A way to track your order

I love Panera bread and I typically have a great experience however the person who took my order got it completely wrong. I was not able to eat my food because I ended up with a product I cannot eat! Shame on me for not looking before leaving. I should have assumed it was not correct when they gave me something as if I was eating in the restaurant. Please train your staff on how to edit an order. She got it 100% wrong. Thankfully I also got a scone which filled me for the evening. Three stars for your brand. I didn't want to be negative over one persons incompetence.

I've visited this location twice during my time here in Vero Beach. Both visits were a success. My orders were accurate, the food was both delicious and fresh and the customer service was on point each time. This evening, my order was ready at lightning pace. The restaurant is clean and the layout makes sense. I love the outdoor seating options and parking too. In summary, I'm a huge fan!

    Filthy place.

Been here for 30 minutes eating. No one has bothered to clean up this booth as it was like this when we walked in. Neighboring booth the same way. Panera HQ needs to really look at this place. And talk about waiting a long time for your food even when there are only five other people in the plac

Waited over 30 minutes for 3 bagels and a soufflé. Paid 14 dollars for burnt, cold bagels and cold soufflé.

What my sons sandwhich was supposed to be.

Nasty. Do not bother honestly. Food in garbage along with my money. They want to offer vouchers for more nasty food. All set. I just want my noney back but oh well. Ive just been so tired of cooking meals everyday i wanted some good panara bread. Deff not like the one im used to.

Although I don't usually review chain "fast bites", I throughly enjoyed my spinach & artichoke soufflé (since I don't get there early enough before my fav is sold out.) It was a nice morning in Vero Beach & my lovely friend & I were able to meet up & having an enjoyable chat- since the patio of this location is tucked away from the miracle mile chaos. Nice to see smiling faces starting out an average Thursday morning

Money grubby. Made an order for a breakfast sandwhich on the app and must have accidently hit no avocado which doesn't take any off the price. When I noticed and told them, I was told I would have to pay extra to get it put back on. Like really. Drive 10 minutes to the other one if you're really in the mood for panera because they aren't this rude.

The server came within a few minutes and took our order, but we then waited 30 minutes for the food. Our server never stopped to let us know there might be a delay, and when my wife finally got up to find her, she simply told us, "There's only one cook so it takes awhile." Mind you, this was soup and sandwiches. The my Ruben was good, and the kids ate their food, but the delay was especially maddening as we saw a single woman diner come in after us get served and leave before we had our food. In terms of ambiance, there was not much to it; clean, but nothing exciting. I don't think we will return.

Also ordered onion rings. The sandwich was alright. The rye bread was really good. Very fresh. The meat was warm & there was a decent amount. But it just wasn't very flavorful. If I didn't know what it was. I'm not sure I would be able to tell you . Weird right? It just didn't taste like corned beef, or pastrami. The onion rings were good . A little cold, but it came with a dipping sauce that was really good. The server Molly, was awesome! Friendly & super attentive. It was lunch time, however She never made us feel rushed. The place is big. Nice booths for a family. Tables all around. It's a decent place.

If you want an eclectic- large- menu with fresh seafood and not stuffy vibe- this is your spot. Our server, Deb, was delightful. Simply perfect as far as service. We started with Oysters and onion rings. Couldn't say anything negative about their onion game and oysters were fresh. I prefer mignonette with mine, but this place is a cocktail sauce and crackers kind of spot. No prob. I had the fresh salmon "in the weeds" style. It was delicious. I've had a similar dish at a much more upscale place and this one held its own. My husband had the fish cakes and it came with fish and scallops in a crabcake style set up. They were also very good and very fresh tasting not fishy at all. We decided to take home dessert because we were so stuffed and Deb was kind enough to pack it all up for us with her infectious smile. Key lime pie- filling was excellent ratio of sweet and tangy but wasn't a fan of the crust. Seemed to have a hint of allspice or something unique that we picked up on but wasn't preferred. Peanut butter pie was classic and a 10/10. We saw several people with other dishes, like the taco salad or the fresh fish island style and they all looked amazing. The taco salad was massive and looked delicious. If you are looking for a casual spot with good food, great service and a good drink selection. You can't get much better than this.

*INITIAL REVIEW*…read more Today, my family and I celebrated Mother's Day given the fact one of my sisters and I would be too busy to celebrate it on the actual day. Ergo, we made a trip down to Vero Beach and had fun at both McKee Botanical Gardens and the Vero Beach Museum of Art (VBMA), both which got stellar reviews by me in the past. In between both locales, we were hungry and needed to eat someplace local. I had some suggestions, but my mom was in the mood for seafood. As a suggestion from reviews, The Crab Stop of Vero Beach was ultimately decided upon. I have to say, I am happy this restaurant was suggested because it is very good. Even though an address is provided, The Crab Spot of Vero Beach (which I will shorthand simply to Crab Spot for the remainder of this review) is located on the southside of the entryway into Royal Palm Place, one of the many extensions leading out into the water near US-1, but this one is known for the Royal Palm Park at the end. Initial display, decor, and ambiance has the stereotypical local dive bar look with elements showcasing they specialize in seafood, and the little bits of rustic flaws adds a bit of character for what they are. I would not expect such a look for a high-end restaurant, but this works for a local place on the river. The chairs squeeked, the table wobbled a bit in which the waitress fixed with some coasters, and the plates were chipped. No problem at all. There was even outdoor seating in the back bar-style which gives you a nice view of the canal that leads to the river. It was high sun, so we opted for the air conditioning. Now we move on to the food. I have to say that the majority of our food was really good, and when you adjusted to what you are eating, it was top-notch. Key word, however, is the "majority." The good: the hush puppies basket as you get 10 hush puppies that are lightly-seasoned with 1000 island sauce. If you eat one, it is probable you might think it is light on seasoning. However, they are small and finishing all 10 won't be a problem. The flavor builds with each hush puppy, which was smartly done compared to what most seafood places do: give you like two to five hush puppies of large size and high flavoring. The wings, however, used a hot sauce that was mostly vinegar. This ruined the wings for me, and if my stepdad ordered 20, he'd be eating the majority of them. Everything else was top-notch and delicious. Altogether, my family ordered the Fish and Chips, Mahi Sandwich, Fried Catfish Sandwich, Sea Scallop Snack Pack, and the Crab Cake Dinner. Details for each dish in the pictures. On a sidenote, the restroom was okay as in clean and stocked, but not the best-looking restroom I seen. Maybe the "character" could have not be extended to the restroom. Ultimately, I am giving Crab Stop four out of five stars. I do enjoy a good "mom n' pop" place as I prefer to support local and small, but since this is the only time I went, I can't justify a five-star rating until they prove to be consistent. I will be back as there is another park just south of this business that has geocaches that need to be found AND I may also try to hide a traditional letterbox here. But take note for a local seafood stop, this place is good to go.

How does a Crab/seafood place run out of everything. Poor management if they can't keep the main menu items in stock. Based on some other reviews, this is a common occurrence.
