Placed an order in the app . Since it was a busy day I left a $3 tip BEFORE getting my order thinking of the employees working. Drove thru and picked up order. Usually Panera checks off for quality. So first there obviously short staffed because you type in your order yourself. No real human contact. Then the lobby area is always dirty, plates and food just left on the table (until you say something) then the will come clean it. I haven't been to Panera in a while and was excited to get something to eat. The girl at the cash register was rushing me to order even though I was the only one in line. My sandwich had old lettuce on it. There were two employees asleep in two of the booths. Not sure why they were just sleeping there like that. One of them looked to be a manager. Ate here on Sunday, later on that night experienced the worst excruciating stomach pain. Ending up getting food poisoning and staying up all night in the bathroom. It's safe to say I won't be going back to this location or Panera beard ever. read more

I went here today to take my mom out to lunch, the staff was incredibly rude and it took 30 minutes to get cold soup and my sandwich was so soggy it ended up falling apart before i got it. Consistently good, but typically pretty slow. The addition this last year of the drive-thru was a blessing and a curse. They were already pretty slow, now it's slower. That said, the staff that has not overturned and has stayed around long term are great. I love the sip club. Chain places are typically more about the service than the food cuz everything comes in pretty much to be heat and eat. Despite how busy it gets, they do a good job of turning and cleaning tables during the breakfast and lunch rushes. There is a weakness with keeping the coffee bar supplies up. I would say that half the time I have to ask for almond milk because the pitcher for it is empty. Overall, solid Panera. Good environment. Lots of mommy/kid groups that come at lunchtime with this location (hello, next to target and right off the 75 artery going to Jenks and sapulpa), so if that cramps your style, come for breakfast instead of lunch. read more

Came here for a birthday party with a lady from my church group. I got to meet other woman of our church who were Sundays school and nursery so I had not had the oportunity of meeting them before. Soooooo..... dirty. No drink lids! Not even a perishable item... terrible management. Ran out of potato chips as a side until their next shipment (poor planning). Asked me to sit with an assigned order number to post at my table for dine-in delivery, but left my food on a counter to get cold for 10-15 minutes. 80% of the dining room at their restaurant had empty un-bussed filthy tables... No where to sit unless you clean it yourself. They changed the Napa Chicken Salad recipe and it is so much worse! Half of their dispenser drinks (iced coffee, flavored iced teas, etc.) were empty... and had been empty for a long time as a ring had formed. Truly a negative game changer for Panera. read more

today I went there to get my injured daughter, my grandchild, and I something to eat for lunch. I ordered a turkey bacon, avocado sandwich, and a plain turkey sandwich with black olives on it and mayonnaise a Mediterranean salad for myself and a cup of their Mexican street corn chowder the person waiting on me at the drive-through window seem pleasant enough. We discussed his upcoming fatherhood while he took my order and then turned it in, when I got my order back my fault I didn't check it however the total for the ticket was over $40 and when I got home and took everything out of the bag to feed my family they had only given me a half turkey bacon, avocado sandwich, and a half turkey sandwich and there was no receipt. I can see why this place only has 2 1/2 stars maybe it needs only one and headquarters needs to be alerted that it needs to either retrain its employees, or teach them not to steal from their customers. Disappointed in this particular Panera location. The restaurant was filthy. There was trash/crumbs all over the floor. They hand out little flimsy pieces of paper for your order which is so cheap looking. The restaurant was very warm and even the workers were complaining about how hot it was. I went in to get some soup and a chai latte after having my wisdom teeth removed, they brought the food out decently fast but they had completely forgotten about our drinks. We waited about 5 minutes for a smoothie to be made and then they forgot about my latte so I asked them what happened, they questioned me until I told them my order number and when they finally got to making it they took about 10 minutes which is whatever, the thing that pissed me off was they didn't even fill my latte up even after waiting that long and me spending almost 30 bucks on food including tip. read more

I used this place to study a few times during school because the WiFi is free and there are unlimited refills. It's a very nice environment and relaxing. The food is great! I've never had anything bad here. I love the soups in bread bowls. The desserts are great and are only .99 cents if you buy a meal. I love the chicken panini! The only downfall is that they are a little expensive compared to some other sandwhich places. I usually spend about 13 dollars when I eat here. But that is for soup, a half sandwich and a drink. I ordered a large Mac & Cheese and a potato soup and an extra baguette. I did curbside pick up. When the food got to my car I realized the order was incorrect, I got someone else's order. We went in and talked to a lady named Tina. She was so helpful, let us keep the food and offered us a drink and cookie for the mix up. She was so apologetic and kind. Got our correct order to us in just a few minutes. I understand Mistakes happen and I've never had my order messed up here before. This is my go to Panera Bread, but just because it's close. The pastries are a lot of the time cold, and I was refused a fresh pastry. Same visit, I ordered tortellini alfredo. It was cold and the noodles were hard. The bread that comes with the meal is always cold and hard as well. It really hurts my jaw to eat it. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous!!! I have given this Panera so many opportunities and I continue to get let down every time. They are constantly messing up my order. My girlfriend loves Panera but we are both so tired of not getting what we ordered. The manager is extremely rude and did not give us the correct food one day and we didn't realize it until we got home. My girlfriend called the store to let him know he gave us the incorrect food and all he did was tell us we can come get the correct food if we wanted to and then hung up. We stopped in this morning for a quick bite. The cashier was friendly and the food came out quick. When we went to get our soda both the Diet Pepsi and Diet DP came out like water. We asked a server and she responded "I don't know I guess I'll ask someone one." After being gone a few minutes we finally asked her again and she said "oh they're working on it I don't know how long it'll be". Then the ice machine went out and all customers asking were just told there was no ice. No apology was given. I get things happen but just apologize for the inconvenience.
