It's good. A great study place with free wifi and it has a very roomy and warm atmosphere.

Good food. Some things no longer listed on the menu (like buttered pasta for kids) but you can get it if you ask for it.

I always enjoy this Panera location. They keep the place clean and the service is fast and friendly. One of the better locations.

Nice location, except if you are going there to study. The last few times I have gone here, the Wifi was so slow I couldn't get anything done. I talked to the manager who refused to acknowledge there could be a problem even though a worker there also claimed the connection there wss awful. The manager tried to tell me it could be slow because of other users in the cafe.... But it was the slowest I have ever seen this Panera and there was only one other person on a computer. Guess I will find somewhere else to study/eat. read more

The food and the service here have been hit or miss. My son and I came here for dinner last Friday and the service was excellent, food was ok, but the 99 cent cookie was terrible. It was over done, edges inedible, so only the center could be eaten. I guess you get what you pay for. I returned back to Panera Sunday morning for a dozen bagels to go. The staff behind the counter was unbelievably rude and unfriendly. When I first came in to order, the staff member had to end her conversation with another worker standing next to her. I was very sorry to be a customer and break it up. During the order, the staff member was very short with me when she was asking what I wanted and was put out when I asked for something extra with the order, creating more work for her. Please, Panera, put some friendly, helpful workers like you have during the evening shift, and I'll come back and order more bagels. read more

I like this Panera because of it's convenience, but it disgusts me sometimes when I walk it when literately almost every table is dirty. At Panera your paying nearly $10 for a meal and the ambiance should be better (as it is at most.). Also seeing dirty dishes scattered through the tables in the cafe is not too appeasing to the eye, and sometimes you see this here. As a former Panera employee the Panera I worked at was never like this. Management needs to step it up. read more

In town on vacation and stopped in for a bite to eat. The manager James was absolutely wonderful. This is the best Panera Bread I've eaten at. I wish the one by my home in California was like this one. Thanks James! read more

I love the bagels and the food, best place i feel in the town to get bagels...pricing is a little hi, but still they bagel deal is a steal...all around a big fan of their baked goods...plenty of seating, friendly staff;; however when it get busy things do get hectic. read more

They were out of the bread that came with my sandwich (Tomato Basil) and subbed in white bread without informing me ahead of time. The bacon turkey bravo is the only thing I eat at Panera, so after some explaining, they refunded my money and I walked up the street to Chipotle. read more

Problems EVERY time we get the takeout order home. Today ordered mediterranean shrimp salad...no shrimp, no olives, no tomatoes. Last time no side salad. Time before no French bread or chips. I' m done. read more

The easy listening elevator music they play here is horrible enough to make you vomit up your meal.

We stopped at this Panera bread in about Oct of last year. The eating area was a little dirty and it was not even busy. Was around 2:00 in the afternoon. We ordered our usual meals but there seemed to be a lower quality in food. My husband ordered the Thai salad but instead got a ham sandwich. He wasn't too upset about it and ate it anyway. The ham tasted like cheap lunch meat and there was some strange taste to it. My daughter ordered the Mac and cheese and it tasted horrible. She would not eat it. I also had the beef Moroccan stew and that was not good either. It tasted liked it had come out of a can. The young lady behind the counter was polite but seemed overworked and stressed. We have never had such a bad experience at a Panera. This one definitely was not the standard. read more

Food & service is great. Super frustrating that "free wifi" sign is outside but there are only 2 outlets in the entire restaurant that are tough to find and those tables are ALWAYS being used by people not working on computers or holding meetings. It'd be helpful if those were designated "work tables". read more

I've been twice and both times they got my order incorrect. They have something on the receipt that says that if they get the order wrong, you get something free. I didn't even bother to ask. The first time, I ordered a soup with chicken and egg and only received chicken. They also forgot the baguette. I got the baguette, but didn't bother with the soup even though I was charged extra for it. The second time, they charged me full-price for a drink and also used the reward that I had for a free drink. The cashier seemed bothered that I asked him to correct it. The guy that cleans also carries the food to people (unsanitary) and has swept around me (no additional mess was made) about 5 times in one visit (one time sweeping my foot). There are so many Paneras in the vicinity that it's not worth returning. The food is OK. It's good if you're coming here to work/study and don't plan to order anything. read more

Do not go to this Panera unless you want to be lied to. This morning I ordered online from this Panera specifically because their location reflected that they had both of the egg souffles I wanted- the two Paneras closer to my home had the souffles out of stock. When I arrived, my order was sitting out in the pickup area, with all items on the receipt checked and accounted for it and signed at the bottom. I double checked the order before leaving and noticed that I was missing one of the souffles. I told the cashier that my order was missing an item and was told "we're out, sorry." He made no offer about fixing the problem. I then requested a refund for the missing souffle and was asked "can't you just get something else?" Normally this would not have been a big deal but because they had checked off all items as being accounted for and even signed the order without making any attempt to tell me otherwise, I decided I did not want to give them any more money and would rather have the $5 refunded. The manager then came forward and asked if I could just pick something else because he wasn't sure he could refund the one item missing, he also claimed that they did know that something was missing from my order but that they had been waiting on me to arrive and were going to tell me then. No one was waiting for me when I arrived, my order was left in the pick up area, and the store wasn't even particularly busy at the time. It was clear he had not been waiting on me to arrive to notify me of the missing item as he was pre-occupied, talking to a customer about his move to the area when I arrived and furthermore had to ask what was missing from the order and what the name on the order was, even though it was the only pick-up order the entire time I was there. I asked why everything had been checked off and even signed if they were waiting for me to get there? He had no answer for that and refunded the entire order, but only after telling me first that he was refunding the order only because he couldn't refund the souffle, not because their store made no effort to tell me that my order was incomplete before allowing me to leave or because they had clearly lied to me. read more

I wish I could give a better review, but the service is awful! What was very noticeable, is the cashiers are often distracted because they're busy chatting with their friends. The last time I visited this Panera the casher was chatting with his friends while taking my take out order. I waited and waited for my order and found after waiting for approximately 20 minutes they had placed my salad in a bowl and delivered it to an empty table - so it was just sitting there for a long time. Finally someone asked me about my order and they rushed to make another salad. While I was carrying it out, I did notice that it was unusually light, but I was so tired, that I wanted to get home, eat and head for bed. When I opened the box, they left out the main ingredient (chicken!) from my Thai chicken salad to include other things. Basically, it was a box of greens with these crunchy things and there was no containers of dressing in the box either. They instead poured the dressing on the salad and it was quite soggy when I opened it up. After I complained, they offered me a free pastry and after complaining again, they gave me $5 dollars off of my next order. I used it at another Panera location in Fairfax, which is 100 times better than the Vienna Panera bread location. I will never go to the Vienna Panera again! read more
