumplings: Easily the best dumplings I have ever had on the entire West Coast. The wrappers were thin, the filling was generous, and they were incredibly juicy--literally bursting with flavor with every bite. Highly recommended! Service: Absolutely non-existent! About five minutes after all my food arrived, while I was right in the middle of eating, a server just dropped the bill on my table. I was completely baffled. It wasn't until I pointed out that I still needed rice that they finally took the bill back. Once I finished my meal, I asked for the check. The server gave absolutely no response. Seeing a long line of people waiting outside, I proactively asked a second time because I didn't want to hold up their business. To my surprise, the staff member snapped at me impatiently, saying, "I heard you, I have to go over there to get your bill." It was genuinely infuriating. Good foods. No services

It may be an old church as it was set up and the windows were all stained glass. I tried the Tonalli Latin cuisine tacos. I got the Barbacoa taco and chicken. The tacos are overfilled almost hard to eat with way too much meat but the flavor was good. I enjoyed the cabbage in the tacos for a nice fresh crunch. The chips and guacamole were good they tasted fresh made. We also got pizza which was very soggy crust and falling apart would not get again. They have a lot of food variety which is nice as there's something for everyone. Would deff be back.

Terrible Service and Food - We ate at the Nave Kitchen and…read moreunfortunately the experience was disappointing. When we asked questions about the menu, the server seemed inconvenienced by even basic inquiries, which set an uncomfortable tone from the start. The $14 smash burgers were the biggest letdown. They were so overcooked and thin that the patties had a Swiss‑cheese‑like appearance, with holes throughout and barely any actual meat -- nearly see‑through. Even my husband, who prefers his burgers well‑done, couldn't enjoy them. Had we not had a 2.5‑hour drive ahead, we would have asked for them to be remade or requested a refund. The fries were fine but nothing special; basic frozen shoestring fries. Surprisingly, the best‑tasting item was our son's small shake, which was $8. For that price, I expected a larger portion. I did notice that the to‑go shakes come in bigger cups, so if anyone orders one, I'd recommend getting it to go to actually receive the amount you're paying for. The ambiance initially seemed nice, but the service overshadowed it. Even after tipping before receiving our food, there was no acknowledgment or appreciation, and the interaction felt curt and disengaged. Based on this visit, I wouldn't be able to recommend the restaurant.
