i dont know, i totally hate panera. i usually go for lunch because people want to and then its just...average. hazelnut bagel and hazelnut creme cheese is amazing though. $$$ :( once i came in for just coffee, on a saturday afternoon, and who knows their coffee just sits out there in the huge containers.. it even says when it was brewed, and the flavored, caff, and decaf ones were brewed over an hour ago but still sitting out there for me to fill my cup with. it was filled with grinds and gross. read more

We placed an order for pick up during breakfast rush. My husband's sandwich didn't have all of the requested ingredients. Went back to the store to see if we could get a replacement. The manager on duty (I forget his name, sorry!) apologized, had the sandwich re-made, and also gave us two free pastries of our choice! I love Panera, and this particular store is awesome. Thank you to the entire morning crew for going above and beyond! We don't get days off together too often, and this really helped make our weekend. read more

Great employee interactions and speedy food. Food tasted great and very clean seating areas. Overall good experience, would be great if they had a small toaster in the dining area to toast my bread. I hate seeking employee assistance for my toasting needs, its too dificult to explain different proper toasting temperatures. Would definentaly recommend this panera, but, would be better with a toaster. read more

We were using the medical facilities across the street for a few days, and ate here 3 times and were very pleased each time! Fresh, generous portions and prompt fixes on one small error. Gotta love all that! I would go back today for lunch, except I am in the wrong state! read more

But what made me decide to write this review was this. I went to the Panera Bread on Central there College Hill, and I happen to order there cranberry orange muffin. When I got it home I was amazed when I peeled the cupcake holder off of it that none of the muffins stuck to the cupcake holder, I was floored and the flavor was also awesome. So this morning being January fourth I ordered two of their cranberry orange muffins and pecan Roll Along with a 20 oz cafe mocha latte. Ordered it through their ready " rapid pick-up". Love that all you got to do is walk in the door and it's there you pick it up and you walk out s'awesome. On Oct. 8 I went to panera for my favorite lunch..pick 2 cream of chicken & rice soup and Italian sandwich. Imagine my surprise when I got my meal to the table & found 4-5 salami rounds & spinach leaves on a roll. I took my sandwich back to the counter & was told by I think a manager that the Italian had been revamped. Even so what I received was nothing like the picture of your new Italian sandwich. Ended changing my sandwich to a ham & Swiss sandwich. Time to find a new favorite lunch place. read more

This morning I stopped for a Baguette for our office lunch. I also ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich for myself. The egg was over medium meaning yolk was never broken and was runny and the white was still runny near the yolk. Maybe I'm picky but that was a gross sandwich that had to be tossed. Poor customer responsiveness. Repeat issue. Order an hour in advance using their online service for "Rapid Pickup" and when I get to the location they are out of what I ordered and have not taken the time to call to see if I want a substitution or would like something else IN ADVANCE of my pick up time. Instead they look at me blankface and ask if I would like something else AFTER I arrive. What was the point of ordering in advance if I wanted to have to wait once I got there? No respect for the customer's time. They did refund my entire order, but I would have much rather had the food I ordered rather than to have one sandwich while someone else did without because the restaurant staff was thoughtless and could not take the time to contact the customer and let them know their original choice was unavailable. read more

My favorite thing about Panera would have to be the the bread bowl with tomato soup. Love the sandwiches with their crispiness. Treat your self to a cookie their very yummy. I give Panera four stars. read more

I went to Panera Bread today and ordered the Steak and White Cheddar Panini sandwich. The sandwich was mostly just multiple spoonfuls of mayo on top of little pieces of steak and cut up white cheddar. First of all, nobody needs that much mayo. Second of all, I tasted more mayo than steak. It tasted as if somebody just poured half a bottle of mayo and slapped white cheddar and steak on it. This was not a proper sandwich, and I probably won't order this ever again. I then ordered tomato soup, which tasted like a can of pasta sauce that the employees bought from Wal-Mart, heated it up and poured it into a bowl. The tomato soup was low-quality and did not taste restaurant-like, I could probably get better soup than this at home. Please get better cooks, and please do not buy Wal-Mart brand pasta sauce as your tomato soup. Your croutons look like fucking SpongeBob heads floating along in the Red Sea(because tomatoes are red). - A Angry Customer read more
