As far as being a Panera Bread, this is a very good location where I've been numerous times exactly what one should expect from this establishment situated in Teterboro Landing. They have a drive-thru, which is convenient when one doesn't want to get out the car or find parking. I came here after an errand at a busy Costco on Saturday afternoon for a quick bite. Upon arrival, instead of placing the order through the kiosk, I opted to order with the staff and decided on that you pick 2 consisting of their new Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich and Caesar salad. It came with a complimentary apple. The sandwich featured fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped basil, crisp romaine & lettuce blend, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and balsamic vinaigrette and garlic aioli drizzle on their Ciabatta. However, what I got looked good from the outside, but the mozzarella cheese was thinly sliced with bits and pieces of lettuce. However, the Caesar salad looked promising with the right amount of fresh ingredients and was tasty. I wouldn't recommend the sandwich. The service was quick and served its purpose, which made my stomach full. read more

What a complete disgrace. My sister and I came here to study and eat. I have been coming to this location for about 2-3 years now. We sat, we studied for hours....all was fine. As closing time approached....it was around 9:48pm. They close at 10pm. A male worker began wiping tables around us....he then states in a firm voice at..."You know we close in 10 minutes right." So I looked at him, and instead of getting an attitude I decided to make it a rather light moment instead. I then said with a smile..." I know you want to go home, its ok." He then says..."No, im not kicking you out, I SWEAR im not." Then I said jokingly and softly....."Its ok.....you want to go home." He then plays victim and says...."You know what...you are mistreating me right now." My sister and I were caught off guard because he WAS JUST joking with us before.....so we were so confused. Anyway....I didnt respond. As we began gathering our stuff to walk out the door.... he turns to me and says " Excuse me, you need to walk out the back door please." So then.....I had to say something. Because at this point, I started to be harassed by the worker. He was disrespectful twice to my sister and I, and it was unacceptable. I will NO LONGER be going to this location. The harassment and disrespect is all too much. I sent a message to corporate, and I do hope they will take the measures needed to resolve this issue. Ordered last night via DoorDash. The order came faster then expected but everything was wrong, definitely got whatever was left over from the day. my pepperoni pizza flatbread was cold with hardly any pepperonis, 2 items were missing (bag of chips & mixed fruit tube), also I asked for a lemon cookie & I got an oatmeal cookie. Asked for no croutons or cheese in my chicken Caesar salad, they gave me croutons cheese AND NO CHICKEN. And my chicken noodle soup was as expected. Worst Panera! They can't prioritize orders they treat Sip cup club as the lowest of citizens. You walk in and wait forever just for a cup. They are missing the point of pre-order and having the service for working people who are in a rush!! They need to re- train their people. Not sure about this location. The few times I've gone have been okay but today was just bad. The grilled cheese wasn't toasted enough and therefore the cheese wasn't melted. It was also just very dry. Not good. Tomato soup was good as usual. The service however at the drive through tonight was poor. No hello - just stated the amount due and stood there with a very dry look on her face. Alrighty then! I understand sometimes you can't fake a smile but at least hello? Anywho- not a very good experience in terms of value. $10 for an inedible grilled cheese sandwich and a small cup of tomato soup. (And then she threw in the poor customer service for free!) I've had better experiences with this panera location but this one was just awful. The staff is incredibility rude and unhelpful, I was very respectful and spoke with manners and they were just very disrespectful in return. I ordered a sandwich and drink for myself and my friend, and both sandwiches were wrong. I love that this Panera has a drive thru, however today I decided to eat inside. The food was good as usual, I usually get the you pick 2 and that's what decided to get today, broccoli cheddar soup with a chicken Caesar salad no croutons, it never disappoints me. The cashier that helped Andie, at least that's what my receipt said, was very dry, I mean do you dislike your job so much? When someone, the customer says thank you, the least you can reply is a YOURE WELCOME, perhaps it's this location because when a different person brought my food over to my table I said thank you AGAIN and no response. Super rude, perhaps I will stick to ordering through drive thru or go to another panera, I simply don't understand why they don't have time to have manners, they don't have to go above and beyond but simply be courteous. This location serves very small portions compared to other Paneras. I ordered a Baja bowl. The bowl was about half of what other Panera locations serve. Yesterday, I ordered veggies sandwich and it barely had any hummus on it. They are very skimpy at this location. I'd recommend another Panera. read more

I recently had the opportunity to finally eat at this Panera location recently. This is a newer location. There is a drive thru and a few self check out kiosks. The restaurant was clean and food was made quickly. Everything tasted delicious like it always does at any Panera location. I ordered a soup and sandwich combo, and my mother and I shared a salad. I just got an order through the drive way only to come home and see that the bread I got with the soup is badly bitten half eaten I was appalled and called the store to talk to the manager and instead of any kind of apology he was like no your bread can't be bitten we break it by hand you are mistaken. I told him I am pretty sure it's bitten and how is it possible to break bread for every order by hand when you can just neatly cut it that's super gross and weird. I had been avoiding this Panera even though it is the closest in distance to me because of the area it's in. There's a shopping center with a walmart in the same area and a costco, so I thought it would be a zoo at all times, making it incredibly inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot. Thankfully, this is not the case (obv depending on when you decide to go) and the food was good as any other panera. read more

As much as I'd love to say Panera is one of my favorites, this location never seems to be consistent. The smoothies taste either really good or like pure ice. The Greek yogurt is ALWAYS made differently. I love it and I usually stop to get it a few times a week, but I've decided I'm no longer wasting my money. Sometimes it's missing strawberries, sometimes it's missing strawberries n blueberries and sometimes there's barely any Greek yogurt. Why am I wasting almost $5 on something that is so inconsistent? A Panera with a drive-thru? I must be in heaven! Hmmm, not so much. After a 90 mile New Jersey Turnpike jaunt, I was craving something tasty to dive into. I ordered the Fuji Chicken Salad (we all love it) and baked chips. They were out of chips (what?). I paid by the window and waited...and waited...and waited. There were a lot of employees meandering in the back, just milling around. Were they on break? Nearly 15 minutes later, and 6 cars now behind me, I am handed my salad. Maybe it was worth the wait...maybe the chicken just came off of the grill! After arriving at my condo, I opened the salad and noticed that the chicken looked strange. It was clumped together in an odd fashion. Upon taking a bite, I realized that it was partially frozen. Yes folks, cooked yet frozen chicken. Frozen meat has no flavor, therefore, this salad was craptastic from the word "go". I have never been disappointed by any Panera in the free world. Leave it to the new one in my former town to disappoint me to shreds. It actually made me happy that I moved 90 miles away! (okay, maybe not, but it really tweaked my melons). As the reviews illustrate, this Panera is consistent. Consistently subpar! Do yourself a favor and head to the Panera in East Rutherford instead. read more

Okay, I thought I'd check out this location again and it was once again a totally disappointing. Most of their espresso drinks said they were out on their app. They no longer offer a steak salad and my beloved Panera chai tea doesnt come with a stevia option.
