ordered the gluten free pizza which was $20 and was one of the worse gf pizzas I've ever had. Been gluten free for 3 years now and the other terrible experience ive had was the one I got from sea world which they just baked frozen from some company. Far too expensive and far too disappointed. My issue was the delivery woman that delivered our food she was about 50 years old driving a black mini suv. I gave her a $3 tip she got a attitude and gave us the middle finger. I called the store and put in a complaint and told them a tip is optional not mandatory. Very unprofessional be on the look out for her she might tamper with your food. Friday June 11, 2021 I went to their website to online order and saw that it is done through a third party called Slice. It said pickup in 20 minutes but when i went to checkout, i was asked to log in through my gmail account. Not a fan of using my credit card in conjunction with gmail, so i called in the order. I saw the place had decent reviews and they delivered so took a chance. The friendly person on the line informed me a large half pepperoni pie would take about 40 minutes. Cost with delivery was $15.77. Seemed reasonable. Arrived exactly in that time frame as expected. As I do around these parts, I requested more to the well done side and they obliged. The crust was tasty. Cooked right as requested. One bummer is the slice fell away from the crust as you folded it. That's a pizza fail in my book. Sauce was good as was the cheese. You could tell the dough was made fresh and the owners take pride in what they cook. On my delco judging scale, I give it 3 out of 5. Not the best, not the worse but decent. read more

My Aunt and I ordered cheesesteaks from Sabatinos and were excited to try them. When we arrived to pick up our food, the man that was running food out to cars was very nice and he told us that our food was almost ready. We waited 45 minutes for our food plus the 25 minutes that we waited in the parking lot. At this point we were starving. About 5 cars that pulled up after we had, got their food immediately and we were still waiting. Eventually we got the food and were off to home but we were starved. Sabatinos is a great well rounded pizza shop. Their pizza sauce is not overly sweet which is something I look for in a pizza. Thin crust, fresh toppings. They have one if the most well crafted Strombolis I have ever seen, it's a long smaller diameter shape with the filling spread out evenly and there is not a whole bunch of left over crust at the end like you find when a Stromboli is the half circle shape. The cheesesteak is solid, and the price for a cheesesteak and fries is a great deal for how much food you get. On a busy night delivery might be upwards of an hour, so I have gotten in the habit of asking the delivery time before I order and pick up if it's any more than 30 minutes. Bottom line, I think this is one of the best pizzas in west Chester. read more

Really nice guy who delivered the pizza. They're only doing curbside. The cheese was super greasy and wouldn't stay on the pizza. There was no seasoning of any type of basil oregano present. This is the best pizza place on West Chester Pike. I just moved here from Jersey and had to try all the local pizza places. This one is by far the best. The daily specials are a super deal and their tomato pie is a super cheap dinner option. While I appreciate the perfectly made traditional pizza, I also love their wide selection of white pizzas. And they have perfectly sauced buffalo wings - not too wet, but not quite a dry rub either. read more

Great pizza shop! We specifically went there because they were the only pizza place doing only curbside and delivery during the COVID19 pandemic. The had the system down unlike other places, everyone had masks and gloves and prepaid on the phone and they brought it right to the car, and no one was allowed in. We have been looking for great local pizza for awhile now, and finally found it!! We ordered a large pizza and calamari. Both were fantastic! The pizza sauce is not overly sweet and there was a perfect amount of cheese. The calamari was tender and not drowning in breading.
